Before starting the project Al explained everything to us in detail. Al and Bobby were polite, efficient and cleaned up the mess as good as I would have and I am a stickler for that. Al Birkenmeier has done 6 different jobs for us over the past 5 years and every job is outstanding. We trust them to do high quality work at a very fair price. My second contacted was I believe Jeremy, the gentlemen who performed a lot if not all of the work. Can only say what a GREAT job he did, I believe he went above and beyond in some of the detail work he did. Maybe it's not above and beyond but just how he and Shelby Roofing perform daily. Him and his worker not only maintained a high degree of professionalism, was always on time, made sure they cleaned up at the end of the day, and finished the project in a timely manner. They took extra precaution during this pandemic outbreak to insure my safety by taking their temperatures each morning. I can not tell you how much he impressed me and highly recommend him for any home improvement project you are considering.

AI was TOTALLY satisfied with the work Greentree did on my house. My contact guy was Mr. Bill Majers. He got up on the roof with the insurance adjustor and indicated all the places where there was hail and wind damage. They worked with my insurance company to get the entire project covered by my insurance. The roofers were fast and very efficient. I have nothing but praise for this company and for Mr. Bill Majers, who went out of his way to ensure everything was completed to my total satisfaction.

She was very impressed by the man who came out & gave us a bid for the work. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, & honest in what would be required for the job, not trying to sell us more services than we needed. The work was started & finished quickly, & very satisfactorily done. I completed the payment for our new account over the phone with a very capable member of office staff.
