    Jay Foss Music
Jay was fantastic. He was overwhelmingly accommodating, and routinely went above and beyond for us. He loves to create unique events for his clients, and will do what it takes to achieve that. His advice and coordination helped make our reception a success, and we'd hire him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!!

    Milestone Event Rental
We first started of contacting multiple rentals stores to get an idea on what size canopy we would need and pricing. Milestone Event Rental was the first one to respond and sent us an email asking a few questions (Round or Rectangle tables, bar, how many people at the head table, dance floor, dessert and gift table and if the food would be under the tent). My wife responded and next thing we knew we had an option of two different style of canopies (pole tent and frame tent). We chose the frame canopy as if the weather was going to be crappy we would of had the ceremony inside the canopy. But they sent over a drawing showing the layout that made most sense for everything we wanted under the canopy. As the big day got closer we called them to notify them of the final number of guests that we're coming and to adjust the table settings. Once the snow melted Marty had called us to do a site inspection to make sure the canopy would fit and get the utilities marked. ( Never would of thought of that) Marty was flexible with our schedules as we both work during the week and came in the evening on a Thursday. He answered all of our questions gave us flags to mark our invisible dog fence so they wouldn't hit then with their stakes. About 2 weeks prior to the wedding we had a delivery window and they showed up before then. Marty and 2 other workers showed up and in no way did I think that they would have a 30x90 setup in 3 hours, but they did!! Hardest crew we had ever seen before. Before Marty and his hard workers left he ran through some things with us and left us amazed with the customer service and the dedication to their work. We got the canopy on Thursday and we had all day to decorate the canopy on Friday. (They do require that we use no tape on the tops or frame, which at first was kinda weird but after seeing the canopy they care about their products. So we used zip ties and 3M command strips) The wedding was perfect and Monday came around and they came to tear down. We didn't pay for them to setup the tables or chairs and we had them neatly stacked on where we agreed upon during the delivery. The canopy came down in an hour or so and they left the yard in perfect condition. A+ job and me and my wife couldn't be more delighted to refer Milestone Event Rental to any other lucky couple.

Outstanding service! Anna helped us to choose the vendors for flowers, DJ, photographer/videographer, wedding invitations, and hotel reservations for guests . She also helped us explore options for limousine service, even though we chose not to use it. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm made it go perfectly well. We couldn't have done it without her! Well worth the price.

The intention was to plan a home wedding for my out of state niece (her mother is in yet another state) ourselves as it seemed to us to be an unnecessary additional expense. As things progressed, and became more complex due to impending weather conditions (icy!), differences of opinion, some lack of knowledge about religious protocol, rehearsal details in absence of the officiant who was unavailable until the day before, mechanics of overseeing the kitchen details, staff, photos & videos, moving chairs from ceremony site to reception site upstairs, etc...I changed my mind. I had met Marsha previously for a consultation but was outvoted for hiring a planner. In the final week or two, I called her again and sneakily asked her for HELP! without consulting anyone but the bride who was all for it. Marsha came as soon as she could from out of town, and, like the "Earth Mother" that she is, put everything into perspective. On the day of the wedding, she arrived with expertise in hand, smoothed any potential ruffled feathers, ran through a rehearsal around the hustle and bustle of vendor arrivals & departures, graciously greeted and seated guests, cued the music, took care of those chairs unobtrusively and slipped out the door as the first fork was raised. She never even tasted an appetizer! Without being involved in the decor, the music, flowers, venue, catering, she comfortably stepped in as if she had been there from the beginning. Had we to to it all again, all of us involved would have hired her from the inception. She is a lovely, intelligent, UNFLAPPABLE (as she claims) and professional party planner. I intend to call upon her without hesitation for another event of any kind as we do entertain quite a bit. Although I do love to entertain and do quite well on my own, I am now spoiled. Ladies, toss your tranquilizers if you are a nervous hostess. Call my new friend Marsha. No regrets.

Amy pulled together a very unique three day event that included a casino night dinner, a riverboat ride on the Mississippi River, a wedding ceremony in our back yard, a reception at Nicollet Island, and a brunch Sofitel.

Debbie was wonderful! The entire day and the next day went without a hitch. She came highly recommended by one of the planners at Como Conservatory and they were right. She is very efficient and no-nonsense which is exactly what you need on your wedding day. She stayed almost the entire night and checked in with us periodically and kept us on schedule. I had interviewed some other wedding planners and she was absolutely the best fit and was all that we could've asked for.

    Minnesota Marrying Man
Griffin is respectful, professional, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the plans for our simple ceremony. We chose an intimate home-based wedding, and wrote our own vows. Griffin responded to emails quickly, reviewed our vows and had them printed for us ready for us to read at the right moment during the wedding. He showed up promptly and handled paperwork promptly, as we received our marriage certificate within a week. As a same-s** couple, we appreciated finding someone who was happy to officiate for our wedding. The only reason I selected "No" for using this provider in the future is that I don't intend to get married more than once, but I would definitely recommend him to others.
