    This is a review of Christie Danyluck, LME, at Center for Advanced Skin Care. After a phone consultation about laser facial vein removal from Christie Danyluck at Advanced Skin Care Center at St. Luke���s in Chesterfield, Missouri, I was told that red-purple veins can be treated, not blue ones. Mine were red. I followed up with a face-to-face consultation the end of June, 2018. During the consultation I showed Christie these three areas of concern: veins around my nose, veins under my eyes, and one vein under my lip. With the Candela GentleMax Pro Laser, Christie had said that she thought she could help me. The treatment plan was to laser those three areas. It is notable that she did not say she was giving me just a 50/50 chance of probability or less. No, she said to me, ���I think I can help you.��� So I expected some difference to be made with her laser vein treatment on me. To be fair, previously, I had had veins around my nose treated with a Yag and with a Veingogh. I did not see results. I felt frustrated. Christie, during our phone and face-to-face consultation, offered hope. I must repeat I did hear Christie say, ���I think I can help you.��� To me those words, ���I think I can help you,��� mean effecting some change in a positive direction. The day of my laser vein appointment (July 5, 2018), she switched the treatment plan, deleting one-third. She said she could not treat the veins under my eyes after all. Contrary to my face-to-face consultation where it was doable, she reversed herself, saying the laser head would now hit the metal eye shields. What surprises me is the following: Why would a ���professional��� say she could treat my under eye veins in a face-to-face consultation, but not have verified it by checking out its feasibility? I was there. All she had to do was to check it out while I was there in the room. Only the very day of my appointment instead she altered my laser vein treatment plan to what she would only now do. No under eye veins���that was eliminated. (It felt like a bait and switch.) I should have left. It was a sign. Unfortunately, I stayed. Then she treated veins around my nose and very tiny one under my lip. She mentioned my nose veins were in reddened area of my skin. Of course, she had already cited that during my face-to-face consultation with her. Looking back now, I believe at this late date with her repeating about some facial redness, she was trying to prepare me for her being ineffectual. I���ll never know for sure, but I believe from Christie���s behavior that she knew that nothing was going to change with the vein treatment she was giving me. Fifteen minutes later: How did my nose veins and my vein below my lower lip look after treatment? She held a mirror up. The room was neither bright, nor was the mirror a lighted one. It was difficult to assess my results. She had told me to give my treatment two weeks to evaluate its outcome. Looking in the mirror with dim lighting, I told her that it looked as if she had been successful with the vein under my lip. Later home and in far better light from a makeup mirror, I could see in that the vein under my lip had, in fact, not changed. In fact, it never changed two weeks later. Also, I could not see much difference with my nose veins, but I remembered her saying to give it two weeks ��� Over two weeks later now���no change is evident at all���all veins remain the same: nose veins, tiny vein under lip, and under eye veins���of course, those are the ones, which she had said she could treat but reversed herself on the day of my actual appointment. Interestingly, during my face-to face consultation she quoted me $75 for three laser areas: nose area, under eyes, and tiny one under lip. She had cancelled the under eye vein laser. That meant she only had only used the laser on two areas, not the three areas as she originally had quoted me. Dropping the laser eyes area, she was doing much less, but notably she would not reduce her quoted price, which I thought would have been fair. When I had asked her, she said I was already getting a reduced price. Had there been some positive movement toward my vein improvement and the reduction in treatment cost (because she did much less), I would not be writing this. Christie���s account is that she promised nothing. Which belies her as a ���professional��� saying, ���I think I can help you.��� That statement was the reason I followed through with her ��� Otherwise, I would not have spent $75���for nothing. I feel duped. I do not recommend Christie Danyluck at Advanced Skin Care Center at St. Luke���s in Chesterfield, Missouri. 1. Saying she could help me with my veins, but not doing so���areas remain the same. 2. Saying she would laser my under eye veins, then not following through with this treatment, failing to check for feasibility during the consultation. 3. Reducing what she actually treated from three areas to just two, but not reducing the price. Those three reasons give me pause and make me wonder about whether this ���professional��� should be trusted. I would advise not going to her.

    It was hard for me to clean out my moms house after she passed, so i was thankful they were able to do it for me. They seemed to work pretty quickly to make it thru so much trash, but they did find some of my moms jewelry and some old family photos which was nice. It took them two days total to clear out and clean her house.

    As always, Dr. Ganninger is very friendly and explains everything in detail. You never feel as though he's rushing you like some other doctors. I have started bring my 2 boys to him for normal illnesses as well as any sports injuries and exams that are needed. He is very much into sports so it lends itself to a very pleasant visit.

    I received several treatments for my plantar fasciitis in office. It's called extracorporeal shock wave therapy and it was very painful! The assistant held a device which vibrates on the bottom of my foot and moved it around for a few minutes. After several weeks of repeated visits I did not notice much relief so this did not work for me. I personally have found some relief by supplementing with magnesium and potassium which relaxes my calf muscles. The calf muscles pull on the foot muscles and fascia if they are really tight. The assistant was super friendly and so was dr. Stuart. I would go there again for a different problem if needed.

    ER was great

    Dr. Janet Matuszek is wonderful! Very down to earth, listens and takes her time. She also delivered my daughters second child, fixed the botched up C-section scar from the previous doctor (different hospital). The staff at at St. Lukes  was absolutely incredible.

    Dr. Amy Ney is very very good as well. She diagnosed shingles on my leg and in my eye.

    St. Lukes is my favorite hospital in St. Louis!!!

    first class patient care and service. However the cafeteria needs a lot of work. food is less than appetizing, exorbitant pricing and availability. closed for much of the evening - nothing available for families who are waiting for surgical or OB patients during the night hours. Vending machine choices are pathetic. nothing but junk food.

    Overall we find the staff to be friendly and helpful.   I think it is impossible to rate the hospital of thing alike effectiveness of treatment, etc. as this would vary greatly by the individual physicians.

    It was fine, he's great. He is everything we need in a primary care physician. Everything is very well organized, it's a big practice but the staff all know what they are doing and what they are suppose to be doing. They are very quick once you get in there... the hardest thing is reaching them on the phone, you get put on hold for a long time. He's very knowledgably and a good listener.

    Dr. Horowitz was in a hurry and didnt seem very professional. When he came in he didn't even introduce himself at first. I had an x-Ray and ultrasound of my foot and he recommended the shock wave therapy. Don't think I trust him to do it based on his hurried behavior. The staff was very nice. This was at the Chesterfield location he has called Feet For Life.

    Visit was fine. She took time, didn't have many answers or suggestions however. Said she would call with blood test results, next steps and a referral and I never received a call. When I followed up 4 days later, her staff acted as if they didn't know why I was calling. When they finally called back they only gave me blood test results, again no next steps or referral. Said they would check with her and call back. 4 days later and have never received a call. Will not return, would not recommend.
