FNeumann Construction IncI needed a house and garage roof done and after he came and looked at it I was told that he would email me a bid by that Friday and after 7 attempts to contact someone because I have never gotten the bid I was promised, noone has returned my calls texts or emails.. It had been two weeks now and we are talking 16 squares for my house and garage.. They may have all the business they need but it is no reason to blow me off and not tell me to find someone else to do the job.. Very disappointed... It's getting too late in the year to find someone, after seeing all the great reviews, I wonder what it is about the 4 of us that had such a bad experience because they never contacted us back and didn't care enough as to explain..hummm- Lori H.

APaul Quick IncAfter approving the estimate, a future start date was selected to allow Paul time to finish other projects. Paul and crew arrived as scheduled and continued working hard each day until the work was done as promised. Cleanup was done each evening even though they would be returning the next morning. Paul does not try to oversell you on anything. In fact, he will make suggestions on how you can save money where possible. On a previous visit, I had asked Paul to estimate the cost to repair a leak in a difficult area of my roof. Two previous roofers had suggested that it would be very expensive and I should go ahead and replace the roof. Paul was able to fix the leak in less than an hour. This should allow me to get several more years before replacing the roof.- MICHAEL H.

They took time to explain what work was going to be done and what to expect. All workers were very respectful and professional! I felt very good about how they listened to my ideas and concerns. The end result was so good, we hired them again for some interior finishing trim work. They cleaned up after the job better than it was when they arrived. AOverall, we are very happy with the work done by Advantage Seamless Gutters. Some of the initial work was sloppy (a sizable gap in the gutter covers and some debris left in our yard) but they had the crew back out right away to make things right. Very professional and courteous crew and staff. Would definitely hire again!

AI called Joe to fix a leak that was coming in from my bathroom fan vents (after the first guy I called never showed up when he said he would fix it). He immediately identified the real problem that the first guy missed. and came back a couple days later to complete the repair. While he was there, he also identified a couple other minor issues - One he fixed that day (without charge), and the other he told me to contact the company that replaced our roof 5 years ago as they should fix it under warranty instead of him charging me. Joe took the time to explain each step of the repair, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Joe for any roofing work!

FThis was a frustrating experience. I had ARC out specifically because I had a previous gutter company that did not have the skills to do the fascia work they discovered after taking down the gutters. ARC came out, did an assessment, and told me I'd get an estimate soon. I called back a week later and they told me he's still working on the estimate. I called back a couple of weeks later and they told me they couldn't do the job...something about a guy they use couldn't do it? The lack of communication and was very unprofessional. This isn't a complicated projects...some boards and gutters. C'mon.

Attentive to detail, site was thoroughly clean when they left, and I mean not one stray nail. All debris promptly removed. Crew chief Saul is the best.
