    The kitchen team and Lowe's is very responsive and easy to work with. All of the items have been ordered and will be installed in January. Everything up to this point has been fabulous. I will repost after the project is complete.

    They contracted with a company to preform the work.  We worked with the Designer at the store and they did a beautiful job laying out the kitchen and helping us pick out the materials for the counter tops, cabinets, appliances, sink & other hardware.  They did a great job and we were very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

    Their service has been incredibly poor up to this point. We purchased granite through a company they work with and apparently either Lowe's or the company lost the slab of granite somewhere in the delivery process. We are never able to reach anyone regarding issues we are having and they seem to be very lost in handling the entire project.

    We recently used some of the local concrete suppliers for a very large driveway project. Another local company failed to even show once for a pour. We used Landvatter for the majority and they showed up on time with each truck, great quality concrete and very professional. Use this company whenever possible in the STL region.

    We recently used this company for a driveway project and they were scheduled to bring a load of concrete at 3PM as every company was booked for the AM due to recent rain. They failed to show despite the fact that I called and confirmed at noon that same day. When I called at 330 to see where they were with the load I spoke with there dispatcher (Hank) who informed me that everyone had gone home and there was no one to deliver a load that day. As I spoke with him Hank became frustrated at my requests to get in touch with the manager and abruptly hung up the phone on me. I called back and again requested that the manager call me to give an explanation/ find a resolution and Hank promised to have the manager call which never happened. We were stuck with workers standing around on a very hot day, money and time wasted on account of this company not being able to fulfill the most basic task of showing up with there product. We used Landvatter for the rest of the job and they delivered a superior product and showed up every time.

    After  an aggravating 6 months and the 3rd time of having our refrigerator repaired, my husband contacted Mr. Goedeker himself on June 11, 2013 to inquire if we could return the refrigerator for a credit towards a new model.  The Goedeker Promise mentions Integrity, Service, and Quality all with the promise from their website that "Our products will last for many years and we'll have your back every step of the journey.  We will not skimp.  That's a promise ....:" 

    My husband and I made a conscious decision to do business with Goedekers primarily because they were a local business and their so called promise.  After all we were not asking for a refund, simply a credit towards purchasing another refrigerator at their store just not the model or brand we were having difficulties with. 

    Mr. Goedeker did not honor his promise and I cannot and will not in good conscious recommend this business to anyone.

    It did not go.  I refuse to pay more than the stated price in their ad and on their shelves.  This is not the first time Home Depot has pulled this trick on me.

    They now have competition in St. Louis and I went to Menard's and bought there.


    Their managers are as corrupt as their store policy.

    The overall experience with Wholesale Siding Depot was terrible.  Their customer service is lousy.   They refuse to make refunds even when it's their fault.

    Wholesale's response below is totally wrong and misleading.  My contractor was great and ordered the correct door.  The mistake lies with Wholesale Siding entirely.  Anyone reading this can spend 3 mins on the phone with Wholesale and understand what I mean by the way they talk to you and how rude they are.  They know it all and everyone else is dumb.  They are trying to pass the buck here.  There are plenty of door wholesalers out there, don't settle for such an unprofessional and unorganized company with terrible customer service and policy.

    On Dec. 4, 2011, we purchased a new toilet, paid in advance, and signed the contract to have Home Depot do the installation. According to the contract they were supposed to call us with 48 hours to set a date for the installation. They did not call, and when we called them, no one in the store had the authority to do anything. They promised to call when someone in authority came to the store. Never called back. We threatened to cancel the whole job and said we wanted our money back. Eventually, after many calls trying to spur them along, someone was able to have a plumber call us. By now, it was January. A few days later, the plumber called and he couldn't do the work until Jan 18th, six weeks after our purchase. He said he would do it between 10 and 12. He arrived at 3 minutes before 12. I was tempted to tell him to leave, but we had waited so long, I let him install it. I gave them a D only because the work was finally done satisfactorily. Then came the inspection. After many calls back and forth, we finally got the inspector in and all he did was look at the toilet (presumably to make sure a toilet was there) and for this we paid $70. He put the wrong date on the form. I wish I had read the reviews on Angie's List before so I could have saved myself this frustration.

    Overall, it went really well. I first went to the store to pick out the tile I wanted. Then, I had to schedule someone to come out and measure the area. The person who measured it then sent the list of needed materials to Home Depot so that they could come up with the total price. After that, I came back to the store for the final price, picked out the grout color and determined what things I would do myself(remove old carpet and baseboards)and what I wanted the installer to do. After everything was finalized, Home Depot ordered the materials. When they all came in, the installer called to make an appt. for the installation. I was able to get an appt. within a week from the call, and the job was completed in a day and a half. Again, I was very happy with the outcome. It took a little while to get all the materials together, but I was happy to be able to make the installation appt. pretty quickly once it all came in. The work was very good, and the installer worked non-stop the first day to get everything laid down. The second day, the grout went in, as well as the trim around the area. It looks really good!
