AMetro Lawn Sprinklers & LandscapesI had my lawn sprinkler system shutdown for the winter on Tuesday, October 20, 2020. My service window was Noon to 5:00 p.m., but the technician showed up shortly after his lunch break, which was great for me. After shutting off the water supply, the technician blew the water out of each of my nine sprinkler zones, with which I assisted him because I have a temperamental analog control panel that is over 30 years old. After shutting everything down, I shut down the control panel for the winter, and I electronically signed the invoice. NOTE: I pre-pay the yearly service agreement each Spring for the system start-up & shutdown service, and Metro does have coupons ($10 off for backflow test or service agreement) for those who post verifiable reviews on Angie's List, Google, or BBB, which is nice.- RAYMOND S.

AAllen Outdoor SolutionsTalk about above and beyond!! Wow! The Allen Outdoor Solutions team blew me away with AWESOME SERVICE!! They have maintained our yard and landscape for many years so we asked them to install an irrigation system. The installers were VERY PROFESSIONAL and CLEAN! Our yard was put back in better condition than when they arrived. We chose a HUNTER HYDRAWISE system, which is operated from our Smart Phone. SUPER COOL!!! I also want to mention the office staff and coordination team. We were informed every step of the way before installation and also receive a follow-up call a few days after to make sure everything was operating correctly. THANKS!!!- Chris B.

ALawn Systems IncMy entire experience with Lawn Systems Inc exceeded my expectations. Lawn Systems installed sprinkler systems for my two of my family members who were both happy with their systems which made choosing them easy. First off, they are like clockwork, every appointment time thought the process was met on time or slightly early. Every employee from the salesman to the install crew and the walk-through tech were professional. I have a large koi pond that I have a home install sprinkler system already installed around it. I was thrilled to find out they could connect to it and add it as it's own zone so I didn't have to pay them to redo it. I was also very impressed how little damage was done to the lawn after the job was completed. They had to dig a 4-foot deep hole with a trench in my front yard to connect to the water supply and had to run a line under my driveway & I could barely tell they did it. Even after we had a few inches of rain a day or two before the installation. We are happy with the function of the system and the ease of programming and adjusting, I can even do it from my phone from anywhere. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.- Kenneth H.

Occassionally, I get a bit ansy as I would like them to come quicker, but it is because they are fairly busy and they always figure out a way to wedge me in somehow. ALawn Systems IncMy last visit by Lawn Systems was about as ideal as a service visit can be. After a preparatory phone call, Scott arrived early and already had the system inspected by the time I joined him outside. He then proceeded to run through each of my 9 zones, asking me for my preferences on each one. He identified several defective sprinkler heads, but did not use any high pressure techniques to force me to spend more than what was absolutely necessary. He patiently and clearly explained everything he was doing, and did so while it was pouring rain. I highly recommend this company.- JON B.

Our property had a problem of water runoff causing serious soil erosion that required some excavation, installation of an extended drainage system, installation of railroad ties, topsoil and regrading. The cost estimate was very competitive with other local landscapers and all work was done in a very professional manner. Frank Davis is more than just a landscaper; he is an experienced problem-solver and came up with suggestions that added value to the project without exceeding the budget. AThe team was fantastic! They took nine 80+ft dead oaks out quickly and safely, ground out the stumps and cleaned up the property for a very reasonable price. The guys worked hard and consistently for 3 days. I would definitely hire them again or recommend All Outdoors.
