AA Handyman & A GreenthumbStart to finish this was an amazing project. We added a composite deck with pergola and stamped concrete off of our kitchen. Jeff and his crew are master craftsmen focused on attention to detail. Jeff was so easy to work with creating and implementing this build. As the project progressed Jeff had great ideas that added to the beauty of our new structure. We envisioned this project taking several days. However, this went up and finished in less than a week. AMidtown Home ImprovementsMidtown did an excellent job on the deck. The salesman and project manager were friendly and helpful, developing a plan that met our needs. The deck construction crew were professional, highly skilled, and helpful, explaining each step along the way. All work conformed to code, as inspected by the city. The work site was kept clean after each work session and after the work was completed. It took about four days for the deck to be built. AEverything went great from start to finish - I'm very pleased with the experience and their work! I wanted a general contractor type of company that could come in and just take my hand-drawn vision on graph paper to a fully completed project, and that's exactly what they did! I wanted to not have to worry about coordinating different contractors to do pieces of the work and have to babysit the process, worry about workers not showing up and throwing off the rest of the schedule, and have things drawn out over months and months, like we had done upstairs. My husband and I knew the kind of company we wanted would come with a higher price tag than patchwork contractors, which it did, but it was well worth it for the headaches and time they saved me!! They were always on time, highly communicative (which is very much appreciative and not always present in the construction business), and very pleasant to work with! They didn't even blast music like most construction crews, which made for the best possible experience having others in your home every day for several weeks. Even minor sticking points we ran into (couple of wrong parts ordered, door & schedule changes, etc.) were no big deal to hash out. Everyone always made time and was patient with answering my questions and addressing requests or concerns, which was awesome. Even when I was laid off after signing the contract and needed to find more work in a tough COVID-19 market so needed to delay the start date, Tom worked with me. They made sure we're 100% satisfied, which we very much are! The quality of work is great, and everything looks amazing as you can see in the photos below!

AI own a 100-year-old craftsman and had a room requiring a flooring transition on my original wood floors, a closet door frame install, recessed lighting, and a fan installation. T & S went above and beyond. They looked for vintage flooring to match and customized the old-fashioned trim to match perfectly - no easy task b/c this trim and flooring type is no longer made. They smoothed and prepped the wall (plaster/lathe/wallpaper - difficult to work with) for me in areas not related to the lighting installation, knowing I’d be painting soon. Fast, friendly, and professional service. They were prepared with all supplies. They cleaned and organized the work space thoroughly before leaving every day they were there (2-3 days). They were responsive and straightforward throughout the project, gave helpful advice when I asked, and sought out ways to save me money. The transformation was major and i’m very happy with the results.

AI received four bids for the fence we wanted installed. I picked wood link because of their responsiveness in the bidding process and that they could build the fence quickly. They gave us a bid a day or two after we contacted them and the fence was installed within 10 days. The whole process went very well. Wood link let us know via text when they were coming and kept us updated on the process. The quality of their work was excellent. The posts, stringers and fence boards were good quality. They built a gate for us and it looks good and works very well. I highly recommend them.
