Wade Cantrell priced out the job over the phone after looking up parts and such.  He called me back within the hour, and I set up a delivery day with him.  He offered to cart me back to my home after dropping off the car, but I didn't want to impose that much since he works from his home now.  Upon delivery, he told me that he would start on the Durango later that night and if there was any problems, he would contact me immediately.  I got a call the next evening saying that everything was repaired.  He replaced the water pump and bottom hose on the car.  He also told me that he flushed the system while he had everything apart, at no charge.....  Before he put the belt back on, he checked and cleaned it.  I was very impressed with his customer service and care for me since the truck had Kansas plates on it.... another garage provided by my new neighbor wanted to gouge me for the same work!  We now have a replacement truck for the Durango, but if anything ever goes wrong with my vehicles or if I'm asked to refer a auto mechanic.... I'll be telling them to take it to Wade's Automotive.  This heading is for Branson Muffler, just remember that now he works from his home!   Great, Trustworthy Person!!!  Thanks Wade.

Around 1:00 pm on Wednesday,  April 15, 2015, my husband and I were at the point of accepting their price counter-offer when the salesman (Austin) told us for the first time about a $98 "administrative fee".  We told him we needed to think about it since we were not anticipating the additional charge and we had already come up on price to meet their counter-offer.  He contacted both my husband and I multiple times later that day to see if we were going to buy.  That afternoon I noticed that I did not have my wallet.  We searched our vehicles and our house.  When I still couldn't find it by the next morning, my husband drove back to the dealership at 9:30 am to look for it.  The sales staff was in a meeting, but the secretary found it in the salesperson's desk.  Later that day the salesman called to see if we wanted to buy the car.  We let him know that we were no longer interested.  Any person who would knowingly keep a wallet that was clearly identifiable is not someone I want to do business with, much less someone who contacted me multiple times while having my wallet yet failed to mention it to me in numerous text and phone conversations.

I did not post this review right away, because we wanted to speak to the salesperson's supervisor before we posted a poor review of the dealership.  However, my husband talked to the sales manager, Chuck, today and Chuck defended every action that the salesman took (actually didn't take!) in the incident with my wallet.  He also said he knew that the salesperson had my wallet at 6:00 pm on Wednesday although the salesperson told us that the salesperson hadn't found it until Thursday morning.  He also acknowledged that salespeople are trained to not reveal the "administrative fee" to customers upfront.  He said they shouldn't wait until papers are being signed, but that the "administrative fee" might make customers not want to shop with them, so salespeople shouldn't reveal the existence of the fee upfront.

Completed ahead of schedule and at a cost lower than expected. Could have had it done for less but I opted to use Toyota parts. This increased the parts cost but it was an item that Toyota had issued a service bulletin on so I expected the parts were an upgrade in quality from the original. Have used this repair shop in the past with excellent results.

.Made appt. to have the exterior of my RV washed and waxed.
Two young guys came to do the job. They obviously did not know what they were doing.
When I checked after i was told it was finished, I noticed the lettering on the RV that was not painted on was chewed up with
ragged edges. The lettering which spelled BRAVE was not paint but some type of fabric that had survived for over 10 years.
With their polishing wheel they ruined it in less than 2 hours.
The lettering is no longer available. I will have to pay to have someone replace them somehow.
I was furious but I realized they had no clue what they had done.
I will never call them again.

I am very picky about who I use, but they are always very quick to diagnose and take care of the issue. My car is there as we speak and it is a really, really, really great place to take your car. The tech diagnosed the last tire issue that I had in less than 50 seconds! I have been there around 8-10 times and they are always really thorough and my car is always fixed, and fixed well. They are worth the cost because they will not make a mistake on your car. I always feel so confident leaving my car there! The one thing that I would say is that their customer service personnel could be a bit friendlier.

I like this place. The waiting room is nice. It is a family business. They seem very honest and you deal with the owner. I went there once before and they spent an hour trying to diagnose a problem, but couldn't not find it. There was no charge.

I regularly go to Magness for service and have never been disappointed. I come in on time for my appointment and before I have finished a cup of their coffee, my Toyota Solara is ready to take me back to Branson. Randy and his service department staff are always very courteous. I bought my car in Texas, but will definitely go to Magness when I am ready to buy another car. They always go over my car carefully and make recommendations when upcoming service may be needed.

The good news is I got a call that day and they said it was not the main seal but the oil filter seal and they had it fixed for only $43.11.  They said it was leaking bad and had oil all over the place which is what threw them off but they realized it when they started working on it.
I really appreaciate having an honest mechanic.  I would have had no idea and he could have charged me $300 and i would have paid it.  I have had him replace the radiator and put new sparkplugs in my suburban before and he always did a good job at a fair price but after this oil leak i felt I needed to give him a review.
Highlands Automotive is a very good place to take your car because they are very honest and their prices are very resonable.

walked in, talked to the man in charge, seemed professional. put my car in, they had it for about 3hours. but it got fixed. then i had either a bad maf or o2 sensor, told then whats wrong with it, they said that its my transmission. later took it else were and it had nothing to do with transmision. they are all right in my opinion. but i have to say, mechanics in branson don't know much about cars though, i would pick Springfield mechanics over branson's anytime.

All work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Service writers were courteous and fair.  They even gave me a free oil change when the service took longer than they thought it should.
