  I recently had an extensive repair done by Building Renewal. I have had work done with them previously and was very satisfied. They arrived when they said they would, they were very careful with surrounding areas, and very pleasant. They answered all my questions and explained what needed to be done and why. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up. When the repair was completed, I was very satisfied! I will always call Building Renewal!

  We had Window Concepts replace some of our windows back in 2010. The windows have performed flawlessly, and the installation process back then was awesome - the guys really worked hard for what we had ordered. Circle back 8 years and we have selected them again to help complete the remodeling of our bathroom with a new tub surround as we prepare the house for sale. They provided us with an estimate that is more than fair and are adding in little extras that make our lives easier as we sell. We are very happy with the work this company has done and the products they sell.

  These guys were awsome. I think i got more than my moneys worth. The team that did the work were great very patiant with my very large dog and they cleaned everything up before they left.   The project manager did a thorough job investigating the cause and possible solutions to it. We appreciated the time and thought put into the proposal. On day of service, the crew worked diligently to put the plan into action. However, when they encountered some variables that were difficult to anticipate prior to work, they were extremely curtious and thoughtful in trying to find an alternate solution to our problem. We were not charged for the time they spent. Customer service was exceptional.

  Lewis Insulation Inc

  Rich came out to give a quote. He even climbed up into the attic to see if the job could be done from there without putting holes in the walls. In the end he determined that the holes could be drilled from the inside of the mechanical room which meant we didn't have any walls to repair. The other two quotes we received were higher and they would've drilled holes that needed repair. Rich and his associate were very conscientious and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. We built our house this past year and having to work with many contractors we experienced varying degrees of professionalism---We were very impressed and pleased with Lewis Insulation.

  Cozy Insulation

  Jason was very professional.  In the process of redoing my kitchen I ran
  into possible insulation issues. Despite Jason being extremely busy, he
  took time to answer my questions over the phone and also stopped by to
  look at my issue. He was prompt, courteous, and professional.  He told
  me that my situation was correctly insulated and did not need
  attention.  I thank him again and Cozy insulation is on my list if I

  We had a tight schedule as we were selling the home and they jumped right on the project and finished on time. Quality of work was very good. We also required them to provide copies of lien wavers, receipts, permits, etc, no problem, sent copies via email right away. We solicited three quotes and theirs was right in the middle. The owner came out, looked at what need to be done, assessed the work to be done very quickly and provided us with a number the next day. Bottom line is they did what they said they would do, when they said it would be done, and without that supplies at the end of "by the the way, it's going to cost a little more than we thought" Most of all, we felt like we could trust them!

  We hired Craftsmen Home Improvements because we knew by the company's numerous A reviews on Angie's List that we would be very happy with their work, and we were. They maintained communication, were timely, cared about meeting special requests, and--most important--did an excellent job. Our biggest special request was our need to use mineral wool insulation for our attic vs. other more traditional insulation. They seamlessly did the necessary research to accommodate this request, and did an excellent job.
  
  This construction project was very enjoyable--even relaxing--as they did all the work, and handled all the details. It was great!

  Team showed up on time and did a great job. They were clean and gave me advice to create better venting in the attic space. I priced many insulation contractors and found Weber Insulation very competative. i would gladly recommend them to anyone considering adding attic insulation in the future.

  Craftsmen Home Improvements Inc

  Overall, the work was great from the beginning.  Jim came over a few weeks prior to take a look at everything and draw up an estimate/proposal in a matter of minutes.  He was very friendly and curteous and explained all of the work to me.  He also used an infrared sensor to show me all the places we have cold air coming in which was very helpful.  I then set up an appointment with Kim, who was great also.  Matt and crew arrived to do the work.  They were on time, efficient and very professional.  They did all the work in less time than expected and left our house clean.  I then worked with Jean on billing.  She asked me if I needed her to fill out the paperwork for our energy provider discount - something I hadn't even thought of - and I really appreciated that.  We're still processing that but it should save us another couple hundred bucks.
  Again, overall it was a fantastic experience for us.  A very professional, efficient operation but friendly at the same time.  No complaints.  We would definitely use Craftsmen again.
