ARick Ites ConstructionThis home is one of 4 condominiums attached as row houses with all wooden exteriors built in the mid 1980's. Rick Ites' bid was the best of four we had received and one homeowner had already had positive experiences with this company. The weather was still warm in October. Mr. Ites felt he and his crew could get this job done before cold weather. The other units that had contracted with Mr. Ites for the exterior work did not have as much damage as my unit. So the crew spent more time working on the exterior of my unit. They worked every warm day and were able to complete everything before freezing temps arrived. All individuals were polite and professional. They cleaned up the work areas at the end of each work day. I will certainly use this company again. I was particularly impressed with Mr. Ites' use of quality materials. He made sure that my home will remain in good exterior condition for many years to come.- Darlene N.

A small Construction sole proprietor, shop & office at my home 2 mi north of Mankato. I have been in business 20+ yrs have done all types of construction & willing to take on almost any project. I plan, price, contract, & service all projects with experienced professionals, while being licensed & insured, dependable & honest.
Recent Review:
DThe room was completed on schedule but they did not complete all of the work the were supposed to do. The bathroom was completed but they installed a piece of the wall covering with a large chip in it and installed the bathroom stool incorrectly that caused it to leak. I contacted Rick many times via text and he responded that he would call to set up a time to correct my problems. He never called me back or tried to contact me.

Recent Review:
CI have some neutral/tan colored plush carpets in my living and dining rooms that had some spills and stains I had hoped a steam cleaning would take care of. Tidy Clean of Mankato was willing to drive the 30+ miles to New Ulm and felt they could make the carpets look great again.
I was very pleased with their customer service and the professionalism of the individual who came out. He did everything I asked (and the carpets seemed to look a bit better for a while), but at some point, the stain spots reappeared.
Anyway, I probably should have just replaced the carpets but thought that a thorough cleaning might be a less expensive route. Lesson learned...some stains just aren't able to be removed and I should have bit the bullet and bought instead of cleaned. The price seemed quite high but I felt it would have been worth it if they had been able to remove the stains and extend the life of the carpeting. Other quotes I received also were in that same ballpark.
