    Arctic Mechanical
Arctic Mechanical is fast, honest, and reliable! The A/C at one of rental unit was not working and just blowing warm air. During the busiest summer season they were able to squeeze sometimes to look into our A/C within a day. They were honest and told us that the problem was with the bad compressor. Since it is an old unit and getting close to its age replacing an outdated compressor would cost as much as replacing a new A/C unit. From sale to technician they were quick in responding and had the new A/C unit installed next day. I couldn't be happier with our new A/C unit. Very respectful of this company. Would highly recommend!

    HVAC Doctor LLC
He was very professional explaining that my old wiring system was set up incorrectly. He was able to re-install all the wires to the correct spots. Very thorough on his inspection of all my units to make sure I didn't have any blown fuses or bad wiring. He even detected that I had a bad capacitor for my AC unit that was missed by my previous technicians and got it replaced in a jiffy! Highly recommend!!!!!! 5 Star Professional Service.

    Air Mechanical Inc
We pay an annual fee of $234.00 for Air Mechanical's "Home Comfort Plan," which includes a furnace inspection and tune-up in the fall and an A/C tune-up in the spring. In addition, we get some discounts off of any needed service and $50 loyalty dollars that can be used towards other Air Mechanical purchases. For example, we used loyalty dollars for purchase of a new A/C last year and for installation of basement ductwork in the past. On this particular visit, their office called to say their technician Aaron was on the way. He arrived timely, checked out the system, and completed their form to certify that the system is working properly. Everything went smoothly as it always has with Air Mechanical, a company that has serviced our A/C and furnace for the 19 years we have been in this home.

    Air Mechanical Inc
Air Mechanical called within the time frame previously provided to let us know that Aaron, the technician, was on his way. When Aaron arrived, he went to work immediately and stuck with the task until he was finished. I had asked Air Mechanical to bring a humidifier pad. Although Aaron brought the pad, he advised me that it was not necessary to change it since the one in our humidifier looked like new. Although the fee we pay for our preferred customer agreement ($234) covers annual A/C and furnace tune-ups and we expected no additional cost for this tune-up, we would have had to pay for the humidifier pad so I was grateful that Aaron was honest about us not needing to change it. Air Mechanical has been taking care of our A/C and furnace for many years, and it seems like everyone they send out to our house is professional, skilled, and easy to work with. Their techs will not hesitate to tell us about possible enhancements, but they do not try to pressure us into buying anything.

    G & H HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING
My furnace starting making noise hours before going out of town for the weekend. Michael was able to come out and quickly diagnose the problem. He was able to make a quick short term fix so I could get out of town on time and have peace of mind that my house would be heated. Once I was back in town he had time to get the needed part and make the permanent repair.

Angell Aire Heating & Air Conditioning
they scheduled me for boiler repair service for 11/7/08, they rescheduled for 11/14/18. now on 11/14/18, they wants to reschedule me for 11/30/18. i have my boiler heating system off on basement heating at below freezing point temperature. however Angell Aire blames me for not calling back soon enough which was totally out of context. they rescheduled me twice earlier and now they are the calling me to reschedule for 3rd t time. and Mike at Angell Aire instead of apologizing for the multiple re-schedules from them, blames the customer with out of context content. this is unprofessional and very poor excuse.

    G & H HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING
i hired Michael based on Angles list rating and his words. however his works were very shoddy. when i complained about very poor quality installation of ducts from furnace to my existing ducts on ceiling, he told me that was supposed to be that way and he needs to put tape around them. duct joining were coming apart with big gap between each join. i took all picture of all he did. so, i have proof of the quality. he came the 3rd day with another plumbing company and they re=did the whole installation. he did not have enough parts. he was the only technician to install this whole thing. i spent about 5 hours of hard labour taking the old furnace out. i supplied PVC pile because he did not have enough to finish the job. he walks in and out of my home with his boot on. dropped all dust from wall drilling dust on my carpet. blames me for not having my own drop cloth on carpet. i spend 4 days taking off from my work to finish this job. finally when i made a offer base on time and labor i spent, items i supplied and quality of work, he stormed out of my house with a threat to talk to my community. later that day he sent me an email threatening legal action if i not pay. i never said i will not pay. i made my best offer based on above things. but he storms out of my house with a threat was out of professional charecter. later after month or two, i sent an email and my wife called and left message about rebate from. however he neither calls or replies to my email. the Angies list rating is very misleading in this case. i will not recommend this guy. he was not professional, blames home owner for not putting drop cloth correctly, walks in and out without regard to floor, leaves last bucket of garbage, does not vacuum the dust. the treatment of customer is beyond what i expected. Beware.

    LIBERTY COMFORT SYSTEMS
Great! The heat wouldn't start in my townhome. I thought, no problem, I'll call Centerpoint Home Service Plus, because I pay a monthly fee for their plan to get prompt service from them and it saves me from having to find a new vendor on short notice. Turns out that Home Service Plus couldn't get anyone out for a week and a half for no heat (note that today wasn't the middle of winter but was 45 degs for a high). That was completely unacceptable, so I looked for another vendor. I called several, and all were booked, wouldn't even answer the phone or charged crazy money to come out. When I called, they first setup an appointment for me in around 48 hours, but they said that there was a chance that they could get to me today. Sure enough a few hours later I got a call and Jim was on his way. I met him there. I turned out that the pilot light was out and no repair was needed. I was happy to pay the diagnostic fee and they didn't charge me anything for relighting it (which was nice, but also was really no big deal either). Anyways, I got a lot of good advice from Jim and I plan to have him come out to look at an upgrade at another house. Thanks so much for making a terrible day much better!

ACTION HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING, Inc.
The whole process went smoothly. Communication was great. The work team arrived promptly at 7am. They were very efficient and finished the job a little earlier than expected. Our home was treated with care during the removal of the old furnace and installation of the new. Everything was clean and neat when they finished. Bob helped us with all of the rebate forms. Professional, friendly, honest!! Our furnace works perfectly and we look forward to the AC in the summer. The company was recommended to us by our neighbor and now we are pleased to recommend Action Heating and Air to others.

    Dust Doctors
Outstanding! I received a call before the appointment to let me know the technicians were on their way, they arrived promptly, explained what they'd be doing, and throughout the entire process were very careful to keep things neat! The two technicians (Dustin and Jerry) also worked very well together - they had a rhythm in terms of who did what, so there was zero downtime - they were both in constant motion! I was so impressed with their work that I recommended Dust Doctors to my parents, and a neighbor.
