    Terbrock Remodeling & Construction
We have used Terbrock Construction for the last 10 years for several projects around our home. My husband and I won't use anyone else! He is extremely knowledgeable and every project went very smooth with no surprises! His team is always prompt and very capable! They show attention to detail and care as if it was their own home. The price is always spelled out and fair. We look forward to future projects knowing we have a company we can trust to do a great job at a fair price! Helene McDonough

    Wesling Electric Corporation
Everything was taken care of efficiently and professionally. My electrician went out of his way to save time and thus keep costs low. He problem solved some issues with an older ceiling fan, provided a suggestion to solve problems with bulbs that were burning out frequently, ordered the needed fixtures, and returned to install them. He took care of several small nagging issues along with my major concerns.

Came out the same day I called for a quote and the next business day to get the job done. Installed 2 new exterior lights through a brick wall, a motion sensor light around back, and a new outlet in the garage. Great fast job at a fair price.

    Dan Weber General Construction LLC
We hired Dan Weber to finish most of our 2100 square foot basement, starting in April 2018. When we bought our house 5 years ago, we immediately recognized that the untouched basement had unlimited potential, and started dreaming of all of the possibilities. Finally this spring, we got quotes from 3 different contractors. Dans price was reasonable and definite, and he showed that he wanted the business and could do the job. I was nervous that the basement wouldnt live up to my high expectations, but we took the leap of faith. I am SO GLAD we did. The job proceeded on schedule and on budget (at least on Dans side - I went a little overboard on some of my choices of materials). Dans employees and subcontractors are all polite and professional. Especially Pete, who I think is both an incredible carpenter with unmatched workmanship and also just one of the nicest, most caring guys you will ever meet. Dan and Pete brought my vision of a little Mouse House/Harry Potter nook under the stairs to life based on Pinterest photos and our shared drawings. We also did a secret room with a trick bookcase. Everyone who sees these rooms now is beyond impressed and wants to know my contractors phone number. As a detail-oriented person (and an attorney), I had tons of punch lists and questions along the way. Dan received every single one of them with a smile and a positive attitude, which was so reassuring and made the whole experience so pleasant for me. He even welcomed my lists as a good way for us to stay in communication and keep track of all of the details. Ultimately, the job was completed in July of 2018, and I am thrilled to say that my basement dreams came true, exceeding all of my high expectations. All of the workmanship is top quality - the lines are straight, the cabinets are perfectly aligned, the doors are level, the electrical and plumbing and drywalling is all done right. If I find anything that needs to be adjusted, I know Dan will handle it. At this point, the only thing left for me to do is pay off my home equity loan and then hire Dan to update my upstairs kitchen and bathrooms. I cant wait.

Otis Woods, owner of this business who is a felon, was hired to be a handyman, meaning fix simple things here and there. THIS MAN STOLE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, RAN UP FRAUDULENT CHARGES, AND LEFT WITHOUT FIXING A THING!! He convinced my elderly boss that he was a contractor and could fix ANYTHING, which is far from the truth. I had to hire REAL PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTORS TO COME IN AND FIX THE DAMAGE HE LEFT BEHIND. This man currently has a bench warrant for his arrest, as he stole tools from our home. Google him and you can find his mug shots (plural) along with reasons for his arrests. DO NOT ALLOW THIS MAN INTO YOUR HOME!!

    Reiner Electric LLC
Rob was very knowledgable, patient, and thorough. My mom is 75 and lives alone, she's been using him for the last decade and told me it's because he's honest and she trusts him. She needed a new receptacle on the front porch for Christmas lights ... done. A subcontractor from a home repair over a decade ago left her with plugs in a wall that did not work ... they do now. A scary electrical arc appearing behind a switch every time it's switched ... no more. With every visit, he takes time to find the problem, test it, solve it, and for a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend for all those with aging parents who want an honest, reliable, efficient, and courteous electrician.

    Manchester Electrical Contractors
It was fabulous. Their electricians are prompt and courteous, and do quality work. They are reasonable, and their company stands by their work, so if there are any issues, they send someone right out to fix the issue and do not charge for their own mistakes, which are rare. Scheduling is fast, and you can even request the election you like if you want, (though that might cause a delay if he is scheduled elsewhere). The owner is accessible, and willing to explain and answer my questions if needed. I couldn't ask for a more responsive company to deal with. We've spent over 5,000 with them over the course of several visits, but as you can see, we've had an awful lot of work done and feel that it was reasonable. I do keep using them, because I trust them and their work. I'm very glad to have been referred to them for the extensive work we ended up needing when we moved. Oh, the work I named was at the new house. We also had them replace the electrical box at the old house (required to by buyer). It was #1,185 to have them do that and they did all of the coordination with the Electric Company. They honor their coupons here on Angie's list. Can't say enough about how important that was to us at the time. Great company!

    Beaty Home Improvements
Terrific! I responded to an offer for 4 hours of work on Tuesday and had someone at my house on Thursday. John arrived at the front door aware of my list, with a ladder and tools for the task in hand and got right to work. There were a few obstacles, as in any home project, but he quickly got past them and kept moving. He got everything done on my list and was as polite as can be!
