I had a facial peel and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. It
was performed by Jennifer Dean and I'm absolutely ecstatic. I've had
peels before but they were painful and didn't seem to do much good.
Jennifer used a and quot;Jessner Peeland quot; and she made the experience comfortable
and pleasant. She even followed up with a phone call the next day to see
if I was doing okay. I just had my follow-up moisturizing facial and my
face has never felt so soft. Even better, my age spots are noticeably
changed (some have disappeared!) I highly recommend Jennifer Dean ...
she's a true professional and cares about her clients.

    Body Works Day Spa
I was able to make an appointment for the following day when I called, which was good because I was in pain.
The waiting area is small, but pretty. Downstairs is a salon, and my massage therapist met me there and took me upstairs for treatment. The upstairs area is very clean, very calm and relaxing.
The massage room is spacious, with some natural light and nice touches like flowers and soft music, but it definitely looks like an upscale clinic as opposed to a darker space - I liked that. My massage therapist was very soft spoken and nice, and made sure to talk to me about my pain (left over from a car accident) and any areas that she should concentrate on or avoid. I was given plenty of time to change to my level of comfort, get on the table and get covered up before she returned.
The massage I got was an hour-long deep tissue massage, full body. During treatment, my therapist didn't talk much, which I liked. She was focused on fixing me instead. Due to the nature of my very tense back, some of the massage was a little uncomfortable at times, and she was careful to notice if I flinched or seemed uncomfortable and checked with me before continuing.
After my session, I was given a bottle of water to help hydrate my muscles and reduce soreness, because you *are* going to be a little sore after deep tissue therapy. I had much better range of motion immediately, although I was quite sore the next two days. But once the soreness went away on day three, I felt significantly better.
My massage ran about $90, including a $10 tip, which I felt was very reasonable for the service I got. Other massage therapies are less expensive, so if you are a beginner, choose a relaxing massage or even a Swedish massage for pain reduction - you will pay a little less and have less residual soreness. For me, the deep tissue was a good way to go.

    Spa Chateau
Spa Chateau is great. I have been going here for about two years. My family has gone here for Swedish and deep tissue massages and body wraps. I like the ambiance. They are very responsive. They treat me like royalty. It is an incredible spa.
