    Outstanding job. We have a lot of really large trees in our backyard so we had a gazillion leaves not only in our yard but also on the backslope on the common ground. Without being asked they not only got all the leaves off our deck, patio, rock surrounds, and atrium, but also all the leaves off the back slope. I don't know how they did it because we weren't here at the time but it was an amazingly thorough job. Well done Midwest Lawn!!

    Poorly, Before their arrival I notified them that my lawn was likely too wet and spongy for proper aeration. The next day when I arrived home they were just finishing and my lawn was full of ruts from their equipment. Even their opeherator said the lawn was too wet. "So why did you aerate anyway?" I asked. He said his boss told him to maximize lawn serviced every day. I withheld payment pending their rectifying the situation and in spite of 2 follow up requests they have not responded.

    Work was done in October before a big party. I explained I wanted low maintenance bushes that needed very little watering. Kyle also installed yard lights and some ground cover. At the beginning of Spring April 24th 2018 I contacted the owner Kyle via text and told him some of the bushes were dead and or were dying. he asked for photos which I sent promptly via text. His response "ok, thank you. On Tuesday June 12,2018 I again contacted Kyle touching base about replacement of dead bushes. He state " We planted(3) pencil Holly`s by the meter box. Did all 3 die by meter box?) I told him two died and one lived. He then asked me by showing me a photo via text of a different bush asking if I want one like this? I sent more photos and replied "yes please" he then said "That holly by the garage door doesn't want to give up. Well replace it though" No other contact initiated by Kyle. Today July 9th 2018 I contacted Kyle via text asking for a refund on the dead and dying bushes. He stated "All plants come with a 100% 3 month replacement warranty. Unfortunately everything was planted on 10/4/17 so that has expired" After looking over the contract it does state 3 month warranty. No solutions were offered and followed through. I would have been willing to pay more money or meet half way on a solution. Not one mention of that warranty during our text conversations in the last 2 1/2 months. Instead of attempting to make things right, all that was offered was one bush and an apology during last text conversation. Time to look for a new landscaper!

    Fabulous! They responded quickly and professionally. They showed up on time and the workers spoke English and were exceedingly friendly. The price was fair and they estimated the correct amount needed. This company will be my 'go to' in the future. Highly recommend!

    What was good-fertilization treatments really improved lawn, any time there was an issue they came back and made it right. Very thorough with leaf clean-up. What was bad-there were issues often (overbilling hours and materials, tearing up the fence, cutting grass with what looked like a dull blade, leaving grass clippings behind, throwing sticks over the fence or leaving them in piles in flower beds, leaving gate open so dog escaped). My main issue (why I did not use them the following year) was how the yard looked after weekly mowing. It never looked nice...the grass looked like their mower had a dull blade, grass clippings all over yard, sticks in piles everywhere. I got tired of calling them.

    When you call he is always very responsive, a nice guy and tries to come out as soon as possible. He does an excellent job. One of the best lawn people I have ever used. I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.

    Basile Landscaping is a professional and well-run company. The office staff returns phone calls and sends bids in a timely and professional manner, and the crews who come to mow our lawn perform their jobs on schedule. They permit a bi-weekly mow schedule once June is over, which is nice, as some companies insist on pricing their mows according to a weekly schedule.

    I have a contract with them and they charge me $44 per visit. I'll keep using them. They do an excellent job. They are supposed to come out in the spring and then again. They come out 4 times a year and they let us know when they are coming. They clean up perfect. They're good. They usually do this when we're gone.

    Worst experience ever! It was suppose to take 6 months and took 3 years with us terminating this company in April 2018. In May 2018 when we tried to open our new pool it would not hold water due to the pipes being cracked under both sides of our flagstone patio surrounding the pool. We had to have the entire sides of the patio jack hammered out to fix the pipes. The Stone Scapes finish on the interior of the pool is a complete disaster and has to be completely redone which costs anywhere form 12,000-19,000. There are holes, uneven color and spots so rough that our kids have been cut while swimming. All this is nothing compared to dealing with Tom Dunn. I have never dealt with anyone so dishonest, rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY from this company!
