    1) Both Zach and Stephen?/Steven were punctual, courteous, and pleasant. I appreciate that there was not even a whiff of cigarette smoke in either cab, which has been a problem with a different taxi service. I have had previous rides with Yellow Cab/Airport Taxi with the same excellent service. Note: I deliberately choose taxi service over Uber because I believe Locally Regulated taxis are safer.

    Andre was extremely helpful in advising me on where to go while on vacation in the Canary Islands. Along with finding convenient and affordable airfare, she also had great recommendations for atypical (yet extremely interesting) things to do. Without her stellar recommendations my trip would not have been nearly as pleasing.

    I arranged this Holiday light tour as a surprise Christmas gift for my mother in law. Most of our party was picked up at one location and we picked up my mother in law next. Our driver, Erika, arrived a couple minutes early and was was happy to accommodate our second pickup. (Very challenging driveway/Lane was no problem for her)! Erika was very professional and friendly. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the night. We choose a 10 person stretch. The limousine was beautiful and clean. Appointed with glasses, ice etc.. Erika showed us how to adjust interior temperature, radio volume (for Christmas music) etc, to ensure we would be comfortable. We were able to bring our own favorite treats and wine. Unlike other limousine services offering holiday light tours, Renee's considers pick up location to reduce wasted highway drive time to locations that aren't nearby. The displays we saw were spectacular! We all agreed to include this in our family Christmas traditions. Renee's is the only way to go!! I wanted this tour to be a special gift for my mother in law. I am very grateful to Renee's for providing a wonderful evening.

    All went great. The driver Mike, kept me (the parent) completely informed as to where they were and when he dropped them off etc. He was courteous, professional, prompt and friendly. The kids said the limo was there favorite part of the evening. Chad took my call to set up the limo service after hours and was also very accommodating, friendly and professional. We have used Renee's Royal Valet previously for their trolley and they always excel. A perfectly run company with great employees. We will use them again for any limo/trolley services we need.

    Total cost was $48 RT; $24 each way ($3 off each way thanks to a discount code I found online).
    Pickup was a bit late but not by much; 15 min. maybe. I think it was due in part to weather, in part to my being the last stop, and in part because of the usual Google Maps error with my address. Driver very polite and called with question re: my address, which was easily resolved. He called again just before he arrived to let me know his arrival was imminent. When the van arrived, it was fully loaded with other passengers who did not look thrilled to have to stop for yet another passenger.
    On the date of my return, however, it took 2 HOURS to get home. Even though I lived the closet to the airport (St Louis Park), I was the LAST to get dropped off, around 1230 am. I suspect it was because one of the passengers called SuperShuttle to complain about the length of THEIR trip going to MSP on 12/24. (I recognized one of the passengers from that trip, whom I shall refer to as Mr. Self-Important Wayzata.) Even though they had not paid extra, they demanded that SS rearrange its route, inconveniencing other passengers, namely ME.
    On 12/28, SuperShuttle managed to add an addtl. 30 min. delay, ignoring my call to give preference to someone who arrived later than I, at Humphrey (Terminal 2). Even though I was the first to call for pickup after I deplaned at Lindbergh (Terminal 1), SS inexplicably decided to reroute the driver to Humphrey to pick up a later arrival. SS didn't bother to tell me this either until the SECOND time I called. I was frozen from standing outside most of the 30 minutes, but figured the second I went inside, the van would show up. No such luck. I finally went into the terminal briefly to warm up, but only for a minute or so.
    The thing that makes this even worse is one SuperShuttle van had actually pulled up within the first 5 minutes, but the driver said he was there for someone else. Dispatch confirmed that it was not "my" van, did not offer any other info, and I had to wait another 25 minutes outside, alone, in the cold, late at night. If it were a busy time of day and there'd been lots of other people around, I would perhaps feel a bit more forgiving, but there was NO ONE else around (inside or outside the Terminal), it was pitch black out, and scary.
    By the time "my" van showed up, guess who was on board? Mr. Pushy Wayzata and his teenage son. Who wants to bet he demanded that SS pick HIM up immediately, even though I had landed--and called--first? It wasn't enough that the jerk managed to get picked up first, either; he also managed to be driven home first, even though he lived the farthest away. He didn't care if he inconvenienced--or even endangered--a middle-aged woman traveling alone. Sadly, he's not unique; I've met more rude people here in the past 10 years than I ever did in the 25 years I lived in the DC-Baltimore area. Everytime Minnesotans brag about being "Minnesota Nice", my eyes roll, I swear. It is such a crock. I've traveled all over Europe and lived in Germany* for two years, and only they were worse than the entitled Edinans and their ilk whom I've met here. (*Which I attribute more to the area where I lived (Stuttgart), not to the country as a whole. Stuttgart and suburbs are full of the same type of people as here in the western Metro=the wealthy and "entitled".)
    My point is, no matter how much money or how much clout a person has, that doesn't mean a business should cave to a jerk's demands, NOT if he has paid the same fee as the rest of the passengers. The loud and obnoxious should not be given preferential treatment because it only rewards their bad behavior--AND is unfair. If Mr. High-and-Mighty was so antsy to get home, he could have called a taxi. No doubt he could have afforded one. He could also live closer if he wanted to, but CHOSE to live farther away--and therefore does not have the right to force everyone else to rearrange the world to suit HIM.
    I can't *prove* who was responsible for shafting me on the return route, but I blame this jerk and the dispatcher. who caved to his demands. She should have stood her ground and offered to call Mr. W a town car if he couldn't wait 15 minutes. The driver was not responsible; he was very courteous and professional, just like his colleague on 12/24. My driveway was icy when we pulled up, so he carried my luggage (med. size hardside, checked bag) to my front step. Both drivers, btw, were Somali gentlemen, which I mention *only* because some people are quick to blame immigrants for anything that goes wrong, which isn't fair. (I am a "WASP", for the record.) Their courtesy stood in stark contrast to Mr. Privileged America's obnoxious behavior.
    If conclusion, if I were to say anything to SuperShuttle, I would say please:
    (1) Hire more drivers for busy travel seasons so residents of the metro TC don't have to wait more than an hour to get home.
    (2) Don't cave in to pushy customers who live the farthest away and demand to be taken home first if they have not paid extra. It will only annoy the rest of your customers and lose you business.
    (3) Remind your dispatchers that the first passenger to land and call should be picked up first--ESPECIALLY if it is a female traveling alone, it's late at night on a weekend, and no one is around. Reprimand the dispatcher on 12/28/14 for rerouting the driver to Humphrey first, stranding me alone in the cold and dark for 30 minutes or more. She KNEW I had called first and deserved to be picked up first, and knew I was alone all that time in the cold and dark. Honestly, I feel I deserve at least a 50% discount after that fiasco.

    I would suggest that SS advertise on Angie's List (and offer discounts to members) rather than advertise on Craig's List, where I noticed an ad months later. I suspect advertising on Angie's List would increase business, because Angie's List members tend to write more reviews than non-members, and--IF your service is good--reviews will reflect that and benefit you in the long run.(For the record, I am not employed by AL. Which is not to say that they don't owe me for this review! It's a major pain to write such a long, detailed review.)

    It was a wonderful trip! Andre gave us a folder with everything we needed, from hotel vouchers to train tickets. It was so great to be able to spend our time thinking about what we wanted to do/see/eat at every location instead of figuring out hotels/neighborhoods/ and train schedules. Everything went without a glitch, and we were confident that we would be taken care of at every stop (and we were!) Our favorite tour was a night-time Segway tour of Florence. It was well worth the expense and so much fun!
    We will definitely use Time Travels Inc again (in fact, we already have booked a trip for next spring!) The only thing I would have changed on this trip was that I should have called her first before I bought my tickets to fly to Madrid. We might have been able to save some money by doing a package deal with the flight/hotels.

    FABULOUS! The dispatcher was flexible when I needed to change the pickup location due to road construction; Vic, our driver, was prompt, courteous, professional, friendly, helpful in loading our luggage, just exactly perfect! The limo bus was clean, stocked with ice, comfortable, perfect size--exactly as advertised. This is the first time I've used a limo service and I HIGHLY recommend this one...would absolutely recommend them!

    I prearranged transportation on their excellent website; they confirm the transport requested.  Taxi arrived 15 minutes early.  Driver was very polite and accommodating.  The vehicle was in excellent condition - looked brand new, very clean, and did not have any of the usual gaudy advertising commonly seen on taxis.  This was, by far, the best taxi transportation service that I have ever experienced! I felt like royalty!

    Totally excellent experience working with Rick and a 1000% awesome trip! We really like that Rick:
    - Provided a simple framework for our trip since we didn't have time to do much research in advance and were overwhelmed trying to figure out where to go in each country
    - Developed three itineraries for us (land package and flights), tweaking each time based on our feedback to best meet our needs, interests, and budget
    - Suggested small-group activities that allowed us to have personalized tours and avoid tour buses; these small tours were all first rate
    - Managed a million details for three weeks of travel
    - Provided us with a detailed (15-page) final itinerary with info on what to expect, how to dress, what to bring, etc for each activity; he also provided many suggestions for the days we opted to keep open for exploring on our own; he also sent lots of maps, including a Google map printout showing the hotel location in each city, and brochures for each activity
    - Communicated clearly, promptly, and professionally throughout the process; he was personable, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable about both countries and helped us create a trip that was paced just right for us (many pre-planned activities but also a lot of free time for exploring)
    The trip itself was as smooth as could be with no big surprises. Flights were great. Hotels were always very centrally located and very pleasant though not fancy. Transportation, rental cars, tours, tickets, etc--all hassle-free. It was effortless to have everything arranged in advance and simply hand over a voucher for payment. The activities were varied, unique, fun, and provided great experiences and memories. Tour guides were uniformly excellent.
    We could not possibly have put together this trip on our own, even if we had started six months in advance. Thanks to Rick we had a stellar honeymoon! It was a pleasure to work with Rick and we give him our highest recommendation.

    This was the best experience ever. We rented the limo for my moms bday and drove around to sites and things she wanted to see. The limo was great, and the driver, Steve G. was absolutely fantastic! He was so helpful in getting her in and out of the car, helping with her walker and talking about all the sites we were looking at. I would recommend them 100% and hope to use them for my daughters wedding.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.  STEVE WAS GREAT!
