    High & Dry Foundation Repair
Epoxy injections are a great solution for leaking basements caused by foundation cracks. It's the first real solution I've ever found that actually works after paying for work that didn't solve the problem. Unfortunately, not everyone has adequate skills to do the job right. High & Dry does and I recommend them highly. The tech was not only personable and skilled but highly knowledgeable. This was a very pleasant experience.

    High & Dry Foundation Repair
Wonderful company! The people there helped me out when a leak happened during moving out of the home. They were quick and so helpful. I would highly recommend this company to everyone! More rain is falling and nary a spot of water from that area!!

    High & Dry Foundation Repair
Weston estimated the job and two days later Devon completed the job. One crack was leaking near the floor, and another crack was not leaking, but I wanted to prevent it from doing so in the future. I had both filled by epoxy injection. The work did not take long, was not particularly noisy, and did not smell bad. Both men were very professional and courteous. The office staff was also helpful and courteous. All were punctual. They explained what they were going to do and then they did just that.

    Waterproof-Solutions
After finding a leak in our basement Steve came out reviewed the situation and proposed a solution. He explained what was going on to cause the leak and how the repair would remedy the problem. He contacted his staff and setup a repair for two days out. The repair itself went very well. The service person was on time and repaired the issue and cleaned up after himself (taking away all the old concrete and some dirt/mud that he had to pull out). I would highly recommend Steve and his staff.

    High & Dry Foundation Repair
High & Dry sealed 2 cracks, a beam pocket and water service entry. They were punctual, neat, and work was done quickly. They also honored an Angie's List coupon as well as giving a volume discount in their bid.

Quacker's Waterproofing & Basement Repair, LLC
Quackers was the 2nd vendor to review the problem. The first vendor proposed a much more expensive solution. Quacker's saw that I did not have a sump pump in my sump pit so they proposed that this be the first step to fix the problem which so far is working. He also advised me to run new drainage tile away from foundation near where the water entered the basement.

    All-Star Basements, Kitchens & Baths
I hired this company, because my house, which sits at nearly the lowest point in the downward slope of a major hill, is the recipient of heavy rainwater flooding. The initial waterproofing work from a different company did not stop all the water. All-Star basement took the time to come out to do a detailed assessment, and then came out again on a day that it was heavily raining, just to make sure all bases were covered. Needless to say, the basement was waterproofed in the right manner this time. Following this, because I was so impressed with the work, I had them finish my basement. I am very happy with the results

    E.S. Leonard Contracting LLC
There are many waterproofing companies, and we feel like we have explored them all. Eric Leonard and his company stand out among the companies we have investigated and/or used in the past. Many waterproofers are just looking to sell you all manner of sevices, from filling cracks to installing drain tile and sump pumps to the tune of thousands of dollars. In contrast to the others, Eric never tried to sell us anything. He took the time to investigate and fully understand where our water problem was coming from before developing a plan of action. In fact, Eric encouraged us to first try other self-help and low cost fixes to correct our water problem without taking a penny from us. When those actions were insufficient, he came out with his team and fixed the problem. Highest recommendation.

Top Notch Waterproofing & Foundation Repair LLC
Jesse was a friendly responsive professional person before I hired him. He arrived at my house promptly at 7am the first day. I was pleased. The team left by 2pm. Next day, the team did not arrive until 0830, which was fine. Jesse was not there and the team left by 11am. Hmmm. I was to be out of town for the third, and what I had been told was 3 days was the longest it would take to finish the project. The project took 4 days, which is what he said he had told me from the beginning. He did not. This is when he began literally arguing with me about what he had told me before he started. The arguing continued from then on. He completely forgot we had had a conversation about where to put the sump pump, and had to relocate the pit from one corner of the basement to another. Of course he claimed the conversation never took place, and all that mattered was that he had moved the pit. He was combative, and left my house without showing me how the sump pump worked, or things I needed to be aware of. He argued with me as if I was a personal relation to him. It was truly bizarre. He had told me before I hired him that he had an electrician friend that could hook up a dedicated outlet for my sump pump for $120 to $150. On the day he finished, he said he didn't employ electricians on his payroll and that his friend had nothing to do with the job. I asked why he had even mentioned his electrician friend if getting the work done was my responsibility. Now i have a guarantee for the life of the structure, and I will never call this combative man again. The guarantee is worthless to me. Hire Woods Basements! They cost more, however you will always be taken care of with a water abatement system that is an important part of your home. I could go on and on, but I won't. Do NOT hire this man or be fooled by this man. He has ZERO ability for customer service and is not someone I want any kind of long term guarantee life of the structure relationship with. Don't walk. Run.
