    This is the best car repair experience I've ever had. The Mungenast employees were so very professional, so good at communicating with me, so smart about dealing with the insurance company and so thorough about everything.
    Sometimes when I walk into a service bay the employees are sullen or bored or irritated and it always make me ask myself, "Why can't someone improve this experience?" Well Mungenast has. When you walk into the collision center, there are two receptionists and they know everything about insurance and repairs. They call an estimator who appears quickly to meet you and check out your car. Then they get the insurance information from you and they take it from there. 
    I was so impressed that while they were working on my car they called me every day with progress reports. They explained everything and answered my questions, and I didn't have many because they were so clear.
    I loved this part -- when I had completed the paperwork they called Enterprise who drove to Mungenast, picked me up, took me to a nearby Enterprise office and I was in a rental car on my way home so quickly.

    Work was done to my satisfaction.  Good quality work.  They communicated with the insurance company and took care of all paper work. Although they completed the work in a reasonable amount of time they would not give me a

     direct answer regarding completion date.  If they could communicate better regarding completion date that would be helpful to the customer.

    They are excellent and we recommend them. We have gone to them for about 10 years and they are very good. The cost seems to be very good, especially compared to dealers. The work has been done really well. They are timely and good to work with. Their son also has opened up an express version of this company at another location. They do the painting that is involved with the body work and repair.

    My daughter slid into a dumpster on ice and completely crushed the front end of her car. It was damaged to the point that it was not drivable. I received 3 estimates and one body shop said it wasn't worth fixing. But Cox Auto came to my house, looked at the car and the first thing the owner said was and quot;I have good newsand quot;. WOW! Just hearing those words gave me relief. His estimate was $1200 less that my other quotes and he even took care of the towing. He made sure the engine itself wasn't damaged beyond repair before he started on anything. Once I gave him the OK to proceed he had it completed sooner than I expected. Looking at the car you would never know there was any damage at all. Cox Auto did a beautiful job!

    Replaced and matched the paint to the left front bumper of 2003 Toyota Camry that accidentally got crunched by a fast moving garage wall. The paint match is so perfect you can't tell there was ever a problem.

    Insurance claim so no out of pocket expense.  My van was rear ended.  It took a few weeks to get in as they were very busy.  The job was done quickly and looked great.  Very easy to get the initial estimate.  The insurance - repair shop process was very smooth.

    My son wrecked his 2000 Toyota Corolla during our sole ice day this winter, and Team One was the third of three estimates I got to repair the damage to the hood, front grill, and front fender and mirror. They were on the State Farm approved list, but my agent hadn't worked with them before, unlike with the other two estimates I got. However, I was very impressed at the thoroughness and professionalism they displayed when I brought the car in for the estimate; in addition, they were the lowest bid and could get the car in a week sooner than the other two shops.
    My follow up experience only made me more pleased with their work. The shop worked very hard to find after-market parts for the car to keep costs down (as we were a self pay), but when they received the hood and found it inferior, they ordered another one, sticking to the original estimate. I ended up having to wait an extra couple of days for repairs to be done, but the work was excellent, all details were attended to, and they didn't go over the estimate. (I thought about whether I should give an A on punctuality, but the reasons for the delay were valid and in my best interest, so they get an A.) Did I have to call to get current updates on the car's status, rather than always getting proactive calls? Yes, but even so, their work was top notch and all of their personnel were warm and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others, and I called my State Farm agent to encourage them to do so as well.
