AVerste LawnAndrew is wonderful. He listens, has wonderful suggestions, and his landscaping goal met our personal landscaping goals. In his own words "I want to make you happy", and he has! Andrew has created a wonderful front and side landscape for our home. He has replaced all of our old and outdated shrubs with a new update colorful look. I asked for a small patio after the estimate was completed and he said no problem. I love our new little patio. He accompanied us to the greenhouse to pick out plants and shrubs. He asked if I like roses, of course, yes! So we picked out roses to line our sidewalk! Once he spaced out all of the plants and shrubs we selected, I feel in love with the new look of color rather than the old drab look of years ago. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Andrew. He is quick to respond, willing to schedule the work, and provides a very reasonable estimate for the work that he does. We will surely work with Andrew again to finish the landscaping around our house. We want him to finish the other side and back of our home. AMANKATO LANDSHAPES INCThe trimmer forgot to call before arriving, but he was very polite and professional and did a nice clean up. At my request (and with a modest tip), he happily cut and set aside a large stack of the wood for my neighbor. They have yet to come back to finish the job: grind out the stump and clean up, and then cover the area with black soil and grass seed. But the utilities markers went up recently and the owner said they would have the whole job done before the snow.- Teri R.

APERFECTION LANDSCAPING & PATIOThe work was done well and on time. He came up with the complete plan after meeting with us and had great suggestions to make the yard even better than we imagined. We had a couple plants that didn't make it through the winter and he came back the next spring to replace them. ACurb Appeal of Southern MNThey were there on time and when they said they would be and did the work well and within the time frame they gave. It has been several years now and we have not had any issues and it still looks good. We have 2 boys and 2 large dogs so it hasn't been treated with kid gloves and it has required no repairs. AMANKATO LANDSHAPES INCI called and within a few days the tree was inspected. An estimate of $300 for all work, including removal debris, was given. In less than a week, the tree was trimmed and all work was performed satisfactorily. Communication was good, the work was done without incident or disturbance of the neighborhood, and the price was fair. The only evidence that they were even there was a few wood chips on the ground. Mankato Landshapes was highly recommended by a neighbor, and I will definitely employ them again in the future.- shawn c.

AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!

AGene met with me personally, his office staff kept me informed on dates for dumpster delivery and timing of completion. Gene was at the job site several times to inspect his crews and work. Best yet, he did all the hard work with the insurance company and adjusters. After initially being told by the insurance company that they would only pay for a few roof repairs, he was able to spend the time with another adjuster and get the whole roof done as well as the siding.

FI had them for 17 years, they started out good, but eventually they were unreliable, they would set up a time to come out and then they wouldn't show, this went on for years. I had an appt. for yesterday for aeration and grub control and weed control and none of them showed up. I would never ever use them again

I plan, price, contract, & service all projects with experienced professionals, while being licensed & insured, dependable & honest.

DThe room was completed on schedule but they did not complete all of the work the were supposed to do. The bathroom was completed but they installed a piece of the wall covering with a large chip in it and installed the bathroom stool incorrectly that caused it to leak. I contacted Rick many times via text and he responded that he would call to set up a time to correct my problems. He never called me back or tried to contact me.
