Dr. Bartholet seemed angry during my appointment.  He said the eye doctor is the one who should determine the cause of eye problems and he knew of no medical condition that would cause my vision to get worse.  He refused to look at my list of other symptoms, or list of specialists I had seen for issues such as herniated disc, nerve damage/neuropathy and torn knee ligaments and he also would not look at my list of medications.  (The eye doctor indicated steroids and certain medicines could cause increased eye pressure and glaucoma). He did not ask if glaucoma or diabetes ran in my family.  (I am 53 years old, which is young for glaucoma). He did not ask if I intentionally lost 15 pounds since my last visit. He finally agreed to test me for diabetes. (He was reluctant because I had been tested for it the year before).  I am now working with my neurologist to determine what is causing my eye problems and other symptoms.   I will not return to Dr. Bartholet and I have found another physician.

Overall, I was not impressed with this office. I ended up switching OBGYNs during my 37th week of pregnancy. Dr. Krasnoff seems very knowledgeable, however, I personally did not care for her bedside manner. It is likely just a personal preference, but I just wanted someone more upbeat and personable. She was just very mute and always told me everything was normal and never really offered much explanation. She always seemed rushed and uninterested in me or my concerns.
Her office staff is awful. They always seemed very rushed and hurried. They were also always very loud and patients in the waiting room could hear them complaining about patients as well as over hear telephone conversations staff was having with patients on the phone. I am really surprised with HIPPA and all this is not remedied.

Dr. Thatch has the most unfriendly, rude and sometimes mean office staff I have ever encountered. The first couple visits I had with her and my daughter were okay. Then things went downhill very quickly after that. They lied to Dr. Thatch about telephone conversations I had with them. Not only did they get angry if asked to actually do anything, including their job, they certainly will not go out of their way to help in any way. I have never experienced such rudeness and hatefulness in my entire life! Dr. Thatch also does not like to be questioned. I believe it is not only our right but responsibility to question health care providers when it comes to OUR health. I believe she is an okay doctor, but unfortunately she allows her staff to treat her patients badly so I would NOT recommend her. It just isn't worth it. There are too many GYN's in this area to have to put up with such abuse from a receptionist and secretary! If you want to be abused and talked down to this is the office to go to!

The clinic is staffed by various nurses serving part-time, so, while they were as accommodating as they could be, and I appreciated the contact I had with people and the services I received, scheduling appointments was a little challenging. A few of the nurses I interacted with briefly were very helpful and informative. One nurse, however, in our consultation, though informative, also seemed insistent on a level of thoroughness that was neither necessary nor desired, causing the appointment to go needlessly long. But, overall, the center provides a helpful service, and makes both information and supplies readily available, as well as immunizations for which people come to them.

I was called into a waiting room at my appointment time where I was quickly seen by a nurse who took my readings and blood and answered all my questions.  Dr. Scheperle arrived minutes later to go over my charts, review progress made from last visit and further answered questions I had.  I have been a patient of Dr. Scheperle's practice for five years now and have always received superior service and care.  I've never had an issue with appt. times or billing errors.

I have been going to them for years. They have medical doctors who work in allergy and asthma so I have been going to them for a decade. They do a good job. They are easy to get into. I was referred to them and everything seems to be good. They provide good medical treatment. They are good with the availability of their doctors for appointments. The office environment is fine. I will be going back, I have regular appointments with them.

Office visits are always a good experience. He is very punctual. His bedside manner is in the upper 1% of physicians I've known or worked with. Always willing to explain things, and work with his patients. The office staff is great also.

I have always been pleased with the care provided by the physicians at University Club Medical. The diagnoses have always been accurate and the prescribed remedies were effective. Every one of the physicians has been prompt and very patient - I've never felt rushed. I have not been as pleased with the nurse practitioners in the office. I have seen nurse practitioners twice over the years and both times were disappointing. In both cases, the N.P. was friendly but did not seem as confident or knowledgeable as I was hoping for. If an appointment with a N.P. is available sooner than one with a doctor, I usually ask for a doctor even if it means waiting a few more days. The one time I needed to see a doctor right away, they squeezed me in within two hours of my call.

He is very friendly and prompt. He is thorough during the appointments. He works with people to try to correct the treatment. He has two nurse practitioners. If he's sick, you can always see someone. The staff is nice and easy to work with.

Overall, it went great! It was nice being able to be seen for something that was so painful the same day I called. The staff at the counter/window greeted me with a smile and warm words. The lobby had a nice water feature, music, and CURRENT magazines. The examination rooms even had terrific views and more magazines. The place was even filled with very nice art. The practice definitely made a terrible and sick day for me a lot brighter.
