G Gardner Concrete & Waterproofing Inc
Scott and his crew were amazing! Personable, punctual, highly skilled and attentive to details. They explained exactly what was needed to be done and did that plus a little more without charging extra. Scott worked with us to stay within our budget by offering several options to solve our problems. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again.

It was very bad slashed concrete all over the place and they tried to get it off but it didn't come off the work done was good at first but it spring came it was very bad I called Adin witch is the owner of CB Concrete & Masonry When he came out and looked at it he couldn't understand what went wrong said he would take care of it. Which after waiting 7 Months and nothing had been done he said that he would get to it on his own terms and not mine. I took him to court he didn't show up I had to have him served. Still did show up won the case there is a judgment of 15,000 which he wont pay. Do you really want to do business with him

    Mill City Concrete Inc
Everything went very well. The work itself only took three days. The only reason I gave them a 'B' on quality is that a work truck accidentally hit out basketball pole in the driveway and snapped it off. I didn't really need it anymore since our kids are grown and the hoop hasn't been used in years. The garage floor replacement itself was very well done. I got three estimates on the job and all three dollar estimates were very close to each other and all three companies seemed very professional. I don't exactly recall why I chose this company but it did work out very well.

    Richfield Blacktop & Concrete
Salesman came on time, very prompt. Had everything setup and ready to go, but had to wait for the City of Fridley to do a curb cut, they were awful and would pay and have Richfield Blacktop do the curb cut if I had it to do over again.  Price was reasonable as we had our old single driveway torn up and had a new double driveway installed.  Had the edging installed which I would recommend as it is a very clean look.  They came soon after the curb cut was done.   They removed the old asphalt and prepared for the new driveway.  They did an excellent job preparing.  Following day they showed up with the asphalt and laid down the new drive, they did an excellent job and took no time to do.  There was no mess, nothing to clean up, nothing out of place.  A few weeks ago I noticed a slight eruption occurring but it didn't go down, so I called and emailed a message regarding this little defect yesterday.  Looked out the window this early afternoon and someone was here to fix this defect.  Went out to meet and introduce myself to the gentleman and it was Tom the owner.  This was a pleasant encounter and was very happy that he took care of this.  I am very impressed to say the least!  I have had a great experience with this company and would definitely use them again.

    Endurance Concrete
Cracks and sinking in our concrete driveway and front sidewalk caused pooling water and water issues in a storage hallway under the garage.  Endurance was one of 3 companies we selected from our Angie's List research to do an estimate on the work we wanted done.   We could have honestly selected any of the 3 companies to go with, but we ultimately selected Endurance because Mark Laberda offered ideas and suggestions that improved the project.  We were very satisfied with all aspects of working with Mark and Endurance, from the estimate process to the completed work.  We also enjoyed the 5% Angie's List discount that he applied to the bill.

    Cement Raising Inc

We had used Cement Raising, Inc.'s service a number of years ago and were very satisfied with the result.  After a couple of really bad winters and a failure on my part to keep cracks in the driveway filled, we experienced some more heaving of the slabs due to freeze/thaw conditions and some undermining from excessive water erosion.

I called to make an appointment for an estimate in early June, 2014. And within only a couple of days had a detailed 'no-pressure' estimate.  The work was scheduled for later that month.

On the day the work was scheduled Greg and his assistant were right on time, got set-up and ready very quickly, and got the job done very well and fast allowing me to enjoy the rest of my day.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with how level the driveway ended up considering it's age and all of the cracking of the slab sections - it now looks like a completed jigsaw puzzle, not just a bunch of pieces.

They were VERY respectful of our property, and cleaned up exceptionally well (drilling in concrete can create quite a lot of dust.)

In addition to our driveway repair.  I had them raise and level three sections of my mother's sidewalk, that job, just like ours, came out wonderfully too!

I am not looking forward to shoveling next winter, but I am looking forward to not catching my shovel on the protruding edges of my driveway.

If time and Mother Nature again make it necessary for more concrete leveling, we will certainly use Cement Raising, Inc. again!

Mark did a great job.  Good communication.  He did the job quickly and cleanly.  He had to work around gardens on both sides of the sidewalk.  He left my plants in great shape.  Thanks, Mark!

    Graley Concrete Construction Inc
One of the better dealings with a contractor. Did what he said he would when he said. The biggest thing for me was Trevor returned my calls before and after the job was done.  I enjoyed working with him. jim

    Earth Wizards Inc
We have a curved asphalt driveway that needed replacement.  Additionally, I had a crab-apple tree dumping 10-12 lbs of apples daily on my driveway during the summer that I needed removed (cut it down to 5 ' previously) plus removal of a cemented- in basketball-hoop pole. I included all of these in a package and obtained several bids.  Earth-Wizards was not the lowest but they were willing to adjust their bid.  Additionally they were also nearby within two miles which was beneficial for both them and us. They did a very professional job. Shelley provided the bid and Gary was the foreman on the job.  This was a veteran team - clearly it was not their first rodeo as the foreman had done a neighbor's yard some 30 years ago and was again replacing it about the same time I was replacing mine - he didn't think he'd be around to replace the neighbor's driveway still again!  They removed the stump and basketball pole and hauled both away. They also called the city which was doing street repair and coordinated it so I was able to reduce the curb dropoff to enable a smoother driveway entry.  I had landscape rock and hostas planted along one edge of the driveway. They moved the rock back slightly and trimmed all the hostas so they would not be burned by the hot asphalt.  The gravel underlayment was packed down well and allowed to settle for a week prior to coating with asphalt.  Overall I was very pleased with the project and the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend them.

    Asphalt Specialties Co
They did a good job but half of my walk is brown and half is grey. The new stuff instead of grey instead of trying to make it brown or telling me it will be two different colors. I think they should have told me what a difference it would be and they did not. It looks dumb. But they did a good job.
