    Shelby Roofing & Exteriors
Very professional. Got right back to me. From the minute I called them, they had someone out the next day, reviewed my situation, gave me a honest bid, then, emailed me to let me know all the materials were in. They have previously done my roof. It's hard to find a good roofer . I would recommend Shelby for any roofing, siding, guttering, or any exterior house needs. Plus they use local contractors. Good job Shelby!!

I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. SIMMCO was the first company out of four that I contacted to respond to me. While others, including my insurance adjuster, said that they couldn't even inspect my roof for at least three days, Mike from SIMMCO was there the very next day, evaluating the damage and letting me know that the roof was still impermeable and that they would do the repair within the next two days. When Mike was called away for a family emergency, I talked with the owner himself who assured me that the work would be done quickly. He acted like my little repair job was their highest priority project, even though it of course wasn't. I got the same treatment from Mike when he was able to return to work. Bottom line is that these folks are extremely easy to do business with; friendly and very professional. The job was done right and at a more than fair price. I would not hesitate to call on these folks again should the need ever arise.

    CONCORD CONSTRUCTION
My significant other and I bought a house in August 2017. One of the inspection findings was that the flashing around the kitchen skylights needed repair. Seller used Concord Construction for that "repair." Unbeknownst to us, the repair was done incorrectly, which was causing water to pool between the skylights and run under the shingles. By late spring, the skylight had been leaking long enough that it began to show on the ceiling, which was when we first realized there was an issue. We contacted Concord Construction to remedy the issue, and not only did they very curtly refuse to provide us with a copy of the invoice for the work they'd supposedly done, they also informed us that the warranty for repairs would be void, since the house was under new ownership. Again, this was work they'd done to meet inspection requirements: it was disingenuous at best for them not to disclose that their warranty wouldn't transfer. Based on the work they did "fixing" our skylights, their failure to stand behind their work, and their incredibly rude "customer service" department, we'd have been better off fixing the flashing ourselves. Buyer, beware.

    Conner Roofing
My significant other and I bought a house in August 2017. One of the inspection findings was that the flashing around the kitchen skylights needed repair. Seller used a general contractor for that "repair." Unbeknownst to us, the repair was done incorrectly, which was causing water to pool between the skylights and run under the shingles. By late spring, the skylight had been leaking long enough that it began to show on the ceiling, which was when we first realized there was an issue. We contacted the contractor (if you want a name, see my other reviews) to remedy the issue, and not only did they very curtly refuse to provide us with a copy of the invoice for the work they'd supposedly done, they also informed us that the warranty for repairs would be void, since the house was under new ownership. (Again, this was work they'd done to meet inspection requirements: it was disingenuous at best for them not to disclose that their warranty wouldn't transfer.) At any rate, we had to get it fixed, so we contacted three companies for bids; all three came out to look. One was outrageously high (over three times as much as anyone else), and two were roughly comparable. Of those two, we decided to go with Conner Roofing. I liked the fact that the person I spoke to on the phone (Rob Conner) was the person who came out to give the bid, and that it would be him actually performing the work. He was also the only person to suggest what would become the best solution: replacing the two smaller skylights that were oddly and unsoundly installed next to one another with a single, larger skylight. Not only was it cost- and time- efficient, it is actually a much brighter, more effective light for the kitchen. When we got a break in the rain, Rob and his crew came out, removed the old skylights, and installed/cleaned the new one. They were punctual, very pleasant, and worked efficiently. They were cognizant and careful about working over our granite island and kitchen, and cleaned up after. They also warranty for their repairs for ten years, regardless who owns the house, which was a nice added bonus. I've worked a lot with contractors in the last year, and -- frankly -- am often unimpressed. Conner Roofing, thankfully, does not fall into that category. They did great work at a great price, and were polite and responsive. I can't really ask for anything else, and fully intend to contact them first for any future skylight or roofing needs.

    C D Strong Construction
For anybody leery about a roofer approaching you after storms, CD Strong is legit. Daniel Parks presents professionally and provides supporting documents up front to help put your fears at rest. Pricing is competitive, they work well with the insurance adjusters, and communication and status of work is good. The work was quick and professional, and the end result in my case drew quite a drew compliments. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone inquiring.

    ALTMANN ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION
Had a new roof couldn't decide on what type and they helped me decide. Change a few things with the quote no extra money involved and made it a smooth transaction. On time when they said and clean up wonderful. Very friendly and best price around would use them again and refer them also. Its hard to find someone you feel comfortable with and they make you feel that way by just returning all phone calls and helping when ever needed.

    Conner Roofing
Rob worked with my insurance company and replaced the roof, siding, and other damaged exterior parts of our home. The entire project was not completed until October 2017 but that was mostly due to issues with my insurance company. Rob was responsive to the issues that we had during the process.

I purchased the $99 Gutter Cleaning package through Angie's List. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the service we received. Mr. Conner arrived promptly and explained in detail the services we would be receiving. He completely and efficiently cleaned all of the debris from all of the gutters on our two-story home. Of special concern was our back gutter which was completely clogged and full of rain water. It is now clean and clear as are the rest of the gutters. Mr. Conner's co-worker picked up all of the gutter debris that ended up on the ground around the house. Mr. Conner also helped us by reattaching a loose piece of vinyl siding that was high up on our house. It had nothing to do with the service package we had purchased, but he did this for us at no extra charge. He never tried to push us to purchase any additional products or services. He was very courteous and professional. We would definitely hire him again.

    Exterior Building Solutions
Signed a contract for work in early May 2017 and was told work should start in 3 to 4 weeks. A week or so later was told it wiuld be 5 to 6 weeks. After 7 weeks we called and they said it was still be anothe 1.5 weeks. After 3 more weeks (by now early August) a rep called and said they lost the phitis for the wirk ti be done and were out looking at the house (we were at work). They didn't fully understand what we were wanting and asked if they could meet us there again that evening. Half an hour after they said they would be there I called and they guy was on his way and lost in the area (to the house he was at hours earlier) but was on his way. I called 20 minutes later and they were still lost and asked if they could meet tomorrow. At that point we decided we wasted enough time and patience and decided to cancal the contract.

We had a great experience with Rapid Response Roofing. We worked with Daniel. He came out the day after we called him. He looked at our roof then showed us pictures and explained the damage and the types of materials they would use to replace the roof. He came out and met with the insurance adjuster. Once the adjuster approved the roof replacement we had a new roof on our house in less than a week. All of the workers were very professional and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up and they always made sure the gate was shut so that our dog would not get out. I would definitely recommend this company.
