Andrew was thorough and took his time and was willing to answer questions throughout the process. He made high traffic carpet areas look like new and successfully removed a persistent pet stain. The owner came out to go over specifics on how to get the job done thoroughly due to it being a different set up than usual houses. The team answered all questions and were more than willing to help to move items that still remained in the path of work area. We are very pleased with the end product and the work of the team. ATyler, Gumby?, Andrew and Jake showed up on time and worked very well together as a team. They were quiet, moved quickly and finished my windows inside and out in 3 hours. Tyler said it would have been 6 hours with 2 workers. They are so clean that it almost looks as though there is no glass at all! They told me about a couple of windows with sticking issues so i can get those fixed. I have a 1932 build home with combination windows. The only thing that I question, is f wiping down screens with a wet cloth is enough to keep the dirt from transferring onto the windows when it rains. In the past, the screens are actually removed and washed with Dawn and water. I am afraid of heights so these guys really helped me out. Stellar performance!! Thank you.
