    St Louis Radon
We had a 30 year old radon system with thin-walled pipe that leaked from condensation in cool weather. The original installer was no longer in business and my research led me to St. Louis Radon Testing and Mitigation. In an attempt to save me money, employees Mark and Jason tried re-gluing the original pipes. When the old pipe continued to leak and the levels were unsatisfactory, they installed a new system and made adjustments until the mitigation was successful. Tom, Mark, and Jason were wonderful to deal with. I strongly recommend SLRT&M.

    Stay Dry Roofing
After a free inspection I learned I had hail and wind damage to my roof. Stay Dry Roofing replaced my roof and siding. The Account Manager was very professional, answered all our questions and gave us peace of mind.

Dave the owner was great from the minute I contacted him for an estimate. He came out just a couple hours later to take a look. He started the work a couple days later since he knew we were on a major time crunch. Commutation and clean up were great! Would decently use them again!!

Arrived on time for same day appointment and quickly assessed that there was no longer any active water leak (we'd replaced a leaky toilet fixture). Took a good look at the small molded area and said that it wouldn't be worth it for us to have them remediate and to instead clean the area ourselves, giving good directions on how to do so. As you can see, an extremely honest company that could have billed us for the best part of $1000, but instead didn't even charge for the inspection or directions on dealing with the issue ourselves. The next time we have any water/mold issues, we'll definitely be calling them!

    St Louis Radon
Overall it was good but the company had a series of mishaps that caused me to lose a day of work waiting for them and they didn't make their appointment. They should watch the weather and call appointments for the day to warm them if inclement weather was going to be an issue. They also had a vehicle break down or something too. I don't know. They weren't very apologetic about it either.

Grant Erfert came out the same day I called to look at my situation. He was extremely friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. It is clear Grant knows what he is doing. His advice was very helpful and I would not hesitate to call him back or refer him to friends and family.

The company removed asbestos floor from kitchen and bathroom. They came in and gave me an estimate and performed the work. Obtaining the estimate and invoice was not convenient as both had to be requested multiple times. The only other problem I had was that I had to sign a proposal stating what they said they would do and the price before they would schedule the job. I don't feel that they did everything that the proposal stated, such as the negative air or HEPA vacuumed. I was also told that we would receive paperwork at the completion of the job stating it was removed to certain guidelines and then we would receive a final packet a few months later. We never received any documents at the completion of the project.

    The Flood Company
Steve, the owner of the company, and another worker showed up on time and dug right into determining the amount and location of damage caused by the earlier leak. They were quick to respond and finished the job with no problems and no surprises.

    St Louis Radon
St. Louis Radon set up a 48 hr. test in our basement ($100).  The results came back a bit higher than the "safe level", so we decided to have the mitigation system installed ($750).  The installers were very knowledgeable and efficient.  The best part--there was no mess to clean up after they were done.  The retest showed the average radon level to be 1.4.
