After working with this two-generation family business we would never consider hiring another company to do whatever we need done. JPro stands by their work giving us peace of mind that whatever has been done is correct and will serve us well. Our current bathroom remodel was done so that we can "age" at home. It was designed with JPro's help to be handicap accessible and easy to manage and maintain. Demolition was completed the day before our nation's Covid-19 shutdown. ABri-Co ConstructionHarold and his crew did an amazing job! This was a medium sized wall in a tricky location with multiple obstacles to be conscience of and work around (propane and septic tanks). The project went quickly and smoothly. Best of all, years of experience and the systems Harold has in place allowed for affordable answers when other contractors only saw problems and expenses. This project ended with nothing but respect and gratitude for what was accomplished. There is no question that Bri-Co will be a part of any construction project I do moving forward.- Mike S.

AQuality Carpentry and Remodeling LLCI've already told a dozen people about Tom's service, so I might as well tell you. "Nice guy" is a big deal, but trumped by a superb work ethic and a tenacity toward excellence. I especially appreciated that the estimate to contract was very specific, so there were no surprises and my expectations were spot on. After he rescued a deteriorating wall on my balcony, he accomplished something else I needed though it was not his specialty--he bird netted my carport ceiling to prevent bats from nesting there at night. Haven't seen a bat since! Call Tom, primarily for carpentry needs, but also for a great contractor experience.- Jan B.

The install team was fast but did quality work. They had to come back to install a gate and were on time and did the job right. ARoy and Sean saved our kitchen. This is a long story, but worth it. We previously had our kitchen partially remodeled by another contractor, which was a complete disaster. The contractor backed out of our project at approximately 60% completion, leaving us with an incomplete and poorly executed remodel. We felt defeated and unmotivated to fix the problem. In December 2018, we met Roy and his son Sean. They were unapologetically transparent with us about the state of our remodel and what must be done to make it right. We reviewed three bids in total- Roy was the highest (by only a little) but we felt that their expertise was the only path to a beautiful finish, We were right. Not only were they both extremely professional, but they were an absolute joy to work with. They were always up front about potential cost increases (such as our tile upgrade), and listened to our vision the whole way through. They also made several professional design recommendations that we integrated into the project. Roy’s team was dedicated to our project from start to finish (they do not job-hop). The job was complex- we were salvaging existing countertops (as we had just had quartz countertops installed during the previous remodel snafu) and it also involved demo-ing most of the kitchen while attempting to save the tops. We were able to save the island, but the sink top had to be replaced due to poor installation by the previous contractor. This project also included two custom-fabricated wood columns and floating wood shelves with integrated lighting. We had custom cabinetry made as well, and crown molding throughout the main floor to integrate into the kitchen. The project could not have gone any smoother. We are thrilled with our kitchen and would recommend Roy and Sean to anyone who wants the job done right. We feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with Roy and Sean- their craftsmanship is unparalleled.

AMidwest did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. They were extremely knowledgeable on the work, provided a host of options, and were very competitive on price (vs. multiple other bids). One of the best aspects of the job was the quick timeline from bid to start of work (approximately 3 weeks vs. months for other contractors). I would highly recommend this company.

AI have used Frank Jackson before, and was once again pleased with the work done. I needed the interior of my condo painted, as I was anxious to place my home on the market. There are many vaulted ceilings and a lot of woodwork. Although my condo is only about 1600 square feet, I thought thought the job seemed very challenging. Frank came by and quoted a price of about $5000.00 ( including paint of course.) As I was in a hurry, he had a crew of 3 workers start the following Monday. They worked 6 days total, and the result was just beautiful. All walls were a light grey with white woodwork. They finished painting July 30, 2018. I was able to put condo on market August 6,2018. It sold August 7 for $7000 over asking price. Maybe I would have had the same result without the outstanding paint job, but I seriously doubt it. The condo I am moving to will need some work. I already know who I will be calling for that work--Jackson Custom Homes.
