  • Worst place ever: never buy your appliances there. 1. You will have a tons of problems that they refuse to deal with. 2. Your appliances won't be delivered on time, but the next day evening. 3. Worst customer service ever! 4. Most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

  • The repair person from Bill's came on time and called ahead and did a thorough check and was honest about what cost and outcome would be if the appliance was repaired, versus buying new. In the end, we did decide to go with a new one and the people at Bill's were most helpful in explaining different dishwasher features and answering questions. The service call charge of our repair evaluation was applied as a credit towards our purchase. Finally, the delivery/installation guys were on time and very efficient on installation day. We were happy with the outcome and the new dishwasher.

  • Excellent. Bill's has a thorough knowledge about the product line has an excellent extended warranty program and submitted all the necessary rebate information to me in a complete package so I could submit the information. Although they ran into installation problems with our home plumbing, they had a plumbing contact who was able to immediately install a shut-off valve and the dishwasher. Price was very competitive and service was a cut above. Excellent experience.

  • The whole process went extremely well.  The salesman was extremely knowledgeable about products and their features.  We were promised a call the evening before the Installation day and it was so.   The time was to be between 10:00 and 12:00 and the first team of installers were right on time.  As they were wrapping up the second team of installers arrived.
    We are very pleased with the whole process and thankful that others took the time to enter their input to help is to make our decision.

  • We recommend Slyman for all your appliance needs. They are courteous, honest and easy to work with. Unlike the big box stores, they have a wonderful installer that knows how to install properly and troubleshoot when necessary. Purchase and installation went perfectly and smoothly. Also, they were able to get our new dishwasher installed within two days of purchase...no big box store can do that! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

  • After waiting about 10 days, the refrigerator they delivered was scratched and dented. The delivery men seemed indifferent, and after several unresponsive calls to the store, they finally offered us only a $50 discount if we kept it, or to order another one. We opted for a new one. After another two weeks, they brought us another dented product. The delivery men told us they couldn't remember the last time that had happened. Again, no one at the store was available to speak with during the delivery, so we sent it back and cancelled the purchase. Worst customer service I've encountered.

  • The washer and dryer were delivered on time, set-up was all done for us and they walked us through how to use them. When the manufacturer ceased to include the shoe rack for my dryer, I went up and spoke with John and he gave us one off the floor. We felt like family there and will return.

  • Excellent service.  they helped us make sure we quaified for and received a $300 marketing promotion (rebate).  they worked with us on delivery and everything worked out perfectly.  Price was very reasonable and we weren't pressured to make a purchase.  All in all, a very good experience.

  • We purchased all our GE appliances from them last August. We didn't have our final plans for our kitchen yet but they agreed to hold them till we needed them. GE was discontinuing a style that we wanted so that's why I bought them when I did. There was also a large rebate for purchasing at least 4 appliances which was a big incentive for us. Our kitchen remodel didn't begin until November and they said it would be okay to hold them until we needed them delivered, which was December. They were so professional in all their dealings with us and I so greatly appreciated them holding the appliances as long as they did. They helped with a rebate problem (mine) and got us the rebate after all. I would recommend them to anyone.

  • Each time we have made a purchase from Slyman, we have received great customer service--at the time of purchase and by phone answering questions.  The delivery people have been excellent, sometimes having to move the appliance into or through a less than ideal space.  We have been very pleased with Slyman.
