  • Phenomenally!! Whiskers to Tails were taking care of our standard poodle during the April 2018 blizzard and they didn't miss a beat doing their job even in those extreme conditions. We are very grateful to have found them and plan to use their services again and again!

  • A's across the board for everything. They are ineradicable. I would use them again. One of our dogs has diabetes and is very ill. They have taken incredible care of her. Other than that it is regular health issues. They are great, and wonderful. We have been to other vets and they do not have the same response, professionalism, and accuracy in their treatments.

  • For both of them it is a total of $75. You can get special packages. I don't think I have every had problems with them. The reason we keep going back is because their prices are great. I would use them again.

  • Dr. Poolittle does a wonderful job. I first hired them due to reasonable price and locally owned business. I continue to work with them because of the fine work they do, good communication and (still) reasonable prices. We have a large yard with 2 large so this is not an easy task. I cannot

  • They did a terrible job. They don’t do a very good job. They use a lot of trainee’s which is wonderful, but trainees don’t always do a good job and there’s not enough overseeing of them. They shaved her at Petco and I hated that. I got a discount on the cost, it was not the regular cost because it was somewhere around $50 maybe $55 and he went there for $35 because we were new customers. I didn’t want her shaved. They did the grooming when they were scheduled to, but I thought they took much too long.

  • It’s a rather new place so they could probably use the review. I don’t know if they are a member of Angie’s List, they don’t say that they are. It’s called Woofington and it’s called The Luxury Petite Dog Resort and Spa, and I’ve had my poodle there to have her bathed, trimmed, had her nails done, had her hair combed and you know the usual that they do at dog spas. They were very responsive. They were very concerned about the dog. They did a decent job considering that she wasn’t in very good shape, but I was not unhappy with them and I will be using them again. They couldn’t fix anything, but they did do a thorough job with her. I think they were all professional. The place is beautiful. It’s quite a long drive from Wayzata. They say they’re in Wayzata but they’re actually much further west than Wayzata but I can’t remember, something called Shoreline, I don’t know. It’s okay, I will take her back there again.

  • Dr. Lovaas and her staff have been excellent. She immediately knew what was wrong with him and didn't recommend all sorts of fancy tests to up the cost. I continue to take my 2 Ragdoll cats to her to the present day. I've never met someone so knowledgeable about cats. And her prices are very reasonable and they are always willing to talk on the phone.

  • It went so well! My dogs have never been boarded, so I worried for weeks before leaving them. I wish I hadn't. They came home happier than ever. I emailed them while I was away and they got back to me right away to assure me the pups were doing well. Also, my sheltie got his first professional groom here, and he looks beautiful at a very reasonable price. Will use again, and am so glad to know there is a safe and fun place for my dogs.

  • Aunt Ruth's sent us a guaranteed reservation in mid-August for 11/21/-28/215 (Thanksgiving week). Despite several attempts through a wide variety of media (phone, email, voicemail and Facebook). The provider closed and offered NO details as to re-opening dates and no reply. We have been forced to find a new boarding facility for Thanksgiving week-many are now booked. This is sad to us, Auntie Ruths has been our proved for MANY years, we understand being forced out of a lease however it is unthinkable to not communicate with your longstanding customers and customers with standing reservations on if you will be open or not. The kennel's in the area are aware of this and ALL are requiring full down payment due to the threat of Ruth's re-opening and taking reservations with them leaving them standing.

  • Dr. Andrea and veterinary technician Erin efficiently and kindly put our dog through several diagnostic tests, clearly explaining to us what was happening, why, and what it meant at each step of the way. Their professionalism and warmth eased a very stressful situation for our dog -- and for us!
