    My car looked like it was brand new! I originally was only going to get the interior detailed but they called me and advised they could take the 11 dings/dents out for an additional fee. It seemed like a really good deal so I said go for it. I really didn't think they could get one of the dents out because it was a crease above the tire, but they did! So happy, and I will use them again and refer them again and again!

    Service has been awesome. They went above and beyond my expectation. When they first finished the job on day they promised they would, there was a small problem with weather stripping. Rather than pushing it, they took car back. Made alternate arrangement for me for couple of days to avoid any inconvenience and on top of that picked up and dropped off my car at my home. All because they found a small problem. Extremely pleased to work with such detail oriented professional providers. With no hesitation I would recommend working with Pearsons.

    From the minute I got to Pearson to the point I left they were very accommodating ensuring my needs were met. I got a loaner card on the 2nd day and was able to drive that for 3 weeks. I would highly recommend them for anyone w/ auto body needs as they were excellent.

    I arrived on a cold, snowy day. The owner offered to have me driven to a Starbucks to await the completion of detailing, expected to take around 5 hours.  3 hours later, I was called and told job completed and I would be picked up. Andy, the manager of the area where the detailing was done, picked me up soon after the call.   When I arrived back at Bloomington Collision, he escorted me to my Toyota Rav4.  It looked brand new!!  My car is a 2007, so 9 years old, and it was shiny clean inside and out.  Andy showed me the wheels (he'd removed the rust); the engine, which looked like it had been power washed); the back area, which had even been cleaned under the carpeted pad; the seats, floor carpeting, windows, cup holders, radio, storage compartments, ceiling, pedals,steering wheel...everything looked so clean and, except for the floor carpeting which has 9 years of wear, like new.
    I have used other detailing companies and been pleased, but never before was I astounded!! I am so happy and will recommend Bloomington Collision to everyone who needs their car cleaned.  My Rav4 was so dirty: seats, floors, windows et al after months of driving grandchildren to their sports practices and games; eating meals in the car; carrying muddy boots, sandy bathing suits, wet and dirty dogs, etc.  I was just hoping my car would be clean.  Didn't expect virtually spotless.  Andy did an exceptional job. I could tell he was proud to show me what had been done, and he deserved to be proud.
    I could not be happier to recommend Bloomington Collision Center for car detailing.  Bravo, Andy!

    It turned out really well. There's just one spot I noticed on my car. Because it was done in the winter, I thought it might have just been some salt or dirt or something but it hasn't gone away and I've been meaning to try and wax it to make it go away but it looks like maybe some of the paint got a little messed up on the front door. It's not very bad, it's just almost looks like it doesn't have the top coat on it or something. I haven't contacted them about it yet. Otherwise, they did a great job and has been great to work with. They are very good about standing behind their work.

    I was rear-ended by an inattentive driver while at a stop light. The woman's insurance sent me to Autoworks since it was in my neighborhood. Response was quick and polite all around. Was given a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired and that process went very smooth since the rental place is on site at Autoworks. The repair looked great and they matched the paint perfectly. My only complaint is that the license plate lights both were broken during the accident and they were listed as replaced by Autoworks yet they were not. Thankfully they were easy enough to take care of so I replaced them both on my own. Wouldn't be too much of an issue except for the fact that it was specifically named as replaced yet wasn't. Other than that it was a great experience.

    Overall the Jeep looked great when I picked it up. the work was great and was completed in just over a week.  I would even say that the vehicle looked better than it did before the accident.
    Robert was very polite and even helped me locate a part for a non-related project.
    I would have preferred a couple more progress updates, but that may be more my style than theirs.
    My biggest concern was that after the first round of work was completed I picked up the Jeep and the dash read "Low Washer Fluid".  I poured in washer fluid and it came flowing right out of the bottom of my vehicle.  When I called to let them know they had missed this, Dennis said he was very sorry and that they would fix it the next business day, which they did.  I dropped off my Jeep to sort out and fix the root cause of the fluid leak, and although they apologized for missing it, I was told there was no way they could have found this issue on the first pass.  The truth was that when I dropped off the jeep, i told them that when the accident occurred washer fluid poured out every where and even if that was not documented the "low washer fluid" indicator was written on the dash when the jeep started.  If they had investigated the cause of the warning light, they would have found the issue.
    All in all they did good work, but it was a hassle to bring the jeep in a second time, and I would have appreciated it if they just owned the miss instead of saying it was impossible have found the leak before i picked it up.

    Extermely good job completed, you'd never know I was hit. Even detailed the inside of the car, washed the carpets, and washed the car! Also touched up a few minor rust spots not part of the collision issue free of charge. Would do business again, even though paid by insurance prices seemed reasonable.
