AKwik Dry Carpet CleaningKwik Dry did excellent work in our home! After requesting quotes from multiple carpet cleaners, we chose Kwik Dry because they were the most reasonably priced. My husband and I were thankful that Kwik Dry's price was exactly as advertised. Many other companies claimed to have a good rate, then jacked up the prices with service fees. The owner of Kwik Dry also was kind enough to talk through any questions I had over the phone so I wouldn't encounter any surprises on the day of the cleaning. The work that Kwik Dry did on our carpets was great! The job was finished within a couple of hours with excellent results. Our carpets are so much cleaner! I recommend requesting Zach and Vinny. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! They even thought about the little things, such as working in a way that would preserve the satisfying pattern they made with the machine. Bob called me back and we talked about where in the house the carpet was that needed to be cleaned, how old the carpet is and if there are any areas I wanted then to focus on. Bobby and Zach came to the house that day. They were on time and very friendly. They did a great job with the carpet and I even asked them to clean 2 kitchen chairs that were upholstered...they looked as good as new! I would highly recommend them. ATerrific. He arrived on time. Wore a mask. Was very nice and efficient. Removed all spots and returned the furniture (to the extent he could given the rug had to dry. He returned all heavy furniture to the rug by using foam under the legs of the table. He was about half the price of other bids I received and the other carpet cleaners could not have done a better job than Andy did.

ANothing is worse than walking down to your basement and realizing that the entire floor has about 4 inches of water covering it. I called Pride because they were referred to me and I couldn't have been happier. They extracted the water and dried it out and cut out some of the walls. They also packed out my belongings that were downstairs. Everything was handled so professionally. They took an inventory of what they took and helped me to file a report for what items were damaged by the water and everything was returned in good condition. They also really helped me with dealing with the insurance company. I would highly recommend them.
