    It didn't happen. Brent, one of the owners called me after my lengthy in home estimate and told me he didn't want to move me because I "Yelled at him before and because I asked him why he was calling today." I had talked to his office guy Jim in May and set dates for a long distance move. I called a couple weeks later to ask about the storage move I was contemplating. Brent the owner made some weird comment as I was trying to explain my situation is I told Him I couldn't tell if he was teasing me or not so please don't tease me because it was confusing enough as it was. That's what he called "yelling at him." My voice never changed volume or pitch. I did want him to stay focused on the current move not some potential business in the future. I agreed to have the estimator come out I think that may have been the other owner Paul that suggested that. I had already given a deposit for the long distance move. The estimator came out and re-entered most of the information that I had already given on the phone. He also did not have the dates which I thought were set in my initial call. so we reverified that. we then spent over an hour figuring out what would be moved to storage and what would be moved long distance. because we decided to do two different dates he asked for a second two hour deposit which was processed immediately. He left and all was well. Within 10 to fifteen minutes I got a call from the office from Brent, I asked why he was calling me. He was asking me what the moving dates were supposed to be and informing me it would be over two dates which had been established weeks ago on the first phone call which I had to reestablish with Matt just minuets ago which I did find annoying as I figured out this was the weird guy that was making inappropriate comments before. he said he didn't see it on the form and I told him I saw Matt enter it. I was thinking why didn't he just call Matt. shortly after that phone call he called again two tell me he didn't want to move me because I yelled at him before ( can't a girl ask not to be teased?) and I asked him why he was calling me. He then proceeded to ask me for my credit card information so it could be refunded. I felt very uncomfortable about giving him my credit card info so I called the card company to dispute the 296 prior deposit and alert me if the deposit for the storage move went thru. I thought he was being very unprofessional and I thought he seemed a little unbalanced so it was probably just as well. I called Quality moving company and had dates pinned down and both moves rescheduled in about 5 minutes for a similar price and a lot less hassle. And I only had to speak with one person, the owner.

    Perfectly. Jim was so nice when I called and I was able to book the move immediately just a couple of days in advance. The two men who worked to move the office pieces were equally as pleasant. I booked this company based on the Angie's List reviews and had to add my own. The cost was quite reasonable, the movers showed up early and were hard working. Hire these movers!

    We only moved a few miles, but Help-U-Pack-N-Move made it an easy process. They were lowest of multiple quotes and there were NO hidden fees or last minute additional charges. They did a careful job of packing our fine china, dinnerware and other valuables. They provided multiple small trucks to make sure they could easily fit on our narrow roads without blocking the neighbors, and did a professional job of loading/unloading. The quote even included a couple of hours post-move to have people come back to hang heavy objects/rearrange furniture once we got a bit settled in. They came back quickly to pick up a final load of the free boxes once we were all unpacked.

    I am soooo pleased with Quality Moving and Dave Franta! I honestly could not have expected things to go so smooth. Dave came promptly for a quote, described everything in detail, and called in between to answer questions and let me know the schedule. On moving day the 4 young men and Dave were so nice, polite and worked extremely hard. Everything was done with care and efficiently! I'm hoping the move in goes just as well and with them I can't see why it wouldn't.

    Called Tim at Mr. Movers and they were able to arrange pick up and delivery of 2 large sofas purchased off Craigslist the next day. Very professional and easy to coordinate. Furniture was neatly wrapped for delivery and then set up in the room.

    Quality Moving & Storage Of Edina & Hudson
    .. I am still waiting for a repair that Quality is paying for and will  let you know later. Bridget Hust I will contact you when Quality has finished with  my move, storage etc.  .It is now December 2014 and my contact with Quality is over after all the repairs.The beginning of the move went OK but as they  were finishing the move, I saw they had not put my fishing rods  ($800 each) on the truck and the guy threw it on the truck javelin style along with  a floor lamp.  I  had put decorative tape on several boxes  that had my winter clothes so they could place them in front of the storage locker. In the fall, I called to make an appointment and they called that they couldn't find my clothes and not to come. I later talked to the young president and he justified himself  that I told him to forget it which I did. I did without out my winter clothes for several months.  I later called to get a duffle bag I needed for a fishing trip and  by then I was dealing with Dave the father and in the course of going through 4 pods of furniture, he found my duffle . At thst time, Dave asked how I found out  about Quality and when I said Angie's list, the sun shined and he became my best friend. He couldn't have been nicer and we became friends. He willingly paid for an expensive repair to a gold frame ($400) and repaired a ginger jar lamp, mahogany floor lamp.I had a 7 quart Le Creuset casserole that was damaged as the handle broke ott.This is a cast iron pan but the packers managed to not pack it properly and the handle broke off. He bought a 5 qt. pan and I told him I couldn't use it and to keep it. He  is stuck with it as I threw out the box it came in. So much went wrong with this move that I came to doubt Angie's list. After Dave, I thank God  for Angie's list. Dave admitted that he fired all the packers and movers  on my move. I think Dave more than went the extra mile for me   and if I had to use them in the future I would insist Dave to oversee and be on site for the packing and the move.   Bridget  Hust

    Rose's Daughters are incredible in providing a full-service move and specializing in moving seniors.  I moved my mother into a senior living community and RD made the move day very easy, they packed, moved, unpacked, hung the pictures and even made her bed.  My mother walked into her new apartment and it was all ready to go.  There was no stress or chaos for her which made it easier for me as well.  And, mom loved her new place from the very first night.

    The person I spoke to on the phone was very professional and accommodating.  He provided a solid estimate and was interested in providing me the service I needed at the lowest cost to me.  The the three men showed up exactly on time (8 am).  They were incredibly respectful and just generally nice.  They worked hard, including disassembling exercise equipment and navigating stairs.  At the storage facility they worked to ensure I would only need one facility vs two, saving me money.  I will use them again when it is time to move back into the house.

    Went great.  Had used them for a much smaller move two years ago.  They wrapped and padded all the furniture.  They were very efficient, polite, clean, and careful to avoid damage to my possesions and both houses.  Whole move took 8 hours.  Would definately use them again.
