    This is the second time that HWC has done storm damage repair on our home.. They did a great job through out the whole process of home repair. Each person that we had contact with was very professional and responsive to our questions. They did a wonderful job keeping us posted during weather delays.

    We had spent 2 months planning an addition and were ready to start when we lost our contractor. We called Building Renewal and Greg responded immediately. He came out and walked through the house, looked at the plans that were already drawn up, and was honest from the start about his concerns. We were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge as well as his willingness to pick this up in mid-process where others left off. Once hired, he was in constant communication with us through the entire planning process, everything from the permits, to engineers, to scheduling. Once the work started, Adam and his crew were terrific. They were prompt, professional, and very responsive to any questions or changes we had. They had to lift the garage roof and make structural changes to add the additional room, along with moving walls inside the house to create a hallway to the new addition. They did great work all the way through the process and were right on schedule, done when they said they'd be done, and stayed right in line with the budget they had initially given us. We would definitely go with Building Renewal again and would recommend them to anyone we know. Greg, Adam, and their team are top notch.

    Completed as expected. Please note that while I would recommend for LeafGuard gutter installation, I would be less recommending of any other services that are provided. My experience during a quotation for a deck surface replacement was anything but good. Tried to up sell me with additional warranties. Wanted to unnecessarily replace the entire structure of the deck even if the sub structure was good. The price was astronomical. My wife and I felt insulted by the salesman's pitch.

    Initial installation of several downspouts were less than professional but after contacting the company everything was set right. Greatly appreciated the communication leading to the day of the corrective actions taken and the follow up after to verify that I was satisfied. The repair work done after the initial installation has me recommending this firm to others. Although my review isn't glowing for the six (6) categories listed above I would rate the follow up service and ultimately, the total job, at 100%.

    The disrespectful lack of follow up from RS Seamless is absolutely appalling! We have never has such terrible service. 
    The day we signed the contract, Navin stood in our driveway and assured us he would be at our home when the installers arrived due to the angled overhangs on our brand new house. The installers had to call him to try to figure out how they were supposed to install the gutters on our angled facia. He also told us RS Seamless was the biggest company in the area with a lifetime warranty and said his installers would do a great job that we will be happy with. We have yet to hear anything about fixing the multiple issues Navin learned about on the day our gutters were installed.  Our gutters are pitched the wrong way in places, water consistently goes over the top and drips all over our deck, the screws are visible between the gutters and facia where the install guys missed the angle and multiple wedges are at the wrong angle... this is not acceptable and not the type of work we expected or were promised.
    We threatened to put a hold on our check due to the multiple install issues. Navin asked us not to do that and promised he would be out to meet with us as soon as possible and make everything right. That was June 1, 2016... almost 8 months ago...
    Navin blew off a meeting with my husband in August by saying 'oh I was in the area an hour and a half ago'. He was scheduled to meet with him between 4 and 6pm, being in the area at 2:30pm did not work for us. The last text correspondence was in September. 
    I emailed him in November after my dog came in from the backyard dripping wet because the gutters drip, drip, drip all over our deck. Our poor dog was standing at the door waiting to be let in, getting dripped on by the shoddy gutter install.
    Navin's response to my email: 
    "Let me know when we can meet m-f 12-4"
    No apologies, no when is a good time for you to meet? Zero customer service. Navin does not care about his customers, all he cares about is the bottom line. And how is 12-4 during the week a convenient time for someone who works full time to meet???
    In December we were off for a week. I contacted him to see if he could come out and look at the gutter issues... funny he happened to be out of town that week.
    We are extremely frustrated and disappointed in this company.
    Bottom Line - DO NOT USE RS Seamless.

    They were VERY upfront and no gimmicks or hassles.  Fair price with excellent workmanship.  The clean up I was most impressed with since my wife has an at home daycare it was crucial that the clean up was "spotless" & it was.  They did a great job with follow up to ensure satisfaction.  I would NOT hesitate to refer to a friend or family.

    Roofs R Us installed a new roof on our house and we are very pleased with the experience. Mike was great to work with, he spent a lot of time with us answering questions and walking us through the process. We had some attic ventilation issues causing premature failure of the shingles. They installed additional venting and also installed new rafter baffles in our attic and also cleared insulation from the existing baffles. The crew was very professional and worked efficiently completing the tear off of the old roof and installation of the new in one day. The new roof looks great, the work site was cleaned up perfectly, and the dumpster was removed the following morning. Very highly recommended!

    Be careful before you give this guy any money. 
    While he did meet with the insurance adjuster he seemed unwilling to give me a bid or submit estimates until after I signed a contract and gave him a $1,000.00 deposit.  
    When he submitted his bid to the insurance company it was over 30% higher than the insurance company's estimate.
    When I decided that I would prefer to cancel the contract he would not refund my $1,000.00 deposit.  He said I had 3 days to
    cancel however it took more than 3 days for his estimate to get to the insurance company???
    I spoke to 2 other reputable companies and they were in alignment with the insurance company's estimate.
    I had one of those companies perform the work.

    Gutters Direct was very quick to provide an estimate, and after I accepted it they were able to squeeze me in within a week. The work was done quickly and professionally, plus the gutters matched my house's exterior better than the previous ones. They were very easy to work with and charged a reasonable price for great work. I recommend them highly and would use them again!
