    NuVu, LLC.
I was looking for someone who would do a good job, whose fees were open and reasonable and could do the work soon. I got all three with NuVu. My gutters appear to be clear, the charge was exactly what was quoted and they were able to fit me in to their schedule the very next day.

    LeafFilter Gutter Protection
Stay away! My nightmare began on 4/8/19. I was told by my sales person Ana that there was going to be a crew to do the install, yet only 1 person showed up all 5 times that its taken to get my job done. Also, she never mentioned that the installers are subcontractors. The first guy that showed up was scary looking enough to make my wife ask me to answer the door. No credentials, no signage, no anything but a piece of paper. I was told it would take 4 hours to complete the job. On the first day, the single installer was here for 6 hours and didnt get halfway done. Trash was left and I found 9 screws in front of my garage doors. Also, if I hadnt noticed the color on the boxes he would have installed the wrong color. After calling and talking to the person in charge Andrew, they scheduled me for the 9th to complete the job. Andrew and a installer came to my house and even though it was clearly stated on my work order that they would need a 40 ladder for the job, they did not bring one. The kid that tried to finish the install was incompetent at best and needless to say, didnt finish the job. On the 10th I called and talked to the regional manager Tim Barna. After explaining what was going on and my displeasure, and the fact that it didnt seem like anyone there cared. He raised his voice to me and said, I totally understand that you are upset, I have had Sh***y work done at my house and know how frustrating it is. I really didnt know how to respond to being spoken to that way. Andrew said he was going to put his best guy on it and scheduled it for 4/15/19. The guy showed up and low and behold, the first installer showed up again. He spent more time complaining about the bad job the second guy did than working. He finished the install and as we looked at it, there were gaps and gutters hanging differently and my 3 year old gutters were all bent and wavey. They sent a inspector, I believe his name was Travis. He told me that it looked like it needed to be completely redone. It was scheduled for 4/29/19. At 11:00 on the 29th, Andrew called and said, I was out of town this weekend and it looks like someone scheduled you for today, but they didnt get a crew scheduled. To which I informed him that the person he was referring to was him. All he could say was, oh yeah now I remember. He rescheduled it for 5/1/19. This time they sent Clifford, he was the most competent of all the installers. He spent 7 hours trying to fix everything, he informed me that he had to install 40 more hangers. It was better, but still looked terrible. So after calling Wells Fargo to inform them of the situation, they put everything on a 60 day hold to give me plenty of time to resolve the problem. I spoke with Rachel and she was very helpful. I then called the corporate office to complain. I was called by another regional manager named Darrin. On the 15th he and Tim Barna came to my house to assess the problem. They agreed that it was a terrible job and scheduled another installer for the 22nd. Clifford showed up again and did the best he could to fix everything. He said that they only gave him 50 feet of materials ( I believe the entire job was 180 feet) and he called to get more because in both of our opinions there is more that needs to be replaced. They said, NO. Im still unhappy that now my 3 year old gutters are bent and wavey beyond repair and not once has anyone even thought about offering anything for all of my trouble. I would have thought that with all the trouble I have had that someone from LeafFilter would have contacted me, but no call, no email, nothing. They really seem to only care about being paid. I highly recommend that if you dont heed this warning and get suckered in, at least pay by credit card or do the 0% financing that Wells Fargo offers (if they still offer it to this company) so you have some protection against such a poorly run, borderline scammers that seem to run this office. I dont feel that I got even close to the $4500 job that I was promised. In my opinion its a total ripoff.

    Gutter Cover of Kansas City
My neighbor had Gutter Cover of KC put their system onto his home and was very pleased. Based upon his recommendation, I chose to get an estimate and learn about their product. The sales person Mike was very helpful, not pushy and we agreed upon a price for complete installation. There was no pressure, need for down payment or other issue in scheduling the installation. I received notice the day before install and again that morning to confirm time of arrival. The installer Riley introduced himself and we walked the property as he explained the process. He addressed any of my concerns and promptly went to work. There were portions of the roof where he felt he needed assistance, so he let us know he may not complete the install that day. An assistant came later and they worked on the areas at issue. They left later and picked up all of their equipment and materials, leaving the property in great condition. Riley was back the next morning promptly and proceeded to complete the install. He was in constant communication with us to make sure we did not have any concerns with the process. When he left, you could not see any signs that work had been done, except for the new Gutter Covers. The yard and surrounding areas were spotless! In addition, he cleaned out the debris which was in all of my gutters before adding the covers! The product is performing great and I am pleased that it will not be necessary to get ladders out to clean the gutters any longer. The overall experience was very pleasant, including talking with Sharon at the office to provide payment upon completion. This is a First Class company that I would recommend to anyone considering improving the gutter system on their home. The appearance of the finished product adds to the overall appearance of our home, and will help protect our investment for many years to come. costs $50 extra which was fine. They did a good job I was happy with the results.

    Rigdon Inc
The guys showed up in the middle of their 2 hour window and got right to work.  They hand scooped the debris, hosed out the gutters and downspouts and cleaned up the debris they took out of the gutters.
They were very friendly and professional.  I've never had my gutters cleaned by professionals but every time I did it myself I swore I was either going to buy a gutter guard or hire somebody, and it was worth it.
I did not price compare.  I saw the deal on Angie's list and it sounded reasonable.  I've decided I'm going to try to never clean my own gutters again as it is my most hated home maintenance chore and they did in 45 minutes what it would have taken me all afternoon to accomplish.
This fall when it's time to clean them again I'm either going to actually have gutter guards installed or have Rigdon come out again.  I need to do my research on people's experiences with gutter guard companies and decide if I'd rather invest in that or have Rigdon come out twice a year.

    Water-A-Way Guttering L.L.C.
I purchased new gutters from Water-A-Way last year and needed to have them cleaned out before the May rains. Tricia scheduled me for the very next day and the crew arrived within 20 min of the scheduled time. They worked quickly and hauled off several large bags of debris from the gutters. Friends tell me that $100 was a competitive price for the size of my house and for the amount of debris removed. My quibbles were minor: two of the hinged gutter extenders were left folded up, which could have been a real problem if I had not discovered this before the heavy rains began. Water would have been directed straight down next to my foundation instead of out into the yard.  I was also told that Tricia would e-mail me a receipt for my payment, but I never received it. Overall, I'm pleased with the experience and will call them next year for the same service.

    XTREME XTERIORS
He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time.  After a brief conversation including a review of what work would be done, he immediately donned safety gear and began working.  I observed how careful and thorough he went about his work.  Afterward, we walked around my home and all was in order.  In fact, he went above and beyond in putting things in order.  High marks for this company for being prompt, professional and very considerate.  Would both recommend this company and use their service again without any reservation.

    Larry L. Vaught Roofing Inc

Larry L. Vaught Roofing sent Dan Whitfield to my house to look at a leak I had in my window box.  As a lone female, it is a bit unnerving to have strangers in my home, but Dan was an absolute professional and I was at ease immediately. I showed him the damage to my window box ceiling and told him how I had caulked and water sealed all around the window but, when the leak just continued to get worse, I realized with dread that it must be my 7 year old roof.  It was.  I only wish I had used Larry L. Vaught Roofing to install that roof as I believe, regardless of it being two years past "warranty", they would have repaired it....or most likely never made the mistake that cause the leak in the first place.  Dan explained what had happened and everything that needed to be done and even some things he said I could do but probably didn't need to.  There was no high pressure and no "sign the contract now" that I have experienced with other companies.  I was told to think about it and to even get other companies out to look at it.  This is a company that is evidently not afraid of their competition.

I received a itemized estimate in the mail a few days after Dan came out.  I was surprised at how fast the estimate came, but even more surprised at the bottom line....and that wasn't just to fix the leaking place I knew about.  That also covered a place on the other side of the house that was about to do that same thing, gutter cleaning, and caulking around vent things up there.  I chose the things I wanted done--pretty much everything--and faxed my signed contract back to them late in the day.  I received a call from them the next morning to set up a time.  The caller noted that I was having water come in and said that while they were booked into November, since my job wouldn't take a lot of time, they could possibly get someone out on one of the next two Saturdays.  That first Saturday I was gone all day, but by early the next week, I received a call with a day and time less than a week away.   My fixer guy ended up being Dan--he said it works out that way some time--and I felt very confident with him up on my roof.  A few hours later, he tells me what all he's done and gives me things to look for the next time it rains.  He tells me about ice damming and what to look for there and we also discuss gutter cleaning and another potential roof issue I asked about that he thought might have just been the result of some very clogged gutters.  Very pleasant experience.  Dan even removed my tarp job complete with giant tarp and ten fifty pound sand bags. AWESOME!!!  I am confident my roof is repaired and if, by chance, there is still a problem, I am even more confident they will find the issue and resolve it.

Thanks Dan and Larry L. Vaught Roofing.  I can't wait for it to rain!!!

    Water-A-Way Guttering L.L.C.
Did not arrive on the original scheduled date.  I was not notified.  I had to call the company to inquire about the missed service time and to re-schedule.  After numerous calls the work was rescheduled and performed as agreed.
