AI have been a "loyal" customer of Loyalty Lawn Care since 2005 or about 14 years. My yard is one of the best looking in the neighborhood. I have referred many homeowners (probably 7 or 8) to Loyalty Lawn Care after they have seen my beautiful yard. They always do a fine job in applying the treatments. And they do respond in a timely fashion if I need some extra treatment like weed control for example. I will continue their service for many years.

APaid $89 for the service tech to look at my dryer. He said it needed a part that cost nearly as much as the dryer itself so I decided against repair. The cost seemed a little high for a diagnosis but overall was happy with the service. I will hire them again unless I find a company that services my area for less money.

FWill never recommend bills place for anything. 1. They never answer the phone 2. Sold us a 2 year old lawn mower & when asked why 3 days later, I was berated for even asking. They finally agreed they had the newer mower. 3. Said they would deliver on Thursday between 2-4 pm, NEVER SHOWED UP 4. Called at 4 to find out why, left a message cause they never answer phone 5. A little after 5 they call, said they can't find my house, I asked where they were, at the shop, oh, they never tried, never even called to say they couldn't find the house which is about 10 minutes away. 6. They said they tried calling several times, I never answered, not true, was home all day. 7. I suggest they run over then cause our grass is getting really high, man says no, maybe tomorrow, maybe not, maybe next week. Then he says, I'm not selling this mower to you & hangs up. 8. I call him, he answers, surprise, surprise, I says we really need this mower. He hangs up. That's why I don't recommended this business to anyone. We called Toro customer service & reported him. We PAID up front for this mower, he tried selling us a mower he had out in the parking lot that was 2 years old, got upset when we figured that out. I bet he never had the new model in stock.

FExtremely disappointed. He asked what kind of mower I had, and described it as shown above; specifically, it has a 5.5-horsepower engine. Despite the presence of a large Briggs and Stratton sign outside the location, I was told "we don't work on Craftsman mowers anymore." I asked him when that started, and he said, "oh, about five years ago." Considering this is a Toro dealer, I guess they make more money selling new Toros than they do repairing old Craftsman mowers. It's a good thing I didn't bring the mower with me, as I would have had to lug it back into the storage shed.
