    Burke, Dr. Laurie C
I had sudden back pain on a Saturday morning and was able to see Dr. Burke in less than an hour notice as a new patient! I was very impressed with Dr. Burkes care and knowledge. She explains everything in detail and cares about the well being of her patients. The office hours are convenient and the staff is friendly.

Chiropractic Care & Sports Rehab, Inc.
Very good. Dr. Gina has a great approach. She looked at me and gave me her diagnosis and what she thought she could do to help. She explained what steps she would suggest. I felt like she was very thorough and I liked they way she explained things to me very well. Her office and supporting staff are very friendly and professional. It was a good experience overall.

    Hillgartner Chiropractic
Dr. Roy Hillgartner is very professional and always checks me out before he does any adjustments. I have been seeing him for the past few years and he has kept me aligned and I have avoided having sciatic pain since I have gone to him. He always makes time to see me when I call and his staff is professional and friendly. If you have ever considered chiropractic care, I would recommend Dr. Roy.

I have visited Dr. Duane off-and-on over the course of several years for treatment of neck and back pain, with the most recent visit having occurred in early 2012 (can't remember the exact date, but I'm pretty sure it was in January).  I was pleased with his service when I first found and began working with him in 2003/2004, as he was able to resolve my issues and give me great advice about long-term, at-home care.  Things seem to have changed, though, as my last visit wasn't nearly so pleasant.
First, I found Dr. Duane's demeanor overall to be very off-putting.  Upon my arrival to the office he was quick to join me in the waiting room to sternly lecture me about not being "committed" to chiropractic care (as it had been a while since my last visit).  Following this lecture, he then asked whether I was committed this time, to which I responded in the affirmative... and his response was that he didn't believe me.  Keeping in mind that I was in a great deal of pain due to a misaligned hip - thus the reason for my visit - I didn't think it was the right time for a lecture of any sort, much less about my future plans.  I mean, can we get through this visit first?!  I do understand that chiropractic care is a long-term deal with a plan that must be followed consistently for best results, but I believe there were at least 100 other ways he could have communicated this without making me feel like a naughty 5-year-old.
After this encounter, Dr. Duane took me back to give me his "spiel" about how chiropractic care works, why it works, etc.  I feel we could have skipped this part since I was a former patient, but whatever.  Then he spent a LONG time (at least 15 minutes) explaining to me how my Healthcare Reimbursement Account would work in relation to my plan deductible, etc. to pay for his services.  While it's helpful to know that my visits would be covered by insurance, I felt like this discussion was much too long and focused on making sure that I would be coming back for additional treatment.  Once he was finished and I was able to ask about the Xrays I had done at my last visit a few weeks prior, he said he "didn't have time" to discuss them with me.  Hmmm.
Finally, the office has apparently switched from manual adjustments to adjustments done via some kind of computer/machine setup.  I found this disturbing, particularly since no one bothered to explain anything about this contraption to me - I was just led to a room and strapped in, with no idea what to expect.  Additionally, Dr. Duane passed me off at this point to some other chiropractor, a much younger guy I had never met (or even seen) before.  The new guy was perfectly nice and answered all of my questions about what was happening, but since I didn't see Dr. Duane again during that visit - even though my appointment was with him - I was definitely not pleased.
Needless to say, I have not been back since - and I don't plan to go back, either, though it's not due to lack of "commitment" on my part.  Instead, I have found another chiropractor who is much more friendly and professional.

    Baum and Brassie Chiropractic
Good experience; watched video to explain chiropractic treatment; Dr. Brassie made adjustments and advised me on ways to relieve pain in hip. Got some relief and felt it was worthwhile. The only reason I haven't used Dr. Brassie again is that his office is not in a convenient location for me.

    Burke, Dr. Laurie C
Dr. Burke is incredibly thorough, and she'll truly take the time to sit and listen to you. It's evident to me that she genuinely cares for her patients. For example, she's sent me birthday cards since I first started seeing her. Also, she's able to accommodate emergency visits with same day scheduling. I think she's a great doctor, and I would highly recommend her to others.

    Smith, Dr. John C.
They have done a really good job of taking care of my family since we moved here in 2006.  They are concerned about your health, they are friendly, and they can usually fit you in even if it is on short notice.  My experiences have all been very positive.

    Gassner, Dr. Rene
He is very knowledgeable and is always responsive. He is genuinely interested in our health and well-being. He has also got a very good manner. He sends cards to us or calls us to remind us if we haven't been there in a while. I appreciate that about him. They are very good at working with our schedules and getting us in. They are very accommodating. At times we may have to wait a little to get in, but that is to be expected.

    Heinz, Dr. Scott
He is fabulous. He is creative about trying to figure out the best way to help your injured body without hurting any other part of your body. He is willing to try variety of methods to treat his patients. He will not do anything that will hurt you. He is very good. He is certified in kinesiology and even teaches. I think he is top notch in kinesiology. I don?t think any other physical therapist uses his techniques.

    Burke, Dr. Laurie C
She has excellent hours like early in the morning. So I dont have to worry about missing my work. I have to be right on time. She is very good so when I go there for treatment, I know I am going to be well instead of regressing.
