    Twin City Home Remodeling LLC
We had an excellent experience with this firm. Quality was great, follow up with open items was great, staff was very considerate and professional. It was a big job and it looks mighty fine. Highly recommend!

    Northrup Remodeling, Roofing & Exteriors
We worked with Ron Burgess from Northrup as our project manager from start to finish and our project was very well run. We originally solicited bids from multiple contractors and Ron quickly differentiated himself. He was knowledgeable, prompt and accurate with his estimate, and most importantly honest with us about the work we wanted to have done. He helped us to understand the house better and he suggested some smart revisions to our plans that helped us constrain the costs of the project. He kicked off the project when he said he would, kept it on schedule throughout, and he never surprised us with hidden costs. During the project we made several revisions to our plans, and he made the change request process really easy and always gave us fair and transparent pricing. The quality of the work was great, and we're extremely happy with how everything turned out. We'd absolutely hire Northrup again.

    Holt Lock & Key
Tim replaced an obsolete and unusually complicated Schlage handleset.  When I called 3 different locksmiths to ask about tackling the problem Tim was the only one who gave me confidence over the phone that he could get it done.  The old lock had a large oval cut-out, and after extensive web search I had found a Baldwin model that would cover the large hole.  Job required modifying the cut-out by drilling out more.  He also cut out holes in a new door jamb for the deadbolt and handle strike.   On the day he was scheduled he called to update me on his arrival.  He got the project done in the time he estimated and we're very happy with the results.  A great service!

    Dakota Craftsman
Dakota Craftsman was one of 3 contractors recommended by a major building supply company.  I called all 3, and he replied first.  (One other called back but I did not request a follow-up)  We made an appointment to review the project, and he called that day to confirm that he would arrive at the scheduled time.  We spoke at length about pros and cons of replacing door, door + frame, or door + frame+ sidelite.  Pat was very informative and thorough in his description of the alternatives, and gave estimates so I could understand each option.  I ended up making repairs to the door frame instead of replacing, so did not use them for this project.  I was impressed by his experience, professionalism and seemed to be a very good craftsman.  I have already recommended him to a neighbor who will do a project, and highly recommend Dakota Craftsman.

The door jamb was in such bad shape I thought we may need to replace the door - it was a narrow strip because of sidelite next to the door frame.  Chris did his miracle work cutting out broken pieces and fitting new wood in perfectly.  Other work done was perfect - but the door jamb was something that really required an expert - so we're glad he took on this job!   He kept me informed about his arrival time and his progress on the job.  Absolutely outstanding.  Highly recommended.

This was a nothing job for this provider but Anna got me in and Dick fit me in his schedule - I'm 72 yeas old and what a delight it was to work with both of these folks and we have a number of other situations where we will be asking for their help and using their services.   On a five star system - They get SIX stars. Renewal By Andersen
All of the arrangements, contract, scheduling and installation went as planned. Justin, the sales rep, was great to work with. He listened to our needs, presented options, explained the installation process and answered our questions. The installers were very skilled, professional and courteous. They worked very efficiently and were able to remove the old large window walls and install the new windows/doors all in one day. All of the inside and outside trim work looked great!

    The Window Replacement Co
Pete the owner of The Window Replacement Company was very punctual and always was professional.  We got all new windows and front door for our 1965 built home.  The workers were quick and never left a mess.  I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get windows on a budget.

    London Point Remodeling
We had London Point do a complete remodel of our master bathroom, which included demolition and disposal of the old shower, whirlpool and deck, vanity, wall mirror, toilet, old window, as well as, drywall, floor and wall tile. They designed CAD drawings based on our layout ideas. They installed a complete shower, decorative floor and wall tile, whirlpool with custom deck, toilet, overhead lights, sconces, ceiling fan as well as a gorgeous custom double sink vanity with granite top and matching framed, recessed medicine cabinets. A larger window was constructed and installed as well. They painted and/or stained all walls, ceiling, doors, window trim, custom vanity and mirrored medicine cabinets. We were amazed at the speed, efficiency and excellent quality of work that Matt and his crew carried out. They worked like a well-oiled machine from start to finish. Matt, the president, was very involved in every aspect of work and was always responsive to our wishes. He went above and beyond our expectations in getting the work done. He performed alot of extras himself. He treated our bathroom like it were his own, all we had to do basically is sit back and watch. We highly recommend London Point for any remodeling project, they were a delight to work with and we would definitely hire them for any future projects.

Excellent -- Terry read the plans that came from the manufacturer; installed the track and door hardware and hung the door over course of 2 afternoons. As our walls and floors are quite uneven, this required a lot of adjustments and some creative thinking (he even took a metal piece and cut it down at a nearby cousin's shop!) but it all went great.
