    Watson's Appliance Parts & Service
    Had an awful experience with Watkins today. When I called I was given a 3 hour appointment window, from 3-6 pm. I explained that I had to pick up my children from camp and summer care around 4 and was assured that would not be a problem since I would receive a phone call approximately 20 minutes ahead of the technician arriving. I even set up back up pick up options - just in case. With no call from Watkins, I went to pick up my kids and was gone around 20 minutes. When I called Watkins at around 5:20 to inquire about the technicians arrival I was told someone did stop by and there should be a note on our door. When I asked about why I didn't receive a phone call, I was told someone did call and even left a message. I reviewed my phone but have no missed calls or messages. When I asked about the call I was given no additional information on when it was placed or what number was called but instead was told this was my fault because I left my home during my appointment window. I explained that I would not have left if I had received a call. I admit I left - that's not in question, but would not have done so if Watkins had done their part and called like they committed to doing. This is unacceptable.

    On 1/29/19 between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m. we called Sears Home Services and spoke to a customer "DISservice" rep named Judy. She refused to schedule a service call until we tried troubleshooting, even though I told her I have a disability and that would be difficult. I got so frustrated, I hung up. We just paid for a service agreement a few weeks ago. Called back and talked to Judy again, she still refused to schedule a call until we 'cleaned the filter'. She was obviously consulting someone or looking up a manual trying to give me directions. At Judy's direction we finally took a part off the dishwasher and a piece fell down inside the machine. At this point I asked to speak to a supervisor. Judy said she would transfer me. Got disconnected somehow (I don't think it was on purpose). Called back a third time and talked to another person who scheduled a service call for us. The technician who came was able to quickly get the dishwasher back in order - quick and courteous.

    Sears Appliance Repair
    Their online scheduling was really good. I could reschedule. I liked that a lot. I just thought that they were expensive, that's is why I gave them a "B" rating instead of a better rating. They were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. They were professional. The only negative is the price.  They probably wouldn't be my first choice, but I would consider using them again if I needed to, if I was in a pinch.

    Very friendly, professional, quick service. I had scoured the internet trying to figure out what the problem was - my dishwasher only leaked when the rinse aid dispenser was full. They knew what the issue was, ordered the part before they arrived, and quickly solved an issue we had dealt with for too long. I will definitely call them again if I need any appliance serviced.

    The company was responsive to my first call, scheduled right away and on the day of the repair, the team was early. Price is pretty good overall and they had to make a second trip for to replace a belt. Once repaired, it was quieter than before and dried quicker too. Overall, excellent work on a 20+ year old dryer. It's an old Maytag that's built like a tank, that's why if anyone is curious and cheaper than a replacement.

    Received call back to set appointment within two hours of requesting service on Angie's list. Techs showed up at scheduled time. Cleaned glass front. Replaced material that makes it look like there are hot coals in fireplace. Cleaned logs, and back and bottom of fireplace. Made sure that wall switch would turn on and of the fireplace.

    The response was super!  They sent a repair technician out the next morning and when I called they answered the phone so I didn't have to wait.   This was important since there was water coming out of my washing machine!

    Great job - got an appointment the next day after calling. The technician came right on time.  The tech was punctual, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, confident, explained everything, had the part in the truck and did the repair.  Even though he suspected what the problem was, he still did a thorough diagnosis to make sure he didn't miss something else. It was as he suspected and found that the outdoor temp sensor had been chewed off over the winter. Replaced the sensor and reset the control. We are under and annual contract with Air Mechanical so we got a lower hourly price. Still had to pay an $89 "diagnostic fee" which I find annoying (just like "trip fees", especially if you are under contract. However, this company has great quality, very professional, comes on weekends if needed so I am willing to pay for this kind of good service

    Rob was fantastic.  I called on a Friday morning with a slightly urgent situation.  I had an AC unit that was making a weird noise and it looked like the support frame had been compromised.  I was concerned that it was going to fall and detach from the side of the house so I called S&R.  The nice employee in the office told me that she would have someone give me a call to see when they might be able to fit me in.  Within a few hours Rob called to let me know that he was trying to juggle some things around to get over to take a look at the unit.  He came over that afternoon and ended up putting in a new compressor, filling up the refrigerant and securing the frame to the wall of the house. He took the time to explain everything very clearly to me and answer any questions.  I have full confidence in his expertise and really appreciated that he found a way to fit me in with late notice on a Friday.  He was even super nice to my overly-friendly dog.  I would highly recommend S&R to anyone!

    Absolutely Guaranteed Appliance Repair
    His name is Al Licons. he is really good. It was something with the compressor because it would freeze up. He came when he said he was going to be here. He checked the refrigerator, he needed to order the part, he ordered the part and came back when he said he was coming back. He said it would take an hour, it took an hour. It was perfect.
