AR HENRY CONSTRUCTIONWe are very grateful to the R. Henry crew for making our building process much easier and more pain free than it may otherwise have been. We were looking for a one-stop shop and that is exactly what they delivered. We arrived at their office with a floor plan that we liked. They tweaked it, dressed up the outside (a lot!), and built a house we are very proud to call home! We started meeting with Rich, Tim and Megan about nine months before we began construction. The planning process was aided by all of us being in the room together. They gave us options and listened to our wishlist, and together we created the home. At times we were concerned that our taste was far more traditional than they were accustomed, but they skillfully helped us design a classic home that will stay in style a long time. Construction was seamless with no surprises along the way. Lucky for us, we didn't have any delays due to weather or subcontractors. There were a couple days when no one was on site and other days when the site was crawling with people. Best of all, we moved in just three days over the original timeline! The R Henry bunch took care of everything from permits, to subcontractors, to disbursement requests for financing. The entire process was handled professionally, with a smile and a can-do attitude and we so appreciated that! We highly recommend R. Henry Construction to anyone thinking of building a custom home. ACoast to CoastCoast To Coast Builders was recommended to us by a local business owner who had hired them for several projects. Coast To Coast owner Dave Farley was good to work with. The quality of the work was high and there were no hidden costs. When we made changes along the way Dave put an exact price on the change for us so when we settled up at the end of construction there were no surprises. Dave had good control of scheduling his subcontractors who showed up in a timely fashion and completed their part of the project when it needed to be done. There was someone from either Dave's crew or a subcontractor's crew on the job every day. I would highly recommend Coast To Coast Builders out of Hayward, WI- Marv T.

AMastin & Mueller RemodelingQuality of work and professionalism are excellent. They are staining and varnishing interior doors and trim too and have been very helpful with ideas to improve the rooms. They always check to make sure that they're doing things as per our spec and have even stayed during the evening to try to get the project done in a reasonable amount of time. They've also helped me find glitches with other contractors' work and fixed those while they were waiting for paint or sheet rock mud to dry (instead of just taking off for lunch or leaving for the day). Very friendly guys who seem to care a lot about the quality of the work. Galen and I talked and we both agree that quality builds relationships and repeat customers. As far as prices go, since they're subcontractors, I can't really separate out their cost at this time. I will definitely use these guys again if the need arises. Tidy Clean subcontractor on this project did the sheetrock work and re-set the electrical outlets too far into the wall to use the cover plates. I called Galen on Memorial Day to see if he could come out during the week and fix them. He came out that day - his holiday off work! - after stopping to pick up spacers and screws. He didn't need to do that, but wanted it taken care of. How many contractors do you know that will give up a holiday morning off to do domething like this, and drive in from a neighboring town besides? I don't know of any other who would.- Keith H.

AMastin & Mueller RemodelingThey were very busy with other jobs, but luckily were able to squeeze me in right away. They were very friendly, worked quickly, yet efficiently and came in at the estimated amount. They kept me involved with the process. There was even a small leak the next day and Galen came the day after being called to fix it. Will be using them again for other house projects that my husband keeps saying he'll get to!- Rhonda F.

AEmerick Construction LLCHe did a great job under challenging circumstances and the clean up was excellent. He had to make adjustments to make sure the windows were plumb. Scott has a great attitude and takes the time to explain things to me, a homeowner who understands NOTHING about maintenance. I plan to work with him on another project in the Fall.- Caryn L.

AHolmgren ConstructionThe design process was very cooperative. The builder was able design the project and incorporate the owners desired elements. The construction work craftsmanship was excellent and the materials used were top notch. The porch is cedar construction and incorporates large screens, a ceiling fan, lighting and an open deck attached to the house. The project was completed within a reasonable time frame and the job site was left clean.We couldn't be more pleased with the entire project and would recommend this building without hesitation.- Doug C.

ASchmahl ConstructionMy house was for sale - the sale was pending, so a timely repair was needed. Garrett gave a fair estimate, and advocated on my behalf to the insurance adjustor who was basing his estimate on a lower quality shingle than what I had. The estimator neglected to add many costs (like a dumpster). Garrett provided a detailed estimate that included everything needed to properly repair the roofs. He did the work when he said he would, and did a fantastic job. His professionalism, and his willingness to work with my insurance adjustor is much appreciated!- Bobby M.

CWILCON CONSTRUCTION INCAt first we were satisfied with there work however we didn't know what we do now after finishing our basement and how many corners they cut. It wasn't shady work but lazy work. We had to rewire and plumb so many things downstairs just to start finishing our basement. It cost hundreds extra to move plumbing and wiring. Somethings we didn't know that were code but as the basement was getting finshed we found out they some how got those things by the inspectors. My total bill for extra work and labor that they should have installed right away was over $5,000. I apparently paid for these things but never got them. The state says i need these things but i never got them. I have gone with everyone different for finishing my house and all have said "Wilcon buit this didn't they?" Not my reccommendation. His son Nic was very responsive to anything that i had after the house was built though. I would only talk to him.- Jeremy G.

AJeremy and Jessica sold us the windows and installed them for us themselves. We could tell by his attention to detail that Jeremy has had a lot of experience in window installation. We observed every step of the installation process, and he explained to us exactly what he was doing and why. They stand by the quality of their work and encouraged us to contact them right away if we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely hire this local Minnesota business again if we choose to install more new windows in our home.

I plan, price, contract, & service all projects with experienced professionals, while being licensed & insured, dependable & honest.

DThe room was completed on schedule but they did not complete all of the work the were supposed to do. The bathroom was completed but they installed a piece of the wall covering with a large chip in it and installed the bathroom stool incorrectly that caused it to leak. I contacted Rick many times via text and he responded that he would call to set up a time to correct my problems. He never called me back or tried to contact me.
