    very disappointed with the service i received. This company apparently could not firgure out what was wrong with my car and instead of just saying that, they continued to charge me for things that they said was wrong in relation to what i originally brought the vechicle in for. I had to bring my vechicle back three times for them to attempt to fix what i originally brought it in for. Needless to say two thousand dollars later i still have the same problem with my vechicle, and to make matters worse the owner had the nerve to ask if i could pay an additional 150.00 for labor because i had to keep bringing the truck back, need i mind you i had already paid two thousand dollars. The last time i went to retrieve my truck she had me take 2 different mechanics to see if they heard the noise that my vechicle had been making and one of them did except for the last mechanic, but i should also point out that the last mechanic that said he didnt here it that time did note that he had heard the noise before in one of the previous test run. So the owner then says well take it home for the weekened and bring it back monday. My advice, if you have 2,000 you just want to throw away by all means vist this shop, not only will you have thrown away youre money you will also have an unfixed car.

    They checked everything and nothing needed to be done. They fixed the rubber lining in the rear door (reattached it). I was given back my list of everything that I wanted checked with the mechanic's notes on each item. I have been going to Big G's for several years, and they have done repairs for me in the past. I am a woman and have always been treated with respect and courtesy at Big G's. Their prices have always been reasonable. It is hard to find such honest and reliable mechanics -- I recommend them to everyone. I sent a friend there last week, and she raved about their service and prices. Amazingly, after all the checking and rubber lining repair, they did not charge me anything for this service.

    It was very nice. I just drove out and they did it without an appointment. Their price was competitive. Their responsivenss was very good. I was the one that came to them. I have been going there for about five or six years and I am happy with the service. The workers I have come in contact with are very fine. It took about a half hour for the work to be completed for me. They washed the car, too.

    They didn't do a good job because they forgot to put the cap back on my oil, I had a big problem with that. It took some time for me to notice. They replaced it with another cap, but I told them I wanted the original cap so they are ordering me on.

    last time here (1996) they dented my 1 month old truck, VERY MAD. Due to new management I thought I would try again. Very nice facility. They did have trouble trying to figure out transmission code on 2011 ram with less than 10'000 miles. They did a flash on it, said it was fixed and sent me on my way. I didn't even make it home when engine light came on again, so I went back. they said it may be a few days so they put me in a free rental (very nice). I asked them to please take care of it as I explained what happened last time here. I took pictures of my truck on all sides as it sat on their lot to be safe. waited a couple days to check progress to see my truck outside so I called to see if it was ready. They said it was on a diagnostic machine. Clearly a lie as I was looking at it while talking to them. Very upset I called the operation manager (Jason) who seem to get things going and even said he would put truck inside to help protect it. After a new valve body and torque converter installed I thought I was done. NOPE, nice scratch on truck. I called them over to look at it and thank god I took pics to prove it happened their. They offered to fix it but nothing else. Jason had me contact Joe(very nice person) at the body shop who set up an appointment. I showed up to what looks like a whole in the wall garage where I was told they would need to keep it a couple days and have to remove the front bumper(know my concerns). I never went back as it wasn't worth the risk. I wish they would of offered another choice. To this day NO ONE has called for a follow up, not even Jason. Sorry for the long review but I wanted people to be mindful when you leave your vehicle at this place. They should treat their customer cars like their new ones. I know' accidents happen. I am mostly upset about the lie while at the shop and the NO FOLLOW UP for my poor experience. What ever happened to customer service? I'm glad this was warranty. Thanks again for the scratch.

    I had trouble scheduling with my regular mechanic. I asked for an appointment and Northwest took me right away. They changed the oil and did a careful look over on the vehicle. I can tell that these guys are careful and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

    out of there in 40 mins. good service and friendly. The reason I went there is because I got them on the phone when my car wouldn't start in the winter. I was ready to get it towed and the guy on the phone told me how to get it started. Will continue to go there and recommend.

    I've been using them for a little over a year. They were recommended to me by the mechanic I had been using in Lebanon,
    IL (Dave Prokoff Advanced Automotive) for 14 years. I trusted his judgement and was moving and needed a mechanic in Missouri. It's a 30 minute drive to get to them, others are much closer, but it is well worth it for the peace of mind of dealing with someone I can trust. They recommended a yearly fuel additive since this was a newer car we had just bought which will keep the fuel injectors and fuel pump dry. Because of past experience I knew I could trust they wouldn't recommend it unless it really would help.

    Midas Muffler Shop got me in promptly. They tried to up-sell me on what I needed which was not necessarily a good thing. I'm not sure whether I needed to be up-sold or not. I resisted it since I am going to get rid of the car within the next month or two and I couldn't see investing a lot more in it than I had to. I probably would use them again but I would ask them exactly what their bottom line price is going to be before I let them start taking the car apart.
