AMidwest Best Carpet Cleaning, LLCI called Jim about cleaning our carpets before we moved into our new home. Even though we were outside of his normal range of customers, he agreed to come out and clean the carpets. He arrived on time, did a great job on our carpets, and locked up after he left. DThe technicians were very polite and prompt., however, the carpet was soaking wet when they left. When carpet was dry the stains were still there. They came back to work on stains the following week. The technician told me to get a box fan to dry the carpet which I did within the first 30 minutes after they left. When the stain dried i it was even more visible than before. They told me it was my fault on the phone and that they would not come back. I called another reputable local company and they were able to remove the stain on the first try. I will never use Stanley Steemer in the future.
