  • I called, and since it was not an emergency, I was scheduled for an appointment the next business day. I was called back right away, saw Dr. Boardman and got my shots. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Very good experience.

  • He has been my doctor for a very long, long time. He delivered my son. He's very professional. He's maybe a little bit less on his bedside manner. Sometimes you will ask him a question, he will reiterate your age over, and over again. I plan on using him again in the future.

  • He is really good. I am exceptionally pleased with his services. I had some complications from a previous surgery on my spine by another doctor, and Dr. Fonn took up my case after almost fifteen neurosurgeons told me that I will not live through this. He took it on knowing what it has to and what is it going to be. I had some problem with the billing, but they finally got it straightened out. I would definitely see him again in the future if needed, and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

  • He called me and reminded me that I need to go back to see him.  He is nice and tried to put you at ease.  He will talk to you and crack a few jokes to make sure you don’t get nervous.  He is very professional.  The only thing he has to do is talk slow because he is Chinese and he has an accent.  Communication is a little bit of a problem.  He is very knowledgeable.  He tells his staff to tell the patients that if you don’t understand anything you can ask him again and he never gets upset and he wants you to ask him.  I might go back for the normal examination but I have had other issues because of which I will not go back.

  • This is a group of doctors. The doctor told me to go back when I am 75 so that he can remove the cataract. I have to wait and wait for a long time there. You can get an appointment right away there, but when you get to the waiting room you may have to wait for more than two hours. There are four different doctors there and they are all busy. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and he took care of eye infections and my yearly examination and prescriptions.

  • There was some wait to get an appointment. My neighbor had seen him and had only great things to say. I saw him in the office and he is a very pleasant guy with great bedside manors. He explained to me the various causes of chronic diarrhea from most common to least common and how he would approach it. He also gave me a option to wait and watch.

I proceeded with blood tests, stool tests, and a colonoscopy and random colon biopsies.

The colonoscopy was a breeze. It was painless and a much better experience than last 2 procedures.

2 weeks later we met in the office. The biopsy has shown lymphocytic colitis. He put me on a medicine called Entocort and with in 2 weeks the diarrhea is gone, cramps are better and I feel so great.

4 weeks later I asked him why prior 2 colonoscopies did not show lymphocytic colitis? He said if the biopsies were done, it would have. Anyway there is no point in worrying about spilled coffee...

Thanks to Dr. Pais. I strongly recommend him.

  • I am considering options at this time. He is a very good doctor and explains things very well. He took his time with us and was not in a hurry. We are considering surgery with him and are so far very pleased with his service.

  • Was having some heaving bleeding and cramping problems. They ran tests and lab work and then did a total hysterectomy at my request. Dr. Ann Behrend-Uhls is very caring and takes the time with you to give you the best care possible.

  • I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Fonn. He took a chance on revising a failed spinal surgery "mess" that another doctor had performed on me 3 1/2 years earlier. I was turned down by numerous other surgeons for fear that I would not live or that I would be paralyzed from the attempted corrective surgeries. His ability as a surgeon is commendable, as well as his bedside manner. He was very easy to communicate with and I never felt like I was asking him a dumb question, because I went to him with a list of questions! He seems to have genuine concern for health and pain issues, and he had a calming effect on me, as his patient. Spinal surgery is a very scary thing, particularly in my case, where I had been turned away by numerous surgeons, and the surgeon's ability to soothe some to these fears is so valuable. I will forever be grateful that he took a chance on me and ultimately is helping me regain some quality of life. I believe that I will be able to get "off" of disability in the next year or so, and actually go back to work again. Only because of his help. I LOVE HIM.

  • I went to Dr. Williams on two occasions. The first time was on 1/18/2009 and then again on on the date above. On my first visit she did a PAP & abdominal exam & breast exam. She identified a large mass in my abdomen & had me come back for an ultrasound on the 26th. The ultrasound was performed by a technician in her office. She immediately got the ultrasound images within minutes of me having the test done. She called me back & told me that I had a uterine fibroid about the size of a grapefruit & a mass on my left ovary & that she was pretty sure it was cancer. Then without batting a lash or giving me a chance to take a breath she said she recommended a complete hysterectomy & that it would have to be a large abdominal incision so that they could clearly see my ovaries. During surgery they would biopsy the left ovary & if ANYTHING was questionable they would remove EVERYTHING. It would be a 6 week minimum recovery time plus whatever cancer treatment options I would need to consider. She said "We do the procedures at St. Francis hospital on Mondays. I'll have my nurse come in & get you scheduled right away." She didn't suggest I get a second opinion; another ultrasound or an MRI -- nothing!! Let's just cut you open!!! I was almost speechless, but I managed to tell her I couldn't schedule anything until I spoke to my husband & work about it. I left there & never went back!
