The crew were clean, efficient, and just nice to talk to. We had questions along the way and always got a good response. I would trust this company to do more work for me and have referred them to my friends and family

Metro Floors did a great job. We removed a jacuzzi tub and had Metro Floors build a custom shower including the pan and walls. Their attention to detail is very impressive. The tiling looks great. We could not be happier with the work performed. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We have hired Country Creek Builders on several occasions now. On this latest project we hired them to paint our two-story foyer, perform electrical & finishing work (recessed lighting, new outlets, new breaker in panel, etc.) and install new hardwood flooring on the main level and new carpeting everywhere else. Dan starts by providing his pricing broken down by line item, so you can see where your money is going and make any necessary budgetary changes. The quality of the work is second to none. Everyone of his employees is happy to work for him and take pride in their work. They are professional, friendly and clean up after themselves every time they are out. We had one minor issue towards the end of the project that I debated whether even to bring to Dan. He was more upset about it than we were and was out the following morning to personally review everything and ensure we were happy with the end result. Issues rarely come up and when they do they are small and dealt with immediately and effectively. Needless to say, we are beyond happy with the work they provide and the relationship we have with them. We will be returning in the future!

We decided to finish our basement in late August, started looking for a contractor and talked to Tom in early September. We have a rec room with a gas fireplace in the corner, a bedroom, a bathroom, a work area, and the utility room is enclosed. He was very responsive in helping us plan and make choices, and got the job done by the holidays. The computer tools he used to draw designs and give us a list of items to buy really helped us to visualize the plan and know what we needed to do. I am a project manager, and I really appreciated how Tom planned the project and kept it on track! He had a plan laid out with the major activities and subcontractors each week, and showed us where there was contingency so we knew the plan wasn’t too tight. The quality of work is excellent, and we are very happy with our basement! We recommend Tom very highly!

I purchased and paid for my flooring from Lumber liquidators on December 13, 2018 in the amount of $7,565.83. This price included installation. The install cost was most of the expense. The install date was set for 2.22 and I was told that it would only take 4-5 days. It is March 1 and they are still installing my floors. Chris, one of the installers smokes marijuana and smells of pot. Al, the other installer, urinated out in my driveway. As expected the installers removed doors and bi-fold closet doors however, they did not hang any plastic to protect my belongings. The installers did not protect the carpet. I paid almost $65.00 to have my appliances moved (Stove and refrigerator). The installers left them in the kitchen and did not move them to the living room. I pointed out where to place them the morning they arrived. I had laid cardboard out for the appliance to go onto. My new granite countertops were not covered so they have cement dust and other grit on them. I am afraid when they get cleaned that they may get scratched. I also noticed that the countertops have a sticky residue of some short on the side by the fridge this was also on my stove top. My new under mount stainless steel sink has residue of cement/mortar in it along with some buildup of mortar on the sink protector and my new sink has scratches by the drain opening. I have reason to believe that grout was used to lay down the first tiles rather than thin set/mortar. The used grout bucket was left on my carpet and the tile was laid with the spacers in. The installers get water from the flexible piping in the main bathroom. When I went up there last night to shut all the lights off when they left I noticed that the sub flooring was all wet. I quickly put a fan on it to dry it out. I had made a few complaints and Lumber Liquidators (LL) stated there is nothing they can do. LL finally contacted the installer’s manager to let him know about the complaint and then the workers covered up the door ways. It was too late the demo and most of the cutting was already done for the cement board. The installers stated that they would cut the remaining board outside. By outside they meant in my garage...my brand new snow thrower is coated in cement dust along with my motorcycle and scooters. After the mess was already created the installers then hung plastic up after they were talked to by their manager....Why? The damage is done. Everything is all dirty now. They are writing the sizes of the tile cuts on the good side of the tile. All my wood trim with finishing nails is crammed into one tile box. The spacing is not uniform between tiles in some areas. Today the fire department was at my house as they cut metal strips in my home rather than outside. This set my fire alarms off, which notified ADT. ADT then notified the fire department. The regional manager Glen came out this afternoon after I drove to LL this morning as soon as they opened to let LL know that things are getting worse. My appliances are still sitting in the kitchen. They are still cutting items in the garage. I stated that I wanted to be compensated for clean-up and for the moving of the appliances that never occurred. Glen stated that I have to understand that this is a construction zone and things are going to get dirty. Glen stated that he can’t tell if his workers made the damage or if I did. I was furious. I did say a few cuss words. Glen stated since I was going to cuss he was going to leave and he did. No resolution. No further instructions.

Project was done in a timely manner (actually one day earlier). Everything was done well and cleaned up so we were able to move our furniture back in right away. No surprise costs at end of project. Very punctual and professional. Anton went above and beyond my expectations in answering questions and giving me information and advise.

Josh was extremely responsive to the request for an estimate, coming by the house the same day. He was knowledgeable and made suggestions. He thought he might be able to provide an estimate the next day. received nothing. Four days later I contacted (text) and he said he was busy and would try to get it to me the next day. We are now nearly 3 weeks post visit and we have heard NOTHING back from him. Even if we received an estimate at this point I would wonder about the reliability and timeliness of any work promised.

I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and quality of their work. Recently I had a small issue with a shelf in my pantry cupboard and they came over and fixed it at no charge for me, two and a half years after installation. Dan had also helped me get some other small jobs done in my home. I would highly recommend Dan and Dave and their crew. They treat your home as though it was their own, and I felt completely comfortable having them come and work in my home when I wasn't there.

Anton and his crew were very professional and did a great job! Anton was very good about keeping us in the loop and making sure we knew what would happen every day. The work was done with attention to detail and they cleaned up each day. Overall we were very pleased and would highly recommend them.
