  • Dr. and clinic is excellent. Parking is horrible. No ramp space near by. Valet took 45 min. to return car when leaving. A lot of patients waiting a long time for valet returns. Not much room in waiting area inside.

  • Had great results. The one time the Botox didn't work quite as well as previous injections they were very happy to have me come back in 1-2 weeks after for a free touch-up to ensure I got the desired results.

  • Excellent care of by Dr. Adams. She is very conscientious and meticulous.. She listens well and uses conversation with me to complete treatment. I had to have several biopsies done and the results were back in just under a week. I had to have several biopsies done and the results were back in just under a week I will need to see another provider at the clinic to have something further removed.. All in all my experience with Dr. Adams has been very good.
Dr. Adams space had indicated that I would be seen by the dermatologist surgeon for removal of a small skin cancer. However when I was called I was told that I would see another dermatologist who does excisions rather than a surgeon. A bit of confusion here.
There is one thing about this clinic that I did not like. When the nurse calls your name to go into the room she calls your whole name and I am not sure if this is a HIPPA violation or not. It just felt very uncomfortable.

  • I had a good experience with them. They didn't exactly get my issue resolved, but they were good, as far as how they handled it. We didn't actually see the doctor, we saw an assistant or something. He did help. They got us in very quickly and seemed very responsive.

  • Dr. Madison is an amazing guy! Caring and calming. He answered all my questions, and performed the procedure. I had known of this aneurysm for 8 years, and it had recently grown so needed to be fixed. The procedure was successful and pain-free. I was discharged from the hospital the day after surgery with no pain or any ongoing issues. Dr. Madison has a great reputation, and in my opinion it is well-earned.

  • My experience has gone very well. I have been seeing the doctor for a couple years now. He is very professional and highly knowledgeable in his field. The office is clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this doctor to others.

  • She never showed up! I had spoken to the front desk and office manager twice, but after 2 and 1/2 hours we left.
she still wasn't there and no one seemed to know where she was. They all seemed nervous, so my guess is they have dealt with this before!
I will be billing her for my time wasted. How rude and arrogant.
    - Susan M.
  • Ever been stood up by a Dr?
The appointment was for 8:45, however at 10:15 we left.
I complained to the office manger about waiting 1 and 1/2 hours.
She had not yet arrived and no one seemed to have any information.
Doesn't she know her schedule for the day ahead of time?
the arrogance was to much and better yet, no apology given.
my time is also valuable. I should bill them!

  • I had a very thorough exam and they took pictures of moles on my back/chest/arms to ensure upon follow-up that there is no change. Drl Lilly is very good and has interns with her during the exam. I feel like they really take care and are trying hard to ensure that I don't have any pre-cancer issues given family history.

  • A coworker refered me to Skin Specialists to have my moles reviewed for any possible problems. I made an appointment (about two weeks out from when I called), and went in to meet with Dr. Zelickson. Upon arrival the waiting room was very busy - this practice could use a bigger location, but I guess it is a good thing that so many people want to use their services. The clientele in the waiting room were of all walks of life, and aged from young teenagers to elderly. After a short wait I went into the exam room, had my quick exam and one mole removed for biopsy.
Dr. Zelickson answered my questions, and did his mole removal with no pain. The entire appointment was quick (15 minutes from walking in to walking out), and the exam itself a efficient 5-8 minutes. I don't seek medical attention often, but thought this timing was very good considering how busy the practice appeared to be.
Follow up on the biopsy was done by phone, billing by mail, and all very professional and efficent.
    - Toby L.
