  As soon as I purchased the 'deal' I received an electronic appointment request from Richard which I accepted. 3 days prior to the scheduled appointment he called to ask if the service could be done that day instead as he was in the area.  I was not at home but we discussed exactly what I wanted done.  While there, Richard also measured some shutters on the second story which I am replacing. Everything was cleaned and no debris left behind. The work was done promptly and professionally. I would use High  Maintenance Services again in the future.

  The service provided was excellent, especially when compared to other companies I've hired to clean our gutters in the past. They bagged all the debris in the gutters, and left the ground underneath clean. In the past, other companies have thrown the debris onto the ground below, and left it there.   We are very pleased so far.  Ying and his work buddy arrived promptly and clarified the work to be done.  They were quick and efficient and had the right equipment to do the job.  The roof height in one section of the gutters was too steep for us to be comfortable going up there, but these fellows did just fine.   They were prompt, got right to work and finished the job without me waiting around forever. They even suggested what kind do gutter cover I should buy (which is not the pricy option) so my downspout doesn't clog again. The clogged gutter was the central reason we hired them; the gotten overflows in the winter and the melting snow freezes on our back step. We are looking forward to ice- free steps this winter!
