    Matt worked on several items for us (tractor, push mower and trimmer). He did a fine job. HOWEVER, Matt took our chainsaw to the shop to sharpen (August 2018) and HAS NOT RETURNED IT. I have called him several times, the first time he said he would return the chainsaw next time he was in the neighborhood and he hasn't answered the other calls. I would give him a higher rating if he would only return the chainsaw!

    I had selected this company to fix a lawnmower and a leaf vacuum because I wouldn't have to haul the equipment to the shop myself. I called the set the appointment fairly early in the spring because it hope to have the lawn more available for the coming mowing season. Matt, the owner, came to my house on April 1 as scheduled.
     had he followed up on the rest of what was promised.
    He perform the necessary maintenance on the leaf vacuum and it has worked since ? no problem. On the lawnmower, he put in a spark plug, sharpen the blade, and I'm not sure what else, but could not get the engine started. He told me that it needed a new carburetor. I paid him for the maintenance that was performed already on the lawnmower, even though a new spark plug and sharp blade doesn't do you any good on a lawnmower that doesn't work. Of course, I would've been satisfied Had he followed through on the rest of what was promised.
    Matt told me that in a few days I would get a call from his office regarding the exact cost and ordering of the replacement carburetor - which he thought would be about $40..  
    - After a week of not hearing from his office, I called and the lady who it handles his calls did not know anything about my order said she would check into it..  Either on that call, where she called back and told me that the part would be ordered and they should be able to get with me soon to reschedule for the installation.
    - I did not hear from them for nearly a month and called and left a message asking what it happened regarding ordering my part and coming back into install it..  No one called me back.
    - A week later I called and got the lady on the phone that spoke to the first time.  It seemed clear from my conversation with her it with herthat there was a major issue with Matt and getting parts ordered and she really couldn't tell me anything about my order and all I could get out of the call was Matt's direct phone number. It had now been five weeks since the service was originally performed.
    - I left Matt a message asking him to call me an update me on the status of this repair and certainly indicated that I wasn't happy about the lack of follow-up, not getting calls back, etc....    He never called me back.
    So in conclusion, of the approximately $60 of the bill that I paid for my lawnmower to be repaired - I have a nice lawnmower, with a sharp blade and a new spark plug and no ability to start or to cut the lawn.  Thanks for nothing....   Now I will have to take it to another shop, pay again the basic service charge which is paid already - wait more time when it is already been more than six weeks since Mobile Mower first promised to fix my mower....   And on top of all that, I've been having to pay a service to mow my lawn.

    The owner told me the price of the repair before hand and told me when he would be able to pick the machine up. He was there as expected and returned it as expected. The price was correct. I used the machine this summer and it performed perfectly. I will be sure to go back to Aand M again to have my maintenance work performed.

    The experience went very well and I highly recommend him. I expected to go there, drop the mower off and wait a couple of days, but he asked me if I could wait right where I was he would have it done in a couple of minutes. While I waited he did it. It was unexpected and was a tremendous experience. His customer service stuck out to me. His price was very nominal.

    The staff on the phone was very helpful in listening to my concerns and suggesting what could be the problem. They answered all of my questions and shared their hours and directions to their location.

    The staff was helpful in unloading my push mower from my car after I was checked in.

    After finding the cause of the gas smell they called as promised to report. They told us that there was a recall on our mower because of a gas tank problem. This work was covered under warranty and Milbradt took care of all the paperwork. We did not know about this warranty and really appreciated Milbradt alerting us to it and taking care of all of the details. When I came to pick up my finished mower, I was quickly checked out and they loaded my lawn mower in my car. We are very pleased with how well the mower works now and that they were able to get it completed in the time window that they told us.

    The whole thing was great. Too bad doctors don't do this well. It was picked up when promised, fixed, and returned four days early. It has worked better than when I had bought it new. I use very little effort to pull start the mower and it seems to do better on gas as well. Thanks!!!!  I will use again, if needed.

    I've gotten very tired of paying high pickup / delivery and service fees to have my aging rider mower serviced each year, so when a neighbor told me about a home-based service, I was excited. I called the one he recommended, and their prices were still a bit high, so I went on Angie's List, where I promptly found this company, with strong recommendations. I left a message and got a call back that same day from a helpful woman who had all of the information I needed; I booked for about 1.5 weeks out - not bad at this time of year.
    The day of service (I booked first call, between 8 and 10), it was 8:30, and I had a feeling, so I called to confirm my appointment. I got a call back within about 15 minutes letting me know the technician was on his way; I found out after my service (the technician was apologizing for not having a pre-printed service ticket) that my appointment had slipped off the radar, but after getting my message he was called right away and asked to make me his first appointment. I have no issue with that - I appreciate the quick recovery! He also arranged to have a printed invoice mailed to me right away.
    The technician was very helpful, completing all services within about 90 minutes, including getting my blower started, which I haven't been able to do in several years. He also recommended a tool for keeping the engines running smoothly. Total bill for all 3: $131 for rider, $99 for push, and $59 for blower. And so easy to do at home!

    It went really well.  I had a snow blower that quit working, and when I called Bill’s they let me know about the Deal.  That saved me money, which I really appreciate.  They had to rebuild the carburetor and the snow blower has been working great since.  I actually called around to several others places, and Bill’s was the only one that got back to me!

    I called today because after doing maintenance on several parts, my mower would not keep running. When I called, I got an immediate answer. I explained my problem and although he was busy, he said he would come to my place after finishing his current job and then work his way back south. He will be very busy the rest of this week and next. I live in Chesterfield and he lives in south county. He was very professional and did not waste any time. He checked what I had done and then continuing to work until he had cleared up the problem. I stayed to watch so I could learn more about how to keep my mower running in better condition. He was here less than 30 minutes and my machine is working great!! I will use him again and also tell everyone I know about this wonderful service. I would have had a terrible time getting that heavy mower in my car and couldn't have done without it for more than a couple of days. My grass grows quickly and is thick.

    Received a postcard advertising a discount for service on my Toro lawn mower. The mower was picked up, serviced/repaired, and returned. They repaired under warranty a problem with the engine in addition to the service. The mower was returned by truck, cleaned and looking new. Having compact cars and personally be rather old, the pickup delivery service is greatly appreciated.
