DHacker Plumbing & HeatingThey did not return my intial after hours emergency phone call. I had to call back. The first technician did not even acknowledge the display panel with the code indicating the problem. I asked about it and he said that wasn't the problem. He had to return 2 more times that week. By Friday I had to call again after hours and had another technician check it out. He did the same as the first technician and I had to call again for him to return on Saturday. He finally determined it was what the code had been indicating all along. But now I had to wait til they could order the part on Monday. Finally they were able to fix my water heater but it took a week and a half, when it should have only taken a few days, Then came the bill with an outrageous labor fee because of all the times they had to come back. If they would have just looked at the code and checked that out intially instead of just trying one thing and having to repeatedly come back this would have been a decent experience. After I got the bill I requested to speak to someone about it. They only had one technician call me..he said he would pass the info along to the supervisor and that he would probably call me. That did not happen. I asked the office personel to have someone call. They were rude and I still never received a call. I asked again when I sent in payment and still no call. Here I am nearly a year later and still trying to pay off the bill and I still have not received a call.- Laura W.

ADan Stitz PlumbingAmazing! Our water heater went out and I tried two other companies and waited all day for someone to respond with no luck. The next day someone recommended Dan and thank goodness. I called and left a message with his very sweet secretary and he called me within 15-20 minutes to tell me he would be over in about an hour but got there in more like 25 minutes. He was very quick and professional. He had me a new water heater the next day and installed in just a couple hours. I'm soooo happy with Dan's work I'll never call anyone else.- Carly H.

AHacker Plumbing & HeatingWILL NOT USE ANOTHER PLUMBER!!! Only time in have every been so wrong about guessing price and loved it. Had 2 toilets fixed at my house. One was clogged and a plunger wouldn't do it. And the other was leaking around seal. Barely charged more than what some charge just to come out. So grateful I gave these guys a try despite their name haha. I will most certainly use again.- Joshua S.

ADan Stitz PlumbingTwo weeks ago, our kitchen sink started to drain very, very slowly. After trying to work through our home warranty service, and on the recommendation of several of my friends, I called Dan Stitz. The lady in the office was very, very nice, professional and , since Dan was out on a job, took down all the necessary contact and job information, and told me that she'd pass it along to Dan, and that he would contact me. 15 minutes later, he called, and set an appointment up with us. Today, he and one of his men came out to fix the problem. They were both very professional. neat/clean and knowledgeable, and set right to work. They first tried to snake the drain through the sink, but after no success there, pulled out a ladder and took the snake through one of the pipe vents on the roof. Within an hour from arriving, they had the drain back in full working order. From start to finish, I found them easy to contact and communicate with -- at no time was I trading voicemail messages or texts. I can see why they came with so many recommendations from my friends and colleagues!- Greg R.

CThe water heater was successfully installed and it is adequate for my needs. Unfortunately during the process of installing the exterior vent through the roof of my home, the workman dropped something that punched a hole through the ceiling of my kitchen. It is a small hole (1.5inch square), but a hole just the same. The work was done on 12/2/2020, and the hole in my ceiling remains

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

ARocky built us an amazing house in Linn Creek. This is our vacation second home as we live and work in St. Louis. We first had Rocky demolish the old house that we currently had and then he built an amazing beauty from the concrete up 46 feet tall! It’s a sight to see from the lake. Stunning! We researched builders in the area and chose our top 3. Rocky is the “real deal” and a straight shooter and became our first choice to build this home. He is very honest and credible. When we went for our new home loan, the other two builders were not approved by the bank but Rocky was approved immediately. If you want a gorgeous custom home built, drama-free, this is your guy! We still use Rocky to do various projects. He is getting ready to build a master suite in the basement of this home. I will try and post pictures on here.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
