Liran was very prompt and professional. My sofas are off white and looked dingy. They turned out great. I was very pleased. They took a little longer to dry than I expected but otherwise very happy with the end result.

I've done business with Woodard for many years. Their service and professionalism are top notch. This is obviously a well-run business. I've never met happier employees and they've all been there so long that we are on a first-name basis. That alone gives confidence. I am skeptical of businesses where there is always lots of turnover.

Calvin responded promptly to our request and gave a guesstimate. He was responsive via text and arrived earlier (with our consent) and worked very hard. It was an amazing transformation or this great old car. Thanks Calvin. We are thrilled. Paid extra for all the dog hair and coffee. The photos don't show just how amazing the car looks. Like new.

I have been using this company for 6 years. I have had something go wrong every year. I kept them because they stored my lights and usually came out to fix it in a reasonable time frame. This year, Kim, the owner called me in Sept/Oct to confirm my installation week. I said yes. The week came and no installation. I called to check on it. She said there was a 5 day delay because of snow (which melted the next day). I told her ok, but communication would have been nice. She proceeded to get rude and nasty with me, telling me that shes not going to call her 100 clients, I asked about email, but she didnt hear me because she kept talking over me. I told her that I have never been spoken to like this by a company and that we will probably be using a different company next year to which she said shed be happy to drop my lights on my front doorstep and I could use them this year. THIS is how a 6 year customer is spoken to and then the job is dropped the week of installation. Never apologetic, unwilling to communicate... I will NEVER use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable company who specializes in speaking to their customers respectfully. Absolutely awful.

Terrible. Even worse than terrible. Took this company over 7 months to lay a new kitchen floor and two small walls. The walls were so bad i told them they were not acceptable and they had to be done over. More than half the time the communications between various individuals didn't exist. Because the flood was caused by someone fixing my refrigerator, I had no choice in deciding who was going to repair the damage. It was done by the insurance company. I would never use this company again.

To clarify, we had expressed displeasure with the deep clean for an additional charge at the outset because of the many promises outlined in the deep clean went unaddressed. (Too many to list). On our next to last cleaning the master bathtub was untouched, floors sticky, and we've consistently had an issue with streaky glass throughout the house that seemed as if it were done with a greasy rag. We were promised a thorough follow up deep clean, and visit from a supervisor to ensure a proper job had been done. Neither of those things occurred, and upon the cleaning individual leaving, we received the below email from the owner. Apparently high standards are not their priority, and I'm sure for the same money from us (the client) they can take on a household with lower standards. If you proceed with this company, highlight the promises vs the delivery of service, and hold them accountable. Mediocre results and service don't cut it for us. Perhaps this is just how they chose to treat us as clients and not reflective of their overall business. I've dealt with business and vendors that flip your high expectations back to you as being labeled "high maintenance". Yes. We have high expectations of ourselves, and people we pay money to do a job, but we always maintain reasonable expectations, while expecting improvement from feedback. In our personal and professional lives, we've utilized many cleaning vendors, and this is the least favorable experience we've had. Per the message below, they can't take on any new clients at this time, so I'd suggest shopping for other services. From the owner: "Hi Felesia, I know your cleaning went well today. I have some bad news, I lost two of my girls this week and I will not be able to service your home. We are hiring now and once we find the right candidate they go through extensive training up to a month. I dont feel it fair to you for us to send in a new tech that is not skilled. I hope you find someone else and are happy with them. I can call you in a month or so if we have hired and are capable of servicing you properly. You are valued, and I appreciate you. Best, Linda Dazey Dazey House Cleaning LLC 314-898-3524"

Submitted a request for a quote. Vendor never responded. Vendor's website allows a potential customer to estimate a price, but options are so limited that a prospective customer cannot input sufficient information to obtain a reliable estimate. Vendor appears to have a cookie cutter approach.

We had not had our carpet cleaned for many years, during which time we had a dog and two cats, and the carpets were quite dirty. Positives: The technician did a good job getting the dirt. The carpets look much better. I appreciate that he called me at the beginning of our time window (10:00 a.m.) and told me that he thought he would not arrive until about 11:00. It was a slightly later than that because he was unable to start his truck and had to get a jump. When he arrived, he apologized for being later than he had anticipated. Overall, he was very courteous. The carpets do not have the residue that I have experienced with other carpet cleaners, nor the chemical odor. When the technician arrived, he was surprised at the amount of carpet that had to be cleaned and was initially quite stressed about the fact that he did not think he could get the carpet cleaned before his next scheduled job. (In the future, I will take the time to measure the carpeted areas and provide an estimate of total square footage. I do not fault Clean Green for the misunderstanding.) I called Clean Green and explained the issue, the technicians schedule was adjusted, and that solved the issue. I appreciate the helpfulness of the woman I spoke with at Clean Green. She called the technician immediately after I talked with her and made the necessary scheduling change. Negatives: I wish I had known the technician would not move any furniture. I had asked ahead of time whether he would, and I was told he would be working alone, and therefore could move only chairs. (My experience with prior cleaners is that a crew of two would be used, they would move most of the furniture, and they would place the furniture on wooden coasters so that the furniture would not bleed onto the carpet.) Unfortunately, the technician did not move any furniture. I hurried to move as much as I could but because the technician began spraying all the rooms with cleaner, I did not complete moving the furniture before he started. I moved the heavy furniture, assuming he could move the few chairs and small tables, which I had cleared. He did not, so there were several areas that were not cleaned, the most obvious of which was an area under a table and chair. One of our cats had thrown-up under the table. By moving the (wooden) chair, that area could have been cleaned. It was not. The carpet took significantly longer to dry than I had expected based on Clean Greens advertising. Drying time was similar to previous cleaners, about 24 hours. Most importantly, the technician left a wet rag on one of the runners of our 200+ year old rocking chair. Unfortunately, we did not see the rag until that evening. We removed it and I wiped off the runner, but it has water damage the width of the rag. Overall: I would consider using Clean Green again, but I would clarify the amount of carpet to be cleaned, move furniture ahead of time, and pay more attention to the technicians actions.

Everything went great. Professional and polite serviceman who took time to review our work requests before starting the job. He recommended services and options but didn't try to push or up sell. Originally we only scheduled carpets (including a stairway) and ducts for cleaning but decided to add on a tile cleaning which turned out amazing! The entire appointment lasted just a few hours and carpets dried quickly without that "wet" smell lingering in the house. We would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

Our house always looks great after the youve got maids crew is finished. The workers are so professional and friendly and leave the house looking wonderful. Even after my 18 month old grandson is here and anxious to be their helper. They are great working around my barking dogs. I highly recommend this company
