    Custom Christmas Lighting
We have a tree that is (we estimate) over 60ft tall. I wanted this tree lit all the way to the tops because its a perfect shape for a Christmas Tree . We thought it would be impossible and/or way too unaffordable. To my surprise, they said it IS possible and when I received the quote, also to my surprise, WAS affordable. It was pretty much zero effort when they arrived with 2 trucks and 4 guys who clearly knew exactly what they were doing, showed no signs of any difficulty and had it all up in a few hours. The best part is when I turned the tree on that night... it was all worth it!

    Randy's Electric
Perfect....Richard spent several hours determining what the problem was and found out the fan was working, the motor had gone out. Richard found a new motor, fixed the fan and it is working perfectly now. Awesome job and great attention to detail...thanks Richard!

    John Kivel Electric
John was pleasant to deal with and very professional He was on time and did a great job. Had to install a ceiling fan where there was no electricity. He was neat and cleaned up after himself. I rated him down a little on the price part as it cost $600 and took him three hours to do the job. I'm inexperienced in what electricians charge so maybe that was a fair price.

    TruNorth Solar
Great experience. I met with several companies about solar panels and TruNorth by far were the most responsive and helpful. I got all my questions answered in advance. Rep came to our home on several occasions to provide information and assist in doing paperwork and obtaining needed information. The service people were quick, professional and even helped us learn about issues with our roof before installation was done. I could not have asked for s better experience I have shared my experience with several interested people who were interested in checking out solar panels.

    Hi-Tech Electrical Contractors
Erik from Hi-Tech arrived on time and assessed the project. He decided to first work on the fan in the family room since the existing ceiling fan in the kitchen (which was also to be replaced) may have grease on it, and this would ensure that no grease could possibly transfer from his hands to the new family room fan. Although I know that residue grease can sometimes remain on one's hands even after thorough washing, it hadn't occurred to me to consider that here. He removed the old fan/light, using care because we are going to install it in our cabin. He installed the new fixture. After seeing the quantity of light that the new fixture emits, he suggested (correctly) that installing the 2nd fixture (of the same model) in the kitchen would not provide sufficient light for cooking, and that I may not want him to install it. I was impressed that he would forgo revenue for the long-term happiness of the client! Ultimately, I decided to have him install the second fixture in another room where strong lighting is not important, and he installed that one timely and carefully as well. He was very professional, honest and helpful (even providing advice on where to shop for ceiling fans and providing other lighting options to consider in the kitchen if I cannot find an attractive ceiling fan with sufficient light).

    S&S Electric LLC
Mike did an excellent job and for significantly less than other bids. I had quite a number of outlets moved around and new track lighting put in. Mike knew all the codes that needed to be followed including adding new breakers and replacing some of the existing ones so we passed inspection without a problem. I would definitely hire again if I had another electrical project.

    The Universe Electric Service LLC
The company provided excellent advice and options. The electrician installed and programmed the timer and it works exactly as specified. I am very pleased with the work/product and will definitely call them again when I need an electrician. All members of the team I interacted with were first class professionals concerned that my needs were met.

    Fair & Square Remodeling LLC
Fair & Square was excellent. We had a very large scope which included repainting the entire interior, rip out and rebuild of the kitchen and three bathrooms, and removal of several half-walls. The work was done to high quality and any problems were quickly addressed. The Fair & Square approach includes a project manager to do all of the coordination and planning so there's a 1-stop shop. They are not so big that they're inflexible and not so small that you feel there will be a lot of unpredictability. Also we found Fair & Square to be very adaptable to the level of cost that we wanted to have, and not either locked into being high end or budget. We were very pleased with the detail and accuracy of the cost and schedule estimate, including use of a contingency. This provided a level of predictability that we've rarely seen in this kind of major work scope. There are specific contacts in their office to help with selection and procurement of materials and with follow up warranty service. Both are very convenient and responsive. The use of a project manager and the additional staff does add some expense however it pays off in quality, predictability, and responsiveness. Toward the end there were a couple of problems where we had to reach out to the owner (Mike Otto) for help and he was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend Fair & Square for your home renovation.
