    Kansas City Foot and Ankle
Excellent experience. Nails were cultured for fungus. Dr. Jameson was terrific; she's the rare combination of professional plus personable. I was especially impressed by the efficiency of the office team. I have chronic back pain and hate standing for what is often a lengthy check-out process. This group sends a clerk to the exam room to handle follow-up appointments while the patient is still in the room. Very efficient and very convenient!! Honestly, I love this place.

We love him. His staff is very professioal. You never have to wait for him. He takes his time explaining things. He is one of a kind. He comes out to the waiting room personally and calls you back.

    Loren, Dr. Michael L
I highly recommend Dr. Loren's for any allergy issues and have sent friends and family members to him because I've been so impressed.. Not only is he a kind, caring doctor who is very knowledgable, his staff is one of the friendliest groups of ladies I've ever dealt with.

    Orthopedic Surgeons Inc
The surgery seemed to go fine and I was given a 2 pound lifting restriction, then 5, then 10 pounds. I had a few therapy sessions to teach me some various stretching techniques. In February, my retirement switched from a medicare supplement to United Healthcare Medicare Advantage. When it was still swelling in March, I called and was told they did not take United Healthcare. Even a call from the company would not change that. I like Dr. Witte, who is young, very competent, and does a great job of explaining what happened, why the procedures he did were necessary, and was great with my treatment plan. I am disappointed to not be able to go back to Dr. Witte as I'm having rotator cuff pain in the other shoulder. (In January, Dr. Witte gave me an injection of corizone in the tender shoulder.) I would grade this practice straight A's were it not for them refusing to take my insurance.

    ENT Associates of Greater KC
Both the audiologist and Dr. Cowan were extremely personable and professional. I never felt rushed and they answered all of my questions in detail. I will return in the future for a follow-up exam. I should note that Dr. Cowan was recommended by a friend and he lived up to his reputation. I've always found ENT's to be somewhat useless, but this one is a keeper.

Metro Pulmonary & Hospital Medicine PC
No one on the office staff had a smile when I was checking in or when leaving. Amber, who gave the breathing tests could very well have been a robot for lack of affect. They may have just been having a bad day and on another visit the atmosphere would be different. I will not being going back, not because of the staffs' lack of friendliness but because they could not provide the services I was seeking. Otherwise I would not be as frank in my evaluation

Kansas City Bone & Joint Clinic
She had a great experience with Dr. Salin both times that she had knee surgery. Dr. Salin is very friendly and caring. He listens to his patients and doesn't push them to have surgery unnecessarily. With both knees, he encouraged her to try conservative, non-surgical treatment first. Only when she chose to proceed were her surgeries scheduled. The office visits before and after each surgery were beneficial and scheduled at proper times. Her incisions healed very nicely and were as small as possible. My wife, having seen large incisions on other knee replacement surgery patients, was very pleased that hers were minimal. She and I have both recommended Dr. Salin to several of our friends.

This place is awful. Dr. Vardakis was recommended to me by a friend, but it didn't go well for me. There doesn't seem to be much efficiency or teamwork amongst the employees, it seemed to be an each man for himself environment.
Bobbi at the front desk was so stressed and disorganized she got hives and was breathing heavily every time. If she asked another for help, it seemed like a chore on their part.
They take your temperature with a thermometer they swipe across your forehead, that's fine, except they didn't clean it with alcohol wipes before or after they used it - gross.
One room I was in and the NP had to ask staff for paper towels because the room had ran out and the staff hadn't gotten my file for her.
Kristen was one of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. Talking about women's privates is not professional at all.
There was a pregnant girl setting me up for a test, she was sweet as could be, but obviously new and still training. She asked for help and instruction and Kristen finally came in to assist, but instead of helping her and training her she talked to her like she was an idiot and made her guess at what she was supposed to be doing instead of training and explaining.
They really ought to have a common uniform, many of the employees were not dressed appropriately. I saw Bobbi's cleavage bulging from her top and Kristen's underwear because her pants were too big.
They scheduled me for a scope which went fine and afterward Dr. Vardakis handed me a prescription and said get this filled and take it if you need it. Take it for what??? You don't just hand people prescriptions and not explain what it's for!
I kept thinking it was a dairy allergy I was having and asked multiple times why I had been sent for all these different tests (five tests) but still no test for lactose intolerance since I had clear data in my food log that backed up this theory. They finally scheduled me for a lactose test, but evidently scheduled it incorrectly. They called me the day of the test and my appointment was too late for the lactose test and could I come in earlier? Um, no, I can't, you all made the appointment knowing what I was having done. Ultimately I cancelled the lactose test and switched to a new Primary Care Physician (not going back to the one that referred to this nightmare of a practice!) The new PCP indicated all of the testing I went through was unnecessary, especially based on food journal documentation.
I would never go back to this practice or recommend it to anyone. It was h*** dealing with them, there lack of professionalism and horrible communication!!

    Jerome Lamb MD
Dr. Lamb does good work.  I feel he could listen to the patient more and ensure that what he does meets the expectations of what the patient wanted.  He is knowledgeable and professional.

    UW Medicine Woodinville Clinic
We came from Florida and I work at a very huge clinic which is well-known in Ohio. I was looking for something very similar because my husband has some serious medical issues. I actually got some feedback from oppositions including clinics. They reported that this would be a good place for us to go with him. After doing some investigation online and looking into the physicians, I felt the same thing. They have little branches all over the place. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
