I was made to feel out of place at the gym and when I had an injury and was unable to attend things got even worse. I called and asked to put my membership on hold, which I was told I could do, they said I could not put my membership on hold. I told them to cancel it. This was in May. Here it is September and they debited my account $250 for a canceled membership. I am less than happy and would never recommend this gym to anyone. They were supposed to help me with the equipment, but found out later they would only do that for a fee (was never mentioned during the selling of the membership). All these people want is your money, once they have that you are left to the wolves and no customer service.

I am satisfied with him and he is really good. He was much more thorough than the dentist i was going to before. He communicated to me and told me what he was going to do. Everything about him was considerable better than where i was going. They worked around my schedule. I had the bills taken care of immediately.

He would never let me try the medication I wanted but had no explaination as to why.  I had an appointment today 7/26/2013 at 10:30.  Guess what?  No one was there.  I didn't make a mistake.  Trust me.  The secretary is rude and the operator is rude.
It's about impossible to get someone to answer the phone to ask a question.  It's ridiculous.  Don't waste your time.

I had an EMG test and another using small shocks. I can't remember the name of that particular test. The one used small needles in the muscle to check the function. It was pretty painless. I was surprised. The other test used small electrical shocks which was uncomfortable but Dr. Malone talked me through the whole thing. I also got in the same day after my other Dr. called him. Considering is was a good experience.

Dr. Aleto examined the X-rays I brought from the first doctor and told me that I was likely an ideal candidate for a uni-knee. I scheduled the surgery for the date I wanted. The operation went well, the inpatient experience was excellent and I've had a rapid and uneventful recovery. At five weeks post-op my life is returning to normal. Dr. Aleto is a highly competent surgeon who is up-to-date on the latest advances in his field. He and his staff are totally focused on providing consistently excellent patient outcomes. I can recommend his services without qualification for anyone needing knee replacement surgery.

I can basically go in for physical therapy or exercise like in a regular gym or fitness centre. I use them for fitness training and exercise. I would rate them highly and will continue to use them in the future.

Did an evaluation of a problem that I had. The staff was friendly and very professional. I did find him on Angie's List. UPDATE: Continue to see him, every visit has been a positive experience. He is very professional, personable and I have confidence in his work. I am never in the waiting room more than 5 minutes.

The experience was wonderful. The staff at the birth center worked with us to find out what our wishes were for childbirth. They supported me in my birth choices (natural childbirth), yet explored the idea that interventions may be necessary. The process that they went through ensured that we had thought through all the possibilities and were aware of our options before birth happened. The midwife model of care assumes that birth is a normal event in women's lives. Midwives are experts in normal birth, not high risk pregnancy. No one at the birth center pretended otherwise. They were happy to refer to specialists in cases that it was necessary. I was referred once, when it appeared that I had an unusually high level of amniotic fluid. Fortunately, the problem resolved itself and no intervention was necessary. Every prenatal visit was long enough that all our questions were answered. Everyone was helpful and cheerful. Lots of reading material was made available to encourage mothers to be active in their own births. When I started laboring, they kept in touch with us via phone, until it was time to go to the center. When we got to the birth center, Ivy was there, waiting. The atmosphere was romantic. The lights were low (exactly what I wanted at midnight, in labor). Along with my husband and friend, Ivy supported me through the labor. She encouraged position changes to move labor along. She encouraged me to eat and drink to keep my blood sugar up. As I got closer to birth, Dr. Walter (no longer there) came to relieve Ivy for a bit and for the official delivery. Our daughter was born in the birth tub, not because it was planned, but because I felt most comfortable there. She was perfectly alert, looking in our eyes, immediately. Within minutes she was happily nursing. We went home within hours of the birth (after being checked, of course). The following day, Dr. Walter came to our home for a mother / child check-up. At the follow-up office visits, they checked on breast-feeding and reviewed the birth plan to see if our birth went according to our expectations. The facility fee for the birth center was covered by our insurance as an out-of-network event rather than in-network. This cost us more, but the additional cost was well worth it. Although we have since moved to St. Louis, we would go back to the Columbia Community Birth Center, should we find out we're pregnant in the future.

She's thorough. She's concerned about all health matters, including mental health. She spends lots of time with her patients. She focuses on prevention and healthy eating. Her staff cares about their patients, but could return phone calls in a more timely manner. I will continue to see her in the future.
