    Shop was busy so work took a bit longer than expected. They replaced a rubber handle cover for $10.00, which split the first time I used the mower. I did not call them back about this; I just taped it with duct tape. That and bill being more than the estimate I was given is the reason for not giving an excellent rating.

    Our 8 year old John Deere mower (which we bought from lawn and leisure) would not start.  My husband call Lawn and Leisure to have it picked up for repairs.  They picked it up on June 22nd and stated it may be 3 weeks before they could get to it.  After the 3 weeks passed I called and asked how it was going with it.  The gentleman stated it would be another week before they could get to it as they were VERY BUSY.  I called again on July 28th to see how it stood.  I was informed it would be at least another week ( we still had 8 people in front of us) as they were soooo busy and besides they have had to do a lot of maintenance on Commercial customers mowers and they get TOP priority on their repairs since this is their livelihood.  I asked to speak to the manager about this since my husband and I are having to use a push mower on this huge yard and we are both retired and not in the best of health.  He told me Mike was out and would call me back.  Over an hour passed and my husband called and asked for Mike.  Lo and behold he was there.  My husband told him we were getting very impatient about this whole ordeal and Mike said we were next up for repairs.  I can understand that Commercial customers need their mowers but THAT SHOULD BE TOLD TO EVERYONE AHEAD OF TIME SO THEY CAN DETERMINE IF THEY WANT TO LEAVE THEIR ITEMS WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!   Bottom line is we finally DID get out mower back on August 3rd!  6 WEEKS later.   I believe if we hadn't raised such a big stink,  our mower would STILL be sitting there.   So  all of you out there   BEWARE OF THE WAY THIS BUSINESS HANDLES YOUR SERVICE AND REALIZE WHERE YOU STAND ON THE TOTEM POLE!!!!

    Bob's Mobile Lawn Mower Repair Service
    I only received a recording stating that they would not take any new customers.  They had been referred to me  by a friend that has used their services for several years as well as Angie's List.  If you were a return customer then you were referred to another contact number or website.  If you are no longer taking new customers, then why are you on Angie's List and in the telephone directory?  They did recommend a couple of other places to go to, but they were not convenient to me.

    I’ve had pretty good experiences with them. The only issue I’ve had was getting the work done. It was 10 days or so. Other than that I haven’t really not had any problems. I haven't had any problems with the carpet or appliances. There were cheaper lawn mowers but it was the one I thought would better suit me.  I would like if it was less money but I had to go for higher price for the one that best suited me. I do think that a lot of things were pricier than other big box stores. Their prices are slightly a little bit higher for the things that I need for my home. I did not have any issues with their quality because most of the stores sold the same brand.  They  seem to be consistent with most of the big box stores.

    They called back quickly, arrived when they said they would, and completed the work in a week and 3 days. They called with a price to repair and stuck with that price. They were polite and respectful, offering to show me the part they replaced.
