  • Every time I go to this shop, I'm slightly disappointed. They always forget something or do something poorly. Last time they forgot to put the oil change reminder tag in the windshield. This time they moved all the tire pressures down to 26 psi. The sticker inside the door says they should be at 35 psi. My 16 year-old daughter then drove the car and was surprised by the low tire pressure warning lights.

  • They weren't very professional. They forgot to put in some kind of screw and it leaked oil out. My husband had to take it back in. They didn't really seem to know what they are doing. I thought the price was high, especially for what happened. When my husband talked to the manager, they were responsive.

  • No well. They have put in two clutches and the latest one is going out again. Now the transmission seal is leaking of which they said they are going to replace that under warranty but am nervous it will not be done correctly. Now the transmission is slipping at around 50 mph and they said it has nothing to do with their work. But I have checked with the local Honda dealership and another local shop in town. They both stated the same thing that it sounded like an installation issue. All I am asking for is my car to be repaired and back to the way it was prior to the clutch going out. On top of that both calls I made, they stated we overpaid by about double of what we should have. I also have checked at the local parts store and the clutch is just under $400 and we ended up paying labor and all, $2000.00

  • This was the slowest and most expensive tuneup ever in my life, and I've owned a dozen vehicles. Made the appointment a week in advance, and would drop it off early Wednesday and pick up late Thursday. They had not gotten to it even though it's only a couple hours of work and they had it two full days. Said they needed it until Friday noon. On Friday noon (after having to reschedule my work to accommodate!) it still was not done and had to come back a couple hours later. The price they charge for parts is more than double what you would pay retail at the parts store next door.

  • They are really slow. They had our vehicle for over a month and it is actually still not done. We have it now but have to get it back. The tires weren't balanced and besides that, when we make a right hand turn, it is kind of hard. There is this awful sound coming out of the left side tire. They obviously didn't thoroughly test drive it or something like that before they said that it was done. Now, I have to find the time which I am having a hard time doing especially getting it back in before Christmas because they are like they don't know how long I will have to sit there and wait. Balancing the tires is one thing but we have to figure out what is wrong with the tire balance. When I went to pick it up, I looked at my car and visually inspected it. It had lines that looked like kind of rusty paint all over the back of it and they cleaned all that. When I opened the door to put some stuff in there, the worst smell was in there. They said that it was from the rust proofing they spray inside because they had to fix the quarter panel. It would be nice if we are fore warned that there is going to be this awful odor. It was so bad that my son and I had to have both front windows rolled down. I bought ozium to spray in the car, like a tone of it. It took about a week with constantly spraying it to get the smell to go away. I will never go there again except to have these last things finished. The cost was under insurance. The responsiveness was pretty good.

  • I purchased a deal to have my car detailed. It was very quick and easy to get an appointment. The people where very friendly. The detailing was the best I have ever had! The car was immaculate. No strong cleaning solution smells. They even polished out some scratches on my bumper. I would highly recommend.

  • Ordered tires at the store but that store didnt have the tires for my less common vehicle but they were able to get the tires from another store the next day and have them installed later that day. Installation was quick and the techs called me as soon as the car was ready to go. Fast and easy experience with Costco tire center. A few months later I ran over broken glass and took it up to Costco and they fixed the tire within an hour no problem.

  • The service manager (Chris) handled our appointment. Pointing out what could/needed to be done was helpful. I really appreciated the fact that he didn't try to strong arm us into unnecessary service. He also didn't give us an unrealistic time-frame for when the work would be complete. We will definitely use this establishment again

  • I was very satisfied with the repair work. It looked better than the truck did before the accident. It was very easy to work with the customer service rep when I brought in for the estimate. He told me exactly what would have to be repaired and the estimate of costs.  After the repairs were completed, They did a complete detailing of the inside as well. It felt like getting into a new truck. It took some of the sting out of the accident. After the repairs, I got a couple of comments from car salesman about what a good looking truck it was. I was there a couple of years ago and had the same experience.
